Fig. 1 eine erfindungsgemässe Filmstreifentasche in geöffnetem Zustand in Ansicht,
The invention relates to a film strip pocket with at least one compartment formed by two superposed flexible layers, the layers of which are along at least two
Compartment edges are connected to one another, at least one of these connecting edges being arranged on a longitudinal side of the Abtei les and an insertion opening for the film strip being provided on at least one further compartment edge.
In known filmstrip pouches of this type, it is disadvantageous that the introduction of the filmstrip into the respective compartment or the removal from this compartment is very difficult, and it often happens that the filmstrip pouch is torn.
The invention is based on the object of designing a film strip pocket of the type described at the beginning so that it ensures easy insertion and removal of the film strips with a simple structure.
This is achieved in a film strip pouch of the type described at the outset according to the invention that the edges of the two layers are flush and the line along which the two layers are connected does not extend to the side edge, so that the two layers one
Form a flap as an insertion opening. As a result, the film strip fen can be pushed under the flap when inserting initially approximately parallel to the compartment plane and approximately parallel to the compartment edge having the insertion opening, after which through
Moving the film strip transversely arrives in the compartment. At the
The tab can be removed slightly raised and thereby the
Film strips are easily taken.
Since the layers also coincide in the area of the tab, the film strip can easily be pushed in so far that it can be removed from both
Layers is completely covered and thus protected.
The tab can see easily at one corner of the insertion opening and opposite the other layer to the compartment lying at an angle to the insertion opening, so that the limiting corner of the insertion opening opposite the tab acts as a stop when the film strip is inserted under the tab and in a simple manner an alignment of the
Filmstrip opposite the compartment is reached.
In the case of a compartment provided hanging on a carrier, in particular a case, it is particularly expedient to place the tab on the, in particular right-hand corner of the
Insertion opening is provided because then the case with the left
Hand can be held while the right hand of the filmstrip is brought under the flap and then ge in the compartment.
The flap is advantageously formed by the layer which, when the case is open, is on the same side as the inside of the case, since it is then particularly easy to handle.
In the case of a film strip pouch with several compartments, a corresponding number of strip-shaped layers forming the tabs can be attached, these layers being attached in particular parallel and spaced from one another to the other layer forming a carrier layer. This results in a particularly simple structure of the filmstrip pocket, with the possibility that a longitudinal fold is provided in the carrier layer, in particular alternately bent in opposite directions, between adjacent compartments, so that the fold is only provided in the carrier layer, and a slight folding and pulling the compartments apart is guaranteed. The edge of the strip-shaped layer having the tab can be spaced from the adjacent fold and / or the other edge can lie approximately in the fold.
It is also conceivable that the flap is covered on its outside by a further, in particular inscribable, cover layer, the further layer, preferably in the area of the flap, forming an unattached protruding cover flap, so that the film strip is kept particularly protected.
An end strip of the case connected to the compartment advantageously has a curved slot into which the longitudinal edge of another end strip of the case can be inserted.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, for example; the drawing shows two exemplary embodiments with the parts essential for the invention approximately to scale. The parts are explained on the basis of the drawings, unless they can be taken directly from the drawings. They are shown in
1 shows a film strip pocket according to the invention in the open state in a view,
FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1, the thicknesses of the layers being shown enlarged for the sake of clarity,
3 and 4 show another embodiment in representations according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
As FIGS. 1 and 2 show, a film strip pouch has a case 1, for example formed by a piece of cardboard, which is provided with two parallel folds 2, 3 such that a central part 4 and two end strips 5, 6 are formed. The end strips 5, 6 can be folded around the folds 2, 3 over the inside of the central part 4 visible in FIG. 1, whereby they overlap. The lower end strip 6 is provided symmetrically to the middle of its length with a convexly curved slot 7 into which the end edge 8 of the other end strip 5 can be inserted when the case 1 is folded in such a way that the case remains closed.
On the inside of the free edge zone of the end strip 6 having the slot 7, a carrier layer 7, for example formed by transparent paper, with a corresponding edge zone 8 is attached. On the side of the same width as the case 1 having carrier layer 7, which when the case is open on the same side as the inside of the
Cases 1 are attached parallel to the edge zone 8 with a small spacing one after the other strip-shaped layers 9, which each extend over the entire width of the carrier layer 7.
Each strip-shaped layer 9 is attached to the carrier layer 7 with two parallel, spaced apart adhesive seams 10, 11, in such a way that between each two
Glued seams 10, 11 through the layers 7, 9 a strip-shaped compartment 12 is formed. in which a film negative strip between tween the layers 7, 9 can be inserted. The glue sewn 10, 11 are each at a slight distance from the adjacent parallel longitudinal edge 13 and 14 of the associated layer 9, so that it is avoided that after the
Production of the film strip pocket adhesive is located outside the respective layer 9.
In addition, freely protruding edge zones are thereby formed on each layer 9, under which the film strip is inserted during insertion and then parallel to the
Glue seam can be moved until it reaches the end of the associated compartment 12, after which the filmstrip can be aligned in a simple manner with respect to this compartment by transverse displacement ben and then inserted.
The glue seam 10 that is closer to the case 1 each
Layer 9 lies with its right end 15 at a relatively large distance from the associated side edge 16 of the respective compartment 12, this side edge 16 being formed by the overlapping edges of the two layers 7, 9. By the back of the connecting seam end 15 relative to the
Side edge 16 forms the layer 9 of each compartment 12 at its right upper corner a corner extending unpaved
Tab 17, which can be abgeho ben easily from the carrier layer 7. However, the tab 17 is completely from the
Carrier layer 7 covered.
To insert a film strip, it is first moved towards the inside of the carrier layer 7 transversely to the longitudinal direction of the associated compartment 12, whereby it can easily slide under the corresponding tab 17 until it strikes the opposite connecting seam II, so that then by longitudinal displacement the film strip can be pushed into the compartment 12 through the insertion opening 18 on the right, narrow side.
A number of folds corresponding to the number of compartments 12 is provided in the carrier layer 7, each fold coinciding with the upper longitudinal edge 13 of the associated stiff-shaped layer 9 and adjacent folds being bent in opposite directions such that the compartments are folded together like an accordion and pulled apart can be. Due to the described position of the folds, the respective tab 17 can be lifted particularly easily if the fold is slightly bent.
As FIG. 1 also shows, all ends of the bonding seams 10, 11 are at a small distance from the associated side edges of the layers 7, 9, which means that these layers cannot be smeared with adhesive on their outer sides or side edges. The distance between the connecting seam end 15 and the associated side edge 16 is, however, significantly greater than the corresponding distances between the other connecting seam ends.
The film strip pocket shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is intended in particular for miniature films and has only one compartment 1 2a which is attached to a cover strip 1 a.
The carrier layer 7a is wider than the strip-shaped layer 9a, these two layers being connected to one another by the seams 10a, 11a. The lower edge 19 of the cover strip la coincides approximately with the upper connecting seam
10a, so that the lower edge zone of the cover strip la completely overlaps the relatively wide edge zone of the layer 9a lying above the connecting seam 10a. Immediately above the upper longitudinal edge 13a is the cover strip
1a connected to the carrier layer 7a by a seam 8a parallel to the connecting seams 10a, 11a.
Both the right end 15a of the upper connecting seam 10a and the right end 21 of the connecting seam 8a are at a relatively large distance from the associated side edge 16a of the film strip pocket, whereby the layer 9a at the right upper corner of the insertion opening 18a forms a tab 17a, while the cover strip 8a at its right-hand end forms a tab end 22 which extends over the entire height of the cover strip 1a and which is supported by the carrier layer or the compartment
12a can be lifted off. The distance between the ends 15a, 21 and the side edge 16a is the same. It is approximately twice as large as the width of the compartment 12a, which is given by the distance between the seams 10a, 11a. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, however, this distance is half as large as the width of the associated compartment 12.
