Schrankbett
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Schrankbett, das bei Nichtgebrauch in einen Wandkasten eingeklappt werden kann.
Schrankbette liegen in mannigfaltiger Ausführung vor. Bei den meisten ist die Abstützung, am für die Versorgung des Bettes vorgesehenen Kasten, seitlich angebracht, d. h. der Kasten ist somit ein Bestandteil der Abstützung.
In der Praxis hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass solche Abstützungen öfters zu Funktionsstörungen führen, insbesondere dann, wenn eine bestimmte Gewichtsgrenze resp. Breite des Bettes überschritten wird.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Schrankbett mit Bettrahmen mit Vorder- und Hinterstütze, wobei der Bettrahmen um die Schmalseite in dem Schrank einklappbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderstütze (1-3) lose im Schrank angeordnet ist.
Die Zeichnung, perspektivisch dargestellt, zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
Fig. 1 stellt ein Schrankbett dar, worin die Abstützmechanik eingebaut ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Abstützmechanik, worin zur besseren Verständlichkeit die Bettumrisse angedeutet wurden.
Die gesamte Abstützmechanik ist eine Metallkonstruktion.
Der Hauptrahmen der Vorderstütze (1-3) besteht aus Flachprofilen und ist C-förmig, zwecks Gewährleistung des erforderlichen Platzes für den Bettrahmenvorderteil beim Herunterklappen, ausgebildet. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass an den Wänden des Schrankes 4 und 5 keine zusätzlichen Abdeckungen für die Lager angebracht werden müssen. Der Fussteii 1 ist länger als Teil 3. Dadurch wird ein Vorwärtsumkippen us- geschlossen. Der Lagerträger 3 ist mit drei Gewindelöchern versehen, um die Lageffiasche 6 aufzunehmen. Detail A zeigt deutlich, wie diese mittels herkömmlichen Sechskant-Schrauben 7 an den Lagerträgern befestigt werden können.
Stab 8 hat zwei Funktionen. Er dient erstens zur Aufnahme des beweglichen Teiles des Bettes; er ist das Lager.
Zweitens ist er mittels der gedrehten Rillen distanzgebend zwischen dem Hauptrahmen rechts und links der Vorderstütze. Die Traverse 9 verbindet ebenfalls die beiden Hauptrahmen. Stab 8 und Traverse 9 sind somit die beiden Bindeglieder der beiden Hauptrahmen der Vorderstütze. Sie verbinden diese zu einer Einheit und geben der Abstützung die notwendige Stabilität.
Wie schon erwähnt, wurde diese Abstützmechanik speziell für schwere und breite Betten konstruiert. Da ein Bett dieser Art aus zwei Hauptteilen, Bettrahmen und Schrank, besteht und aus Holz gebaut ist, und sich je nach Feuchtigkeit zusammenzieht resp. ausdehnt ( es schafft ), wurde diesem Umstand in der Konstruktion besonders Rechnung getragen.
Die Lasche 6 ist so konzipiert, dass sie bei der Montage, aber auch später, in jede der vier Richtungen U, V und W, X eingestellt werden kann. Damit kann der Bettrahmen in bezug auf den Schrank jederzeit ausgemittet und neu eingestellt werden.
Zwei auf dem Stab 8 angebrachte Ringe 10 mit Stellschrauben 11, erlauben die Einstellung des Bettrahmens in axialer Richtung Y und Z. Damit kann das seitliche Spiel des Bettrahmens zum Schrank genau eingestellt werden.
Die Hinterstütze besteht aus Teil 12-14 und dient zur Horizontalhaltung des Bettrahmens in heruntergeklapptem Zustand, d. h. in der Gebrauchslage des Bettes. Die Hinterstütze ist in den am Stab 12 angebrachten Lagern B und C drehbar gelagert. Das Bein 13 ist so ausgeführt, dass es in der Krümmung D am Deckbrett des Bettrahmens ansteht, und dadurch die richtige Stellung in der heruntergeklappten Position (Fig. 2) erhält. Das Bein 13 ist mit einem Fussteller 14 versehen, um Fussböden und Teppiche zu schonen.
Wenn das Bett nicht gebraucht wird und der Bettrahmen eingeklappt wird (Fig. 1), wird die Hinterstütze eingeschwenkt.
Da zum Einschwenken der Hinterstütze eine Drehbewegung nach hinten oben ausgeführt werden muss, wurde diese so konstruiert, dass zwischen den Beinen keine Querverbindung notwendig wurde, da diese beim Hochklappen der Hinterstütze störend wirken würde, ja sogar gefährlich ist.
Ist das Bett eingeklappt (Fig. 1), ist von der gesamten Abstützmechanik nichts mehr zu sehen, was der ästhetischen Forderung einer Konstruktion für derartige Anwendungen gerecht wird.
Murphy bed

The invention relates to a foldaway bed with a bed frame with front and rear supports, the bed frame being foldable around the narrow side in the cabinet, characterized in that the front support (1-3) is loosely arranged in the cabinet.

The entire support mechanism is a metal construction.
The main frame of the front support (1-3) consists of flat profiles and is C-shaped, in order to ensure the necessary space for the bed frame front part when folding down. This has the advantage that no additional covers for the bearings have to be attached to the walls of the cabinet 4 and 5. The foot part 1 is longer than part 3. This prevents it from tipping forward. The bearing bracket 3 is provided with three threaded holes to accommodate the position bottle 6. Detail A clearly shows how these can be attached to the bearing brackets using conventional hexagon screws 7.
Bar 8 has two functions. Firstly, it serves to hold the moving part of the bed; he is the camp.
Second, by means of the turned grooves, it gives the distance between the main frame on the right and left of the front support. The traverse 9 also connects the two main frames. Rod 8 and traverse 9 are thus the two connecting links of the two main frames of the front support. They combine these into one unit and give the support the necessary stability.
As already mentioned, this support mechanism was specially designed for heavy and wide beds. Since a bed of this type consists of two main parts, bed frame and wardrobe, and is made of wood, and depending on the humidity, contracts or. expands (it creates), this fact was taken into account in the construction.
The bracket 6 is designed so that it can be adjusted in any of the four directions U, V and W, X during assembly, but also later. This means that the bed frame can be centered and readjusted in relation to the cupboard at any time.
Two rings 10 attached to the rod 8 with adjusting screws 11 allow the bed frame to be adjusted in the axial direction Y and Z. This allows the lateral play of the bed frame to the cupboard to be precisely adjusted.
The rear support consists of parts 12-14 and is used to hold the bed frame horizontally in the folded-down state, i. H. in the position of use of the bed. The rear support is rotatably mounted in bearings B and C attached to the rod 12. The leg 13 is designed so that it rests in the curvature D on the cover board of the bed frame, and thereby receives the correct position in the folded down position (FIG. 2). The leg 13 is provided with a foot plate 14 to protect floors and carpets.
When the bed is not in use and the bed frame is folded up (Fig. 1), the rear support is swiveled in.
Since the rear support has to be pivoted upwards to swivel in, it was designed in such a way that no cross connection was necessary between the legs, as this would be disruptive and even dangerous when the rear support is folded up.
If the bed is folded up (Fig. 1), nothing of the entire support mechanism can be seen, which meets the aesthetic requirements of a construction for such applications.
