The invention relates to a holding device which is intended to be laid in prefabricated structural elements and is used to attach supports, panels or accessories.
It is already known to incorporate metal parts in construction panels which are primarily used for attachment to a lifting device, e.g. to serve on a crane sling. These parts are also used to attach walls to supports on the assembly site.
The components that are known to this day have a certain number of inconveniences, be it for aesthetic reasons, for reasons of assembly or for safety reasons. The known metal parts generally consist of a metal sleeve which cooperates with a clamping device in the manner of a screw. It has been noticed that this type of sleeve and jig was subject to corrosion and left traces of rust on the building structures after the walls were attached, which could not be prevented. The assembly of such sleeves was sometimes difficult because of the concrete that entered the bore, sometimes so severe that it was difficult to reach the thread in the depth of the sleeve. In addition, the metal piece is not guided in the sleeve, which leads to further difficulties in centering the clamping process.
The main inconvenience with the holding devices for wall elements known to date is the lack of primary safety, which is explained by the fact that their handling requires a certain routine.
On the one hand, the metal sleeve should be well anchored in the wall and, on the other hand, a good setting of the machined elements of the sleeve and the clamping elements must be guaranteed.
In spite of the knowledge of these facts, the measures required to ensure proper fortification were disregarded on the building sites, which has repeatedly led to serious and fatal accidents.
The present invention aims to eliminate these unpleasant phenomena. The subject of the invention is a holding device that is intended to be laid in prefabricated structural elements and is used to attach supports, panels or accessories, the holding device consisting of a tubular plastic sleeve that is open at least at one end and with a Anchoring element is provided, which stiffens the bushing and is intended to fix its position in the structural element, and that the bushing contains a pull-out clamping device inside, which consists of a metal sleeve,
one end of which is non-positively connected to a support plate outside the sleeve and the other end inside the sleeve is radially elastically deformable and is provided with a cone which penetrates the metal sleeve and is connected to a rod which protrudes from the metal sleeve, the protruding end of the rod carries a turnbuckle nut which is used to tighten and loosen the cone.
The invention also includes filling walls or construction panels which are equipped with this holding device.
Embodiments of holding devices according to the invention are shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a partial section of a prefabricated element in which the holding device according to the invention is installed.
Fig. 2 shows a partial section of another type of installation.
Fig. 3 shows another type of installation.
Fig. 4 shows the installation of the holding device in a sandwich wall.
Fig. 5 is a partial section showing installation in a vertically poured concrete wall.
According to Fig. 1, the holding device is composed of a plastic sleeve 1, which is placed in the cast concrete of a structural element 2, e.g. a wall, fixed, be it during or after pouring, as long as the concrete has not yet set. The plastic bushing provides protection for a tensioning device which will be described later. An anchoring element is provided on the outside of the plastic bushing.
It is intended, on the one hand, to fix the bushing in the concrete mass and, on the other hand, to hold the bushing and to stiffen it, especially in the zone in which the expansion forces act. The inside of the plastic bushing contains a metallic sleeve 3 which is positively connected at its end in the plastic bushing 1 to a support plate 4. The other end of the sleeve 3 is provided with slots 3, so that sectors are created which can expand radially. The sectors must be elastically deformable so that they can rest against the plastic sleeve 1 and the clamp of the anchoring element.
In the present example, the anchoring element 5, which forms a ferrule, consists of a steel spring with different turns, which are wound around the plastic sleeve. This spring has two ends 51 and 52 which are arranged radially to the longitudinal axis of the plastic sleeve 1. The radial deformation or regression of the deformable end 31 of the metal sleeve 3 is brought about by a double cone which can be moved axially in the metal sleeve 3. The double cone is formed from two cone parts 6, 7 which are connected to one another at the large base in such a way that the small base of the cone 6 can penetrate into the inner bore of the deformable end 31 of the metal sleeve 3, while the small base of the cone 7 is directed towards the end of the plastic sleeve, which is closed by a pin 8.
The double cone is connected to a rod 9 by a bolt in order to be able to move it axially. The other, outer end of the rod consists of a head 10 with a significantly larger diameter than the rod 9 and has a thread. The rod 9 with the head 10, which is externally threaded, is held by a tensioning screw nut 11, which rests on a piece 12, e.g. a strut is supported in such a way that when the clamping screw nut is tightened, the rod and head move in the direction F1 and the penetration of the cone 6 into the deformable end of the metal sleeve 3 is ensured. The metal sleeve is then pressed radially against the plastic sleeve 1, which in turn cannot yield due to the anchoring element.
The clamping device can be removed from the plastic sleeve by loosening the clamping screw nut 11 and e.g. the end 101 of the head strikes, which leads to the detachment of the cone 6 at the deformable end 31 of the metal sleeve 3, so that the latter contracts somewhat and consequently slides easily in the plastic sleeve 1.
The device is tensioned very quickly because the parts that are involved in the deformation (expansion) of the deformable end 31 of the metal sleeve 3 are in constant contact with the sleeve.
The holding device according to the invention can be mounted in various ways. In Fig. 2, the plastic sleeve 1 has been inserted before pouring the concrete, namely on the lower part of the mold, be it with the help of a pin 13, which is extended with a tip 14 or is held by a magnetic suction cup. The other end of the plastic sleeve is closed by a pin 81 glued on. The procedure is such that after the concrete 2 has set, the pin 13 is pulled out of the plastic sleeve 1, whereby it becomes possible to insert the clamping device into the inner bore of the sleeve.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 3, the plastic sleeve 1 is attached by pressing it into the cast concrete 2 and is covered with a protective cap, e.g. a conical plastic pin 15 is provided. The other end of the plastic sleeve is pushed in below the level 2l of the concrete. So that the concrete does not flow under the inside of the box, it is advisable to insert a tubular extension 16 into the box, which can be removed again after the concrete has hardened.
In the example according to FIG. 4, the plastic sleeve 1 is continuous, so that its end can pierce a layer 17 made of polystyrene, which is used in the manufacture of layered walls. The piece of polystyrene 171 that is pierced represents the pin.
In this type of execution, the concrete 2 is pushed in the same way as in the example in FIG. 3.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the plastic sleeve 1 has been mounted in vertically cast walls.
In this case, the bushing is closed at both ends by plastic pegs 19 which are supported against the casing walls 20. Before it is closed, the tube is positioned with the aid of the anchoring piece 21, of which at least one end 211 has a hook which is used for suspension on a reinforcing iron 22 of the concrete.
