Gehäuse eines Fernsprechapparates Der Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes betrifft das Gehäuse eines Fernsprechapparates, das sich aus Ge häusekappe und Bodenplatte zusammensetzt, und wel ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass an der Vorder wand der Gehäusekappe zwei Stege angespritzt sind, die sich über die Kappenunterkante hinaus in ringsektorarti ge Laschen fortsetzen, die beim Anlenken der Kappe in entsprechend geformte,
von an drei Seitenaufragenden Wänden gebildeten Aufnahmen der Bodenplatte eingrei fen und dass in der Rückwand der Gehäusekappe mindestens ein Durchbruch vorgesehen ist, in ,den ein elastischer hakenähnlicher Ansatz der Bodenplatte bei aufgedrückter Kappe einrastet.
Bei einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel ist hin ter dem Ansatz ein Verriegelungsstift in eine Bohrung der Bodenplatte und ein Gegenlager in der Kappe oberhalb des Durchbruches einsetzbar.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Weiterausbil dung dieses Verriegelungsstiftes und hat die Aufgabe, ,diesen so zu gestalten, dass er einerseits bei geringem Materialverbrauch das Eindrücken des Ansatzes sicher verhindert, andererseits ver- bzw. entriegelbar ist, ohne von :aussen entfernt werden zu können.
Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Verriegelungs stift drehbar angeordnet ist, seine Achse annähernd parallel zum Ansatz der Bodenplatte verläuft und sein mittlerer Teil mindestens einen Nocken aufweist, der in einer Stellung gegen den Ansatz drückt und dessen Bewegung verhindert.
Zweckmässig weist der mittlere Teil mit dem Nok- ken rechteckigen Querschnitt auf. Der Stift kann dann beispielsweise auch aus Flachmaterial hergestellt oder aus Kunststoff gespritzt sein. Auf jeden Fall wird bei grosser Stabilität der Materialverbrauch minimal gehal- ten. Bei Anordnung von zwei gegenüberliegenden Nok- ken ist ausserdem bei jeder halben Umdrehung eine zuverlässige Verriegelung möglich. Der Stift kann nur im geöffneten Zustand aus dem Apparat entfernt wer den.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung sieht vor, dass das durch die Bohrung in der Bodenplatte zugängliche Ende des Verriegelungsstiftes beispielsweise mit einem Schlitz zum Ansetzen eines Drehwerkzeuges versehen ist. Dabei isst es gleichgültig, ob der untere Lagerzapfen des Stiftes einen runden oder rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist. Selbstverständlich kann statt des Schlitzes auch ein Innensechskant oder dergleichen vorgesehen sein. Die Bohrung in der Bodenplatte weist auf deren Aussenseite vorteilhafterweise eine zylindrische Senkung auf, die nach der Verriegelung mit einem Plombiermittel Paste, Scheibe usw. - verschlossen werden kann.
Zur Erläuterung der Erfindung wird :anhand der Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigt: Fig. 1 die Schnittdarstellung von Teilen der Gehäu sekappe und der Bodenplatte, an denen sich die Rast- und die Sperrvorrichtung befinden, wobei letztere in ihrer wirksamen Stellung dargestellt ist, und Fig. 2 !die gleiche Darstellung wie in Fig. 1, jedoch mit entriegelter Sperrvorrichtung.
Die Darstellung beschränkt sich auf die erfindungs- wesentlichen Teile, d. h., auf den rückwärtigen Ab schnitt eines Fernsprech-Tischapparates. Soweit vorhan den, sind die Bezugszeichen die gleichen wie in der Hauptpatentschrift.
Die auf die Bodenplatte 1 aufgesetzte Gehäusekappe 2 weist in der Rückseite :den Durchbruch 7 auf, in den der hakenähnlich elastische Ansatz 5 passt, der an der Bodenplatte 1 -angespritzt ist. Zum Abnehmen der Gehäusekappe 2 lässt sich der Ansatz mit dem Finger eindrücken.
Um das Öffnen des Apparates von uriberufener Hand zu unterbinden, ist hinter dem Ansatz 5 eine Sperrvorrichtung vorgesehen. Sie wird von einem Ver riegelungsstift 11 gebildet, der unten in der Bohrung 8 in der Budenplatte 1 und oben im Gegenlager 9 in der Gehäusekappe 2 geführt ist. Das als Gegenlager 9 dienende Sackloch fluchtet mit der Bohrung 8 und befindet sich in einem entsprechenden Ansatz der Gehäuseinnenwand.
Der Verriegelungsstift 11 weist im mittleren Stück einen Nocken 12 in Form einer Verbreiterung oder Verdickung auf. Der Nocken 12 liegt innen am Ansatz 5 an, so dass dieser nicht eingedrückt werden kann, wie Fig. 1 zeigt.
Zweckmässig hat der Verriegelungsstift 11 mindestens im Mittelteil rechteckigen Querschnitt unkt ist beispielsweise aus Flachmaterial gefertigt, wobei wenigstens das obere Führungsende zylindrisch geformt ist, so dass der Stift gedreht werden kann, was durch Fig. 2 verdeutlicht wird. In dieser Stellung ist die Sperrvorrichtung entriegelt. Das untere Stiftende kann kreisförmigen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt mit gerun deten Kanten aufweisen, wichtig ist, dass es geschlitzt ist, so dass z.
B. ein Schraubenzieher zum Drehen des Verriegelungsstiftes angesetzt werden kann.
Die Bohrung 8 in der Bodenplatte 1 ist auf deren Aussenseite mit einer zylindrischen Senkung 13 verse hen, in die nach der Verriegelung ein Plombiermittel, vorzugsweise eine Plombierscheibe 14, eingesetzt wird: Der Verriegelungsstift kann nur von der Innenseite in die Bodenplatte eingeführt werden.

The present invention relates to a further development of this locking pin and has the task of designing it so that on the one hand it reliably prevents the projection from being pushed in with little material consumption, and on the other hand it can be locked or unlocked without being able to be removed from the outside.
This is achieved in that the locking pin is rotatably arranged, its axis runs approximately parallel to the base of the base plate and its central part has at least one cam which presses against the base in one position and prevents its movement.
The middle part with the cam expediently has a rectangular cross section. The pin can then, for example, also be made of flat material or injection-molded from plastic. In any case, the material consumption is kept to a minimum with great stability. With the arrangement of two opposing cams, a reliable locking is also possible with every half turn. An advantageous development provides that the end of the locking pin accessible through the bore in the base plate is provided, for example, with a slot for attaching a turning tool. It does not matter whether the lower journal of the pin has a round or rectangular cross-section. Of course, a hexagon socket or the like can also be provided instead of the slot. The bore in the base plate advantageously has a cylindrical countersink on its outside which, after locking, can be closed with a sealing agent, paste, disk, etc.
