Die Erfindung betrifft eine Grillpfanne von quadratischer Form, mit parallelen Grillrippen und einem mit drei gerundeten Ecken versehenen Rand.
Die bekannten Grilipfannen mit einem Handgriff sind mühsam zu halten, besonders wenn das Bratgut aus der Pfannenmitte geraten ist.
Demzufolge ist eine Grillpfanne vorgeschlagen worden, die in der Mitte zweier gegenüberliegender Seiten je einen wenig vorstehenden Handgriff aufweist. Hierbei ergibt sich der Nachteil, dass diese Handgriffe wegen der Temperatur nicht mit ungeschützten Händen erfasst werden können.
Es stellte sich daher das Problem, eine Grillpfanne mit einem einfachen formschönen und abstehenden Griff zu schaffen, der mit blossen Händen erfasst werden kann, und wobei die Saucenecke derart angeordnet sein kann, dass die Entleerung der Sauce auf möglichst bequeme Weise erfolgen kann.
Die Grillpfanne gemäss der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der vierten Ecke ein Handgriff in diagonaler Richtung zur Pfanne befestigt ist und dass der Handgriff einen Mittelsteg und zwei zueinander symmetrische, an ihren Enden mit dem Mittelsteg verbundene Aussenstege aufweist, so dass der Griff mit einer Hand am Mittelsteg gehalten oder mit beiden Händen an den Aussenstegen erfasst werden kann.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Die Grillpfanne 1 ist mit parallelen Grillrippen 2 versehen.
Sie ist von quadratischer Form und weist einen mit drei gerundeten Ecken versehenen Rand auf. An der vierten Ecke ist ein Handgriff 3 in diagonaler Richtung zur Pfanne 1 mittels einer Schraube 4 befestigt. Eine Aussparung 5 am Handgriff 3 sichert diesen gegen Verdrehung. Der Handgriff 3 weist einen Mittelsteg 6 und zwei zueinander symmetrische, an ihren Enden mit dem Mittelsteg 6 verbundene Aussenstege 7 auf. Der Handgriff 3 ist aus wärmeisolierendem Kunststoff, so dass die Pfanne 1 mit blosser Hand am Mittelsteg 7 getragen oder mit beiden Händen an den Aussenstegen 7 erfasst werden kann.
Damit der Griff 3 angenehmer und sicherer mit der Hand zu halten ist, ist der Mittelsteg 6 mit einer Aussparung 9 versehen. Die vierte Ecke der Pfanne 1 ist, wie aus Fig. 3, 4 und 5 ersichtlich, mit einem horizontal vorstehenden Lappen 10 versehen, an dem der Griff 3 durch eine Schraube 11 mit unten im Lappen 10 versenkten konischen Kopf 12 und einer oben im Griff 3 eingelassenen Mutter 13 befestigt ist.
Die Grillrippen 2 verlaufen parallel zur Richtung des Mittelsteges 6. Bei der dem Griff 3 gegenüberliegenden Ecke liegen die Rippen 3 vom Pfannenrand zurück, so dass eine rillenfreie Saucenecke 8 gebildet ist.
Die Rillen 3 können auch rechtwinklig zur Richtung des Mittelsteges 6 verlaufen, wobei die Ecke links des Griffes 3 als rillenfreie Saucenecke 8 vorgesehen wird. Bei dieser Rillenrichtung können auch die Ecken links und rechts als rillenfreie Saucenecken 8 ausgebildet sein.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Grillpfanne von quadratischer Form, mit parallelen Grillrippen und einem mit drei gerundeten Ecken versehenen Rand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der vierten Ecke ein Handgriff (3) in diagonaler Richtung zur Pfanne (1) befestigt ist und dass der Handgriff (3) einen Mittelsteg (6) und zwei zueinander symmetrische, an ihren Enden mit dem Mittelsteg (6) verbundene Aussenstege (7) aufweist, so dass der Griff (3) mit einer Hand am Mittelsteg (6) gehalten oder mit beiden Händen an den Aussenstegen (7) erfasst werden kann.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Grillpfanne nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelsteg (6) mit einer Aussparung (9) versehen ist.
2. Grillpfanne nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vierte Ecke der Pfanne (1) mit einem vorstehenden Lappen (10) versehen ist, an dem der Griff (3) durch eine Schraube (11) mit unten im Lappen (10) versenktem konischem Kopf (12) und einer oben im Griff (3) eingelassenen Mutter (13) befestigt ist.
3. Grillpfanne nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grillrippen (2) parallel zur Richtung des Mittelsteges (6) verlaufen und die dem Griff (3) gegenüberliegende Ecke als rillenfreie Saucenecke (8) vorgesehen ist.
4. Grillpfanne nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grillrippen (2) rechtwinklig zur Richtung des Mittelsteges (6) verlaufen und die Ecke links des Griffes (3) als rillenfreie Saucenecke (8) vorgesehen ist.
5. Grillpfanne nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grillrippen (2) rechtwinklig zur Richtung des Mittelsteges (6) verlaufen und die Ecken links und rechts des Griffes (3) als rillenfreie Saucenecken (8) vorgesehen sind.

The well-known Grilip pans with a handle are difficult to hold, especially if the food has gotten out of the center of the pan.
Accordingly, a grill pan has been proposed which has a little protruding handle in the middle of two opposite sides. This has the disadvantage that these handles cannot be grasped with unprotected hands because of the temperature.
The problem therefore arose of creating a grill pan with a simple, elegant and protruding handle that can be grasped with bare hands, and wherein the sauce corner can be arranged in such a way that the sauce can be emptied as conveniently as possible.
The grill pan according to the invention is characterized in that a handle is attached to the fourth corner in a diagonal direction to the pan and that the handle has a central web and two mutually symmetrical outer webs connected at their ends to the central web, so that the handle with a Hand held on the central bar or can be grasped with both hands on the outer bars.

The grill pan 1 is provided with parallel grill ribs 2.
It is square in shape and has a rim with three rounded corners. A handle 3 is attached to the fourth corner in a diagonal direction to the pan 1 by means of a screw 4. A recess 5 on the handle 3 secures it against rotation. The handle 3 has a central web 6 and two outer webs 7 which are symmetrical to one another and are connected at their ends to the central web 6. The handle 3 is made of heat-insulating plastic, so that the pan 1 can be carried with bare hands on the central web 7 or grasped with both hands on the outer webs 7.
So that the handle 3 can be held more comfortably and securely by hand, the central web 6 is provided with a recess 9. The fourth corner of the pan 1 is, as can be seen from FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, provided with a horizontally protruding tab 10 on which the handle 3 is secured by a screw 11 with a conical head 12 sunk into the tab 10 below and one above the handle 3 recessed nut 13 is attached.
The grill ribs 2 run parallel to the direction of the central web 6. At the corner opposite the handle 3, the ribs 3 lie back from the pan edge, so that a groove-free sauce corner 8 is formed.
The grooves 3 can also run at right angles to the direction of the central web 6, the corner to the left of the handle 3 being provided as a groove-free sauce corner 8. In this groove direction, the corners on the left and right can also be designed as groove-free sauce corners 8.
