Description
Utilisation de dérivés bicycliques oxygénés de la décaline comme agents odoriférants La présente invention concerne l'utilisation comme agent odoriférant pour la préparation de compositions de parfums et de produits parfumés d'au moins un des dérivés bicycliques oxygénés synthétiques de la décaline de formule EMI1.1 dans laquelle l'un des X représente t'hydrogène et l'autre un reste alcoyle, ou l'hydrogène, OR représente une fonction éthérée ou un groupe hydroxyle et R' un reste alcoyle, ou un hydrogène, étant cependant donné que les deux symboles X et le radical R' ne peuvent tous représenter l'hydrogène simultanément. On a découvert que les composés de formule I sont doués de propriétés odoriférantes très intéressantes et de ce fait sont utilisables comme agents parfumants dans l'industrie des parfums. Les composés de formule I dans laquelle R représente un reste alcoyle peuvent être obtenus par alcoylation suivant les moyens habituels d'éthérification des fonctions hydroxylées des composés de formule EMI1.2 dans laquelle les substituants X ont le sens décrit plus haut et R' est un reste alcoyle. Les carbinols Ia peuvent être préparés par alcoylation d'un composé de formule EMI1.3 dans laquelles les X ont le sens donné ci-dessus. Comme agent alcoylant on peut employer, par exemple, un composé organo-métallique de formule R'-ME où ME est une fonction métallique, par exemple Li ou Mg-Halogène, et R' a le sens défini ci-dessus. De préférence, on emploie un agent halogéno-magnésien et on opère suivant les conditions d'une réaction de Grignard. Suivant les mêmes methodes d'alcoylation, on peut préparer les composés de formule EMI1.4 dans laquelle R est un reste alcoyle et les X ont le sens indiqué plus haut, à partir d'un composé de formule EMI2.1 dans laquelle les X ont le sens défini ci-dessus. Le schéma suivant illustre un mode d'obtention des composés de formule III: EMI2.2 <tb> <SEP> x <SEP> x <tb> <SEP> < <SEP> ou/et <SEP> < <SEP> XXX <tb> <SEP> --I <SEP> o <tb> IV <SEP> V <SEP> IIa <tb> <SEP> alcoylation <tb> <SEP> x <SEP> tion <tb> <SEP> X <SEP> X <tb> Les composés IV et V peuvent être préparés à partir de dihydro-a-ionone suivant les moyens habituels [voir par exemple Bull. Soc. Chim. France 481 (1924); Angew. Chem. 72, 400 (1962); Ber. deutsch. chem. Ges. 74, 1474 (1941); J. Russ. Phys. Chem. Soc. 19, 553 (1887); J. Prakt. Chem. 37, (2), 417 (1888); Ann. Chim. 105-144 (1965/10); Bull. Soc. Chim. France 978 (1963)]. Ainsi, par exemple, le 1, 3, 7, 7-tétraméthylbicyclo [4. 4. 0] décanol-(3) peut être obtenu comme suit: Sous agitation on introduit en 30 min. à 0-5 C, 21,6 g (0,1035 mole) de pentachlorure de phosphore dans 20 g (0,1085mole) de dihydro-a-ionone. Puis on agite la solution brun-rouge sans refroidir, de sorte que la température monte à 20-25 C. On verse ensuite le mélange réactionnel sur de la glace et l'extrait au pentane. On lave l'extrait avec une solution saturée de NaHCO3 et NaCl et le sèche sur MgSO4. Après filtration et concentration de l'extrait, on obtient 23 g d'une huile rouge consistant essentiellement en un mélange de chlorures de la dihydro-a-ionone. Dans un ballon à 4 cols on chauffe sous argon 140 ml d'éthylènediamine à 100-110 C, puis on y dissout en agitant 1,4 g de lithium (0,2 mole) en morceaux. Après disparition de la couleur bleue, on refroidit le mélange réactionnel à 200 C. A cette température, on introduit en refroidissant avec un bain eau/glace en 15 min. 23 g du mélange de chlorure dissous dans 40 ml d'éthylènediamine. On agite le mélange réactionnel pendant 30 min. à température ambiante, le verse sur de la glace et l'extrait au pentane. L'extrait est ensuite lavé à l'eau, séché sur MgSO4, filtré et concentré. On obtient 13,2 g d'un produit composé de 2, 6, 6-triméthyl-1-[butyn-(3)-yl (1)]-cyclohexène-(1 et 2) et de 2, 6, 6-triméthyl-1-allényl méthyl-cyclohexène-(1 et 2) dans un rapport pondéral d'environ 7 : 1. Point d'éb. du produit: 35-38 C/0,08 mm. Rendement: 650/0, par rapport à la dihydro-a-ionone. On charge un ballon avec 100 ml d'acide formique (980/o), 5 ml d'acide sulfurique concentré et 10 mi d'eau. En agitant on introduit à 50-60 C en 10 min. 2,71 g du mélange des composés acétylénique et allénique (7:1). On agite ensuite le mélange réactionnel pendant 3t/2 h. à 60 C, puis le verse sur de la glace et l'extrait au pentane. On lave l'extrait à l'eau et avec une solution saturée de NaHCO5, le sèche sur MgSO4, le filtre et le concentre. On obtient 1,8 g de 1, 7, 7-triméthylbicyclo[4. 4. 0] décanone-(33) sous forme d'un mélange d'isomères A et B. Point d'éb. du mélange: 70 C/0,001 mm. Le rendement en mélange est de 6O0/o. On sépare les isomères par chromatographie gazeuse sur colonne TCEP (Tricyanoéthoxypropane î50/o) à 1500 C, vitesse d'hélium 40 ml/min. On obtient 51,1 lo de l'isomère A, F. = 71-720 C. On peut varier les conditions de cyclisation du mélange des composés acétylénique et allénique (7:1), par exemple de la manière représentée au tableau qui suit: Tableau Agent de Milieu Température Durée Composition du mélange des isomères cyclisation A et B H2SO4 CH3COOH/O 35o C 5 h 51,1 0/o 48,9 % H2SO4 CH3COOH/H2O 50 C 15 h 51,8 % 48,2 % HCl04 CHSCOOH/EIpO 4e500 C 15 h 51,00/o 49,0 /o CF3COOH H2O 3540" C 4 tl2h 42,2 % 57,8 /o Amberlite CH3COOH 800 C 15 h 59,0 % 41,0 % A une suspension de 2,6 g de tournures de Mg dans 20 ml d'éther anhydre, on ajoute goutte à goutte 9,5 g de bromure de méthyle en solution dans 10 ml d'éther. Lorsque l'addition est terminée, on chauffe t/2 h à reflux puis on ajoute goutte à goutte 19,4 g de 1, 7, 7-triméthylbicyclo [4. 4. 0] décanone-(3) dissoute dans 50 ml d'éther. On maintient encore deux heures à reflux puis on verse le mélange dans une solution saturée glacée de NH4Cl. On extrait à l'éther puis on neutralise, lave et sèche l'extrait. Après concentration de l'extrait sous pression réduite, on distille le résidu et obtient 18,5 g de 1, 3, 7, 7-tétraméthylbicyclo [4. 4. 0]-décanol-(3), point d'éb. 80-850 C/0,001 Torr qui cristallise après repos au froid. Par recristallisation dans l'hexane on prépare un échantillon analytique, F. 95-970 C. Constantes analytiques: Spectre IR (CC14): 3610, 3480, 1455, 1385, 1378, 1365cml. Spectre RMN (CCl5) 0,84 (3H, s), 0,87 (3H, s), 1,1 (6H, s), 1, 2-2, 0 (bandes complexes) ô ppm. Spectre de masse: 210, 177, 43, 69, 83, 195, 57, 109, 95. Les exemples qui suivent sont destinés à donner une idée plus précise sur la portée et la mise en oeuvre de l'invention. Exemple 1 Composition parfumée de type Chypre On prépare une composition de type Chypre en mélangeant les ingrédients suivants (parties en poids): Undécénal à 10 /o * 10 Dodécanal à 10 O/o * 20 Rose synthétique 60 Jasmin synthétique 120 Hydroxycitronellal 30 Isojasmone 5 y-Méthylionone 90 Résinoide Styrax à 50 % * 60 Alcool cinnamique 15 Bergamote 45 Céleri à 10 /o * 70 Citral à 10 oxo * 30 Patchouli 100 Santal oriental 20 Vetyver Bourbon 40 Acétate de cedryle 15 Mousse de chêne absolue à 50 % * 40 Clair de myrrhe à 10 /o * 20 Labdanum ciste absolu à 10 /o * 20 Civette naturelle dégraissée à 10 % * 20 Musc cétone 60 Coumarine 30 Ethylvanilline 15 Jasmin absolu 10 Rose bulgare 5 Total 950 * dans le phtalate diéthylique Si, à 90 g de ce mélange on ajoute 10 g de 1 ,3, 7, 7-tétraméthylbicyclo[4. 4. 0]décanol-(3), on obtient une composition présentant une note boisée et ambrée de richesse très naturelle. Exemple 2 Composition parfumée de type Chypre-Fleuri On prépare une composition de type Chypre-Fleuri en mélangeant les ingrédients suivants (parties en poids): Décanal à 10 /o * 5 Undécénal à 10 /o * 45 Dodécanal à 10 O/o * 10 Muguet synthétique 150 Rose synthétique 150 Jasmin synthétique 90 Oeillet synthétique 60 Bergamote 90 Ylang extra 45 Estragon à 100/o * 30 Mousse de chêne absolue à 50 oxo * 30 Labdanum ciste absolu à 10 O/o * 20 Benjoin larmes à 10 O/o * 10 Civette naturelle dégraissée à 10 % * 15 r-méthylionone 60 Patchouli 5 Santal oriental 30 Coumarine 25 Musc ambrette 10 Musc cétone 50 Fleurs d'oranger absolu à i0 /o * 15 Jasmin absolu 10 Rose absolue 20 Undécalactone à 10 oxo 10 Vanilline à 10 oxo 5 Total 990 dans le phtalate diéthylique Si à 98 g de ce mélange on ajoute 2 g de 1, 3, 7, 7-tétraméthyl bicyclo [4. 4. 0]décanol-(3), on obtient une composition d'odeur boisée et ambrée de richesse très naturelle.

- REVENDICATIONUtilisation d'au moins un des dérivos bicycliques oxygénés synthétiques de la décaline de formule EMI4.1 dans laquelle l'un des X représente l'hydrogène et l'autre un reste alcoyle, ou l'hydrogène, OR représente une fonction éthérée ou un groupe hydroxyle et R' un reste alcoyle, ou un hydrogène, étant cependant donné que les deux symboles Y et le radical R' ne peuvent tous représenter l'hydrogène simultanément, comme agent adoriférant pour la préparation de parfums et de produits parfumés.SOUS-REVENDICATION Utilisation suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise en tant qu'agent odoriférant le 1,3,7,7-tétraméthylbicyclo[4.4.0]décanol-(3).
