Fig. 5 einen Längsschnitt eines Umschaltventils für Drei Wege-Funktion,
Fig. 6 einen Längsschnitt eines hydromechanisch gesteuerten Rückschlagventils,
Fig. 7 einen Längsschnitt eines hydromechanisch ferngesteuerten Ventils.
Fig. 4 zeigt dasselbe Ventil wie Fig. 3, jedoch in geöffnetem Betriebszustand.

The present invention relates to a remotely controllable valve.
Various types of remotely controlled valves are known. which could be controlled hydraulically or pneumatically.
In all of these valves, the closing body is actuated by additional force generating elements.
The invention is based on the object of largely simplifying the valve in that the closing and force-generating functions of the closing body are combined in it. The valve according to the invention is characterized in that the closing body of the valve is connected to a membrane made of elastic material which, after a pressure medium has been introduced, lifts the closing body and thereby opens the passage of the valve.
In the following, exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are written with reference to holy drawings. Show it:
1 shows a longitudinal section of a controlled check valve in the closed operating position,
FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section of the controlled non-return valve according to FIG. 1 in the open operating state,
3 is a longitudinal section of a controlled differential check valve. in closed operating state,
4 shows a longitudinal section of the valve according to FIG. 3 in the open operating state,
5 shows a longitudinal section of a switching valve for three-way function,
6 shows a longitudinal section of a hydromechanically controlled check valve,
7 shows a longitudinal section of a hydromechanically remotely controlled valve.
The check valve shown in Fig. 1 has a valve plate 1, which is firmly and tightly connected at the edge with a rubber or plastic-elastic membrane 2, which is held centrally and tightly in a housing part 4 by means of an extension 3. A cover 5 belongs to the valve housing. In the operating state shown, a control line 6 is depressurized. The medium is prevented from flowing through from one connection 7 to the other connection 8.
The valve is closed.
Fig. 2 shows the same check valve in the open operating state, where due to the supply of a pressure medium at connection 6 to a space 10 between the valve disk 1 and the membrane 2, the valve disk 6 moves to a stop 12 on the cover 5 and the flow from connection 13 to Port 14 is released.
3 shows a controlled check valve with an effective area of a membrane 17 that is larger than the valve passage cross section. As a result, a lower opening pressure of the control medium is required compared to the conveying medium.
This valve is shown in the closed operating state. It has a closing body lower part 15, a sealing ring 16, the membrane 17, a closing body upper part 18, a support body 19, a housing lower part 20 and a cover 21. A control connection 22 is depressurized in this operating state. The valve is closed and the medium is prevented from flowing from port 23 to port 24.
FIG. 4 shows the same valve as FIG. 3, but in the open operating state. Here the control connection 22 is under pressure, as a result of which the closing body 15, 18 is raised up to a stop 25 on the support body 19 and the connection from connection 23 to connection 24 is released.
5 shows a switchover valve with a valve disk 26 with a membrane 28, a sealing body 27 installed in a housing 29 and a cover 30. In the operating state shown, a control connection 31 is pressureless and a pressure connection 32 is connected to an output 33. When the control connection 31 is pressurized, the valve disk 26 of the valve is raised, the connection 32 is connected to an output 34 and the output 33 is closed.
6 shows a hydromechanically controlled check valve in which a diaphragm 36 connected to a valve disk 35 has an extension 37 similar to a rolling diaphragm.
A space 38 has been filled with liquid and vented.
A push button 39 acts on the roll diaphragm portion of the extension 37. The housing consists of housing parts 40 and 41. To open the valve, the push button 39 is pressed, whereupon the valve plate 35 is raised and the pressure side 42 is connected to the outflow side 43.
FIG. 7 shows a hydromechanical, remotely controlled check valve in an embodiment that is related to the construction according to FIG. Here, however, a rolling diaphragm 44 with a push button 45 is not arranged in the valve housing. It is connected to the control connection 47 on the valve housing 48 via a line 46.
The particular advantages of the valves shown are the extraordinary simplicity of construction and manufacture, which means that on the one hand the manufacturing costs are significantly lower compared to known types, and on the other hand there is the possibility of efficient mass production, for example from synthetic materials.
Another advantage is the practically unlimited size range between a few mm and several meters of plate diameter. Large valve disks can also be efficiently manufactured from concrete.
By integrating the actuation function in the closing body itself, these can also be installed as drain valves directly on a container base cut out according to the passage, i.e. without a housing.
Particularly in the fields of chemistry, the food industry and medicine, the possibility of easy expansion and cleaning of the closing body is an additional, significant advantage.
