The ones that can be used to prepare the intermediate products
Phthalocyanine sulfohalides can e.g. by reacting copper- and nickel-containing phthalocyanines with chlorosulphonic acid or from the phthalocyanine-tetrasulphonic acids by reacting with acid-halogenating agents such as phosphorus halides, thionyl chloride or chlorosulphonic acid.
Depending on the method of preparation chosen, the sulfonic acid groups in the phthalocyanine molecule are in the 4- and / or 3-position, depending on whether A-sulfophthalic acid or a mixture of 4- and 3-sulfophthalic acid is used for their preparation or if they are prepared by sulfonation or by direct sulfochlorination of the phthalocyanine, in the latter case all four sulfo- or sulfochloride groups are bonded in the 3-position.
The phthalocyanine sulfochlorides thus obtained can e.g.

Diamines, such as acetylaminobenzylamine or aminoithyl phenylacetylamine or with unsubstituted or e.g. by
Chlorine. Methoxy. Ethoxy.
Methyl or ethyl substituted, preferably monoacylated meta- or para-phenylenediamines or with meta- or para-phenylenediaminesulfonic acids, preferably with the m-phenylenediaminesulfonic acid in the presence of acid-binding agents and condensed on this
The sulfohalide groups not participating in the reaction are simultaneously or subsequently partially hydrolyzed and with organic. preferably monoacylated diamines

When using such derivatives, the amino group has to be released subsequently by saponification or reduction before they are further converted.
The phthalocyanine derivatives obtained in this way can then, if R is aliphatic and / or the amino group bonded to R is acylated or still replaced by a nitro group, be diazotized and coupled with a coupling component of the formula given above.
The acylamino group which may be present is then saponified or the nitro group is reduced and, according to the invention, the product of formula (2a) obtained is reacted with a compound of formula (2b). The latter compounds contain a fiber-reactive radical Z.

The condensation or acylation according to the invention takes place according to conventional methods in an aqueous medium and in the presence of acid-binding agents, such as sodium acetate,
Sodium hydroxide or carbonate and among such
Conditions that at least one exchangeable halogen atom remains in the finished product, i.e. e.g. in the presence of organic solvents or at relatively low temperatures in aqueous media. It is advantageous to use a small excess of the acylating agent theoretically necessary for complete acylation of aromatically or aliphatically bound NH2 groups present in the starting phthalocyanine.
The introduction of the triazine radicals substituted in the 2-position by the radical of a mercapto or amino compound or ammonia can also expediently take place in such a way that a 2,4,6-trihalogen-1, S, 5-triazine, in particular Cyanuric chloride. and then replace a halogen atom in the or in the dihalotriazine radicals obtained by reaction with one or different or above-mentioned compounds.
Furthermore, in the dyes prepared as indicated, which have an ß-chloropropionyl, ß-dichloro, ß-dichloro or dibromopropionyl radical. this subsequently according to the invention by splitting hydrogen halide by means of alkaline agents into an unsaturated acyl radical, e.g. convert an acrylic, chlorine or bromoacrylic radical.
You can also proceed in the preparation of the intermediates in such a way that the phthalocyanine sulfochloride is first reacted with an azo dye of the formula (4a) obtained by diazotization and coupling of a diamine or with an already reactive monoacylated diamine of the formula (3a), and then the resulting phthalocyanine compounds of the formulas (3b) or (4h) react with amines of the formulas (3a) or (4a).
Finally, a further possibility of preparation by acylation consists in first preparing a compound of the formula (5a) in accordance with one of the variants given above and then acylating this with a compound of the formula (Sb) as stated above. The acylating agent Y-Z 'can be the same as or different from Y-Z, and in this variant, too, a halogen atom in an optionally present triazine ring can be subsequently replaced or hydrogen halide can be split off in an optionally present aliphatic radical.
If Z and Z 'are the same, you can also combine the variants according to formulas (2a / b) and (4a / b), i.e. first prepare a compound of the formula (5a) in which, however, a hydrogen atom is bonded instead of Z, and then acylate this compound with the amount of the compound Y-Z or Y-Z 'corresponding to the amino groups.
In addition to acylation, the new dyes can also be prepared by diazotization of amines of the formula (6a), which can be obtained as indicated above, and coupling onto coupling components of the formula (6b).
The last-mentioned compounds are obtained in a known manner by condensation of 1 mol of acetoacetic ester, 1 mol of cyanoacetic ester and 1 mol of an amine, such as e.g. Methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, methoxyethyl, methoxypropylamine, chloroethylamine, ethanolamines, propanolamines, benzylamine, cyclohexylamine, but especially aromatic amines such as aniline, toluidines, xylidines, chloranilines, p- or m aminoacetanilide, aminophenols, phenylenediamines, Toluylenediamines, anisidine, phenetidine, diphenylamine, naphthylamine, aminonaphthols, diaminonaphthalenes, aminobenzylamine, aminopiperidine, aminopiperazine, ethylenediamine, ss hydroxyethylethylenediamine, propylenediamine, tetra-, penta-, cyclopenta-, hexa- or cyclohexamethylenediamine.
The diazotization of the diazo components mentioned can be carried out by methods known per se, e.g. with the help of mineral acid, especially hydrochloric acid, and sodium nitrite or e.g. with a solution of nitrosylsulfuric acid in concentrated sulfuric acid.
The coupling can also be carried out in a manner known per se, e.g. in an alkaline to weakly acidic agent, optionally in the presence of sodium acetate or similar buffer substances or catalysts which influence the coupling rate. wic e.g. Pyridine resp. its salts. be made.
The dyes obtained according to the invention are preferably isolated by salting out and filtering. The isolated dyes could, if appropriate, be dried after adding (nupagematerials or stabilizers): the drying is preferably carried out at temperatures that are not too high and under reduced pressure.
In certain cases, dry preparations can be made directly, i.e. without intermediate isolation of the dyes. According to this method, new valuable dry preparations are obtained which can be used for the preparation of stock solutions or fluid baths. If necessary, also suitable for printing pastes.
The dyes obtained by the specified process and its changes and variants are suitable for dyeing and printing a wide variety of materials, such as silk, wool. Super polyamide fibers, but especially polyhydroxylated Niateflalien of fibrous structure, both synthetic fibers, e.g. made of regenerated cellulose or viscose fibers, like natural materials. e.g. Linen or, above all, cotton Many of these dyes have a high affinity for the nitrogenous materials mentioned and therefore good smelling power even in weakly acidic to acidic baths.
The guidance received.
especially the wool dyeings. are characterized by good wash and milled fastness.
The new dyes are suitable for filling cellulose by padding using the so-called pad dyeing process, after which the goods are impregnated with aqueous and possibly also salt-containing dye solutions and the dyes are fixed to the goods to be dyed by an alkali treatment, preferably with heat. But they are particularly suitable for direct flavouring using the exhaust process from a long liquor. The dyeings obtained with the new dyes are generally characterized by good row, iron and light fastness and, above all, excellent wet fastness, such as e.g. Walk, washing, water.
Sea water, sweat, soda boiling, acid, alkali, mercerization.
The dyes have a very good thickening capacity on cotton and especially on rayon and produce pure, brilliant and strong green dyeings. Furthermore, the nickel phthalocyanine dyes according to the application in particular give dyeings with very good wet light fastness.
After the printing process, valuable and genuine prints are also obtained on cellulose fibers if the dyes are fixed on the printed goods by heat treatment in the presence of alkali.
After coloring or printing, we recommend removing the unfixed as completely as possible
Dye. For this purpose, the colorations and
