Description
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 1,
Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 3,
Fig. 6 eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 5.
12 befestigt, an denen Hydraulikzulinder 13 bzw.
The present invention relates to a front power lift for a work machine with a device bearing for attaching a work device, with two parallel swing arms which can be articulated at one end to the work machine and which are equipped at the preceding end with the device bearing and between the ends each have a pivot bearing for articulation have a hydraulic cylinder which can be articulated with its other end to the working machine
Front-side power lifts of this type, but without replaceable device bearings, are known. They are used as tractor front loaders with interchangeable loading tools. These loading tools are always stored in the same, non-exchangeable equipment store.
Other implements, especially powered implements, must be temporarily suspended from the bottom of the power lift. These known power lifts have the disadvantage that they protrude too far forward and place too much stress on the front axle. The control of the tractor or the working machine becomes unfavorable because of the side pressure that occurs.
The purpose of the invention is to create a front-end power lift on which a wide variety of implements can be attached close to the front axle of the work machine.
This purpose is achieved according to the invention. that the swing arms are divided between the pivot bearing and the preceding end into a front and a rear swing arm part, that mounting bearings are arranged on the rear swing arm parts for releasable attachment of the front swing arm parts, that the front swing arm parts are designed as adapters and provided with counter bearings that are matched to the bearings are.
The invention is explained by way of example with the aid of the accompanying schematic drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a side view of a first embodiment, a power lift, which is mounted on a work machine.
Fig. 2 is a plan view of Fig. 1,
3 shows the same representation as FIG. 1 with a second exemplary embodiment of a power lift,
Fig. 4 is a plan view of Fig. 3,
FIG. 5 shows the same view as FIG. 1 of a third exemplary embodiment of a power lift, and FIG
FIG. 6 is a plan view of FIG. 5.
1 and 2 show the front part of a two-axle work machine 1 with steerable front wheels 2, a hood 3 and a front plate 4 with a central PTO shaft 5. On the pivot pin 6 and 7 firmly connected to the work machine 1 is a swing arm 8 and 9 of a power lift 10 is articulated. On each of the swing arms 8 and 9 a pivot pin 11 or 12 is attached to which hydraulic feeder 13 or 14 is hinged at one end. At the other end, each of the hydraulic jacks 13 and 14 is mounted on a pivot pin 15 and 16 that is fixedly connected to the working machine. The swing arms 8 and 9 are formed by front swing arm parts 17 and 18 and rear swing arm parts 19 and 20. The rear swing arm parts 19 and 20 are firmly connected to one another by a cross strut 21 and stiffened by diagonal struts 22 and 23.
At the front end of each rear swing arm part 19 or
20 is a laterally protruding square pin 24 or
25 attached, which serve as bearings for the front swing arm parts 17 and 18, respectively. On each of the rear swing arm parts 19 and 20, a fastening tab 26 or is welded. A pair of tabs 28, which serve as a pivot bearing for an upper link 29, is attached to the cross strut 21. This has at its free end a bearing 30 of a three-point device mounting.
Each of the front swing arm parts 17 and 18 has a bearing 31 or 32 at its free end, which together with the bearing 30 form a three-point device bearing. The front swing arm parts 17 and 18 are provided with a counter bearing 33 and 34. These form a guide into which the square pins 24 and 25 engage and against which they are releasably braced by means of clamping screws 35 and 36.
In the case of commercially available tools with a three-point bearing, tolerances with regard to the bearing spacing are permitted and customary. These tolerances can be compensated for by loosening the clamping screws 35 and 36 and by shifting the counter bearings 33 and 34 laterally.
The standardized three-point bearings include, with reference to the bearing distances. two standard sizes. To adapt to these two standard sizes, the front swing arm parts 17 and 18 are angled symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal center of the working machine 1.
By staggered attachment of the front swing arm parts 17 u. 18 on the square pins 24 and 25, a small distance between the bearings 31 and 32 (drawn with solid lines) and a larger distance (drawn with dashed lines) can be achieved in accordance with the two standard sizes.
3 and 4 show a second embodiment of a power lift 10 'which is articulated on a work machine 1'. The rear swing arm parts 8 'and 9' and the working machine 1 'are designed in the same way as in the first example. The individual parts are therefore no longer drilled. However, they are provided with equivalent reference numbers.
The two front swing arm parts 17 'and 18' have a rigid square frame 37 formed from angle iron. The frame 37 is provided on its rear side with two counter bearings 33 'and 34', which overlap the associated square pins 24 'and 25' in a fork-like manner and are secured by socket pins 35 'and 36'. On the upper edge and in the middle of the frame 37, a pair of tabs 38 with a pivot pin 39 is attached. to which a hoist rope 40 is attached.
On the vertical side struts of the square frame 37 there are three pairs of plug-in bearings 41, 42 and 43, one above the other. In the lowest and uppermost pair of plug-in bearings 41 and 43, two support arms 44 to 47 are inserted and secured by socket pins 48 against sliding out. The support arm 47 is not visible in the drawing; its location is indicated by the reference number.
At each end of the support arms 44 to 47 there is a device mount 31 '. 32 ', 31G and 320 are provided. The device storage 32 'is also not visible; its position is indicated by the reference number. The exemplary embodiment described shows that front-side working devices can be attached very close to the front axle. If necessary, the support arms 45 to 47 can be removed and the plug bearing pairs 41 to 43 can be used as device bearings.
5 and 6 show a third embodiment of a power lift 10 "which is articulated to a work machine 1". The rear swing arm parts 8 ″ and 9 ″ and the work machine 1 ″ are designed in the same way as in the examples described above. The individual parts are therefore no longer described.
However, they are provided with equivalent reference numbers.
The front swing arm parts 17 "and 18" are designed to accommodate a loading tool. They have two longitudinal members 49 and 50, a crosspiece 51 is attached to a web 52, from the ends of which two legs 53 and 54 protrude forward, in which the device bearings 31 ″ and 32 ″, designed as pivot bearings for the loading tools 55, are arranged. On the web 52 and the legs 53 and 54, a shaft 57 is rotatably mounted in four bearings 56, with which the bolt 58 of a tilting device is connected. A two-armed lever 59 is also firmly connected to the shaft 57, to which a pull cable 16, which is led to the driver's cab of the work machine 1 ″, is attached.
A push rod 61 is articulated on the other lever arm, the other end of which is articulated to a bolt 62 designed as a two-armed lever, which acts on the bearing pin 63.
The side members 49 u. 50 have a rear, forked end 350 and 360, which are designed as counter bearings to the fastening straps 26 ″ and 27 ″ and are hinged to them by means of axle bolts 64 and 65. Downwardly protruding counter bearings 33 ″ and 34 ″ overlap on opposite sides with their forked ends the square pegs 24 ″ and 25 ″. They support the longitudinal members 49 and 50 against the square pins 24 "and 25" and are secured against sliding out by the socket pins 35 "and 36". In this embodiment, the swing arms 8 ″ and 9 ″ can be raised and lowered with the loading shovel 55, as in the known devices.
It is obvious to the person skilled in the art to design the equipment storage corresponding to the working equipment differently than in the illustrated embodiments. In this case, the front swing arm parts acting as adapters are to be adapted to the device mounts on the one hand and to the mounting mounts on the rear swing arm parts on the other hand.
