Description
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht der erfindungsgemässen Leuchte,

The invention relates to a lamp with a trough-shaped lamp housing which is made of metal and contains a rinnenför-shaped housing part which is completed by two transverse end walls. In such lights it is known to connect the housing parts by welding. This requires additional work in the production.
In addition, welded connections between parts made of surface-coated material, in particular of painted sheet metal, cannot be produced.
According to the invention, an improvement is achieved in that the channel-shaped housing part and its end walls on the abutting edges have tongues and tongue insertion slots serving for mutual connection and each plug connection is secured by a latching nose. Through the use of plug connections in the manufacture of the lamp housing, the manufacturing effort is reduced to a minimum.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a perspective view of the lamp according to the invention,
2 shows a vertical longitudinal section through a transverse edge of the lamp housing along the line II-II in FIGS. 1 and
FIG. 3 is a plan view of the right rear corner of the lamp housing according to FIG. 1.
The lamp shown has a trough-shaped lamp housing 1, which is made of metal, preferably of sheet metal with a surface coating. This lamp housing 1 can also consist of painted sheet metal. The luminaire housing 1 contains a channel-shaped housing part 2 which is closed off by two transverse end walls 3.
The channel-shaped housing part 2 and its end walls 3 have on the abutting edges for mutual connection serving tongues 4 and tongue insertion slots 5. Each connector can be locked by a
Nose 6 be secured. In Figures 2 and 3, the angled nose 6 can be seen, which is latched in an opening 7 of the tongue 4. The tongues 4 are useful on the
End walls 3 and the tongue insertion slots 5 formed on the groove-shaped housing part 2. But it can also be the other way around, i.e. H. the tongues are on the trough-shaped
Housing part and the tongue insertion slots attached to the end walls (not shown). Advantageously, the tongue insertion slots 5 are formed by shear embossing.
