Dispositif de reglage pour la mise de niveau d'une baignoire
La pose d'une baignoire dans une salle de bains est conditionnée par la disposition des catelles sur au moins deux parois pour que le bord supérieur de la baignoire affleure la ligne de jointure entre deux rangées de catelles, cette ligne étant située à la même hauteur que ledit bord supérieur. En outre, l'exiguïté de certaines salles de bains entrave la pose de la baignoire, cette pose nécessitant environ deux heures de travail et trois ouvriers spécialisés dans la mise en place et la mise de niveau de la baignoire.
La présente invention qui vise à obvier à ces incon- vénients a pour objet un dispositif de réglage pour la mise de niveau d'une baignoire. n est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux supports amovibles placés respectivement à chaque extrémité longitudinale de la baignoire à installer et perpendiculairement à l'axe de la baignoire, chaque support comportant un longeron supérieur relié par deux montants de réglage à un longeron inférieur pourvu d'une cale de stabilisation du support, chaque montant étant formé de deux parties assemblées par vissage.
Le dessin annexé représente une forme d'exécution et deux variantes du dispositif objet de l'invention, données à titre d'exemple.

Le dispositif de réglage, dans la forme d'exécution représentée aux fig. 1 à 14, comprend deux supports 1, 1' placés aux extrémités d'une baignoire 2 disposée selon les fig. 1 à 3. Ces supports ne diffèrent l'un de l'au- tre que par la forme de leur cale de stabilisation, le support 1, placé du côté antérieur 3 de la baignoire, étant pourvu, du côté éloigné de la paroi 25, d'une cale de stabilisation 4 en forme de T (fig. 2 et 10 à 12) et le support 1', placé du côté postérieur 5 de la baignoire, étant muni d'une cale 6 en forme de L (fig. 2, 13 et 14).
Le support 1 comporte deux longerons superposés à section rectangulaire, le longeron inférieur 7 (fig. 4 à 9) étant relié au longeron supérieur 8 par deux montants 9, 9' identiques. Chaque montant 9 est composé d'un tube 10 et d'un élément de réglage 11. Le tube 10 est fixé par soudure sur le longeron inférieur 7 et comporte à son extrémité supérieure un écrou 12 dans lequel est engagé l'élément de réglage 11.
Sous le longeron supérieur 8 est fixé, par exemple par soudure, un doigt 13, de section rectangulaire, le doigt étant relié à une chape 14 par un axe d'articulation 15.
La chape 14 est pourvue, à son extrémité inférieure 16, de section rectangulaire, d'une cage extérieure 17 de roulement à billes dont la cage intérieure 18 est fixée par soudure sur l'extrémité supérieure 19 de l'élément de réglage 1 1 dont l'extrémité inférieure filetée 20 est engagée dans l'écrou 12 du tube 10. L'élément de réglage 1 1 est, en outre, pourvu de trous 21 pour le passage d'une broche de manoeuvre 22 (fig. 4).
Le longeron 8 présente, en outre, à son extrémité antérieure 23 une plus grande longueur par rapport au montant 9 que celle de l'extrémité postérieure 24 par
rapport au montant 9' pour y faire reposer la baignoire 2 avant de la pousser pour l'adosser contre la paroi de fond 25 (fig. 1 à 3) de la salle de bains. Après avoir posé
des plots de calage sous la baignoire, on enlève les supports 1, 1'.
Pour faciliter le réglage des supports 1 et 1', la partie inférieure des montants 9, 9' est pourvue d'un manchon 26 (fig. 15) en matière plastique, par exemple en polyéthylène, dans une première variante du dispositif.
Le manchon 26 comprend successivement de bas en haut une partie cylindrique 27 entourant le tube 10, une partie tronconique 28, une autre partie cylindrique 29 de plus petit diamètre et une bague 30 solidaire de la partie inférieure de l'élément de réglage 11.
Dans une deuxième variante du dispositif, représentée en fig. 16, la liaison entre le montant 9 ou 9' et le longe- ron supérieur 8 est rendue plus souple pour augmenter les possibilités de mise à l'équerre des supports et de la baignoire. La chape 14 est pourvue d'une genouillère renfermant le roulement à billes 17. La genouillère comprend une rondelle 31 intercalée entre la chape 14 et un tronçon tubulaire 32, ces trois parties étant fixées entre elles, par exemple par soudure. Le tronçon 32 est muni de quatre trous taraudés 33 dans chacun desquels est engagée une vis à six pans intérieurs 34, la pointe de chacune de ces vis étant en contact avec le roulement à billes 17 fixé sur l'élément de réglage 11.
La pose de la baignoire décrite s'effectue de la manière suivante: chacun des deux supports 1, 1' étant mis en place avec ses cales respectives 4, 6 et la baignoire 2 reposant par ses rebords sur l'extrémité antérieure des longerons supérieurs 8, on ripe la baignoire 2 pour l'adosser contre la paroi de fond 25 après l'avoir mise de niveau au moyen du réglage des montants 9, 9' des supports respectifs 1, 1'. La baignoire étant ensuite placée dans sa position définitive, on la soutient au moyen de plots de calage, la dernière opération consistant à enlever les supports 1, 1'.
Adjustment device for leveling a bathtub
The installation of a bathtub in a bathroom is conditioned by the arrangement of the catellas on at least two walls so that the upper edge of the bathtub is flush with the joining line between two rows of catellas, this line being located at the same height than said upper edge. In addition, the smallness of some bathrooms hinders the installation of the bathtub, this installation requiring approximately two hours of work and three workers specialized in the installation and the leveling of the bathtub.
The present invention, which aims to obviate these drawbacks, relates to an adjusting device for leveling a bathtub. n is characterized in that it comprises two removable supports placed respectively at each longitudinal end of the tub to be installed and perpendicular to the axis of the tub, each support comprising an upper spar connected by two adjustment uprights to a lower spar provided a support stabilization wedge, each upright being formed of two parts assembled by screwing.
The appended drawing represents an embodiment and two variants of the device which is the subject of the invention, given by way of example.

The adjustment device, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 14, comprises two supports 1, 1 'placed at the ends of a bathtub 2 arranged according to FIGS. 1 to 3. These supports differ from each other only by the shape of their stabilization wedge, the support 1, placed on the front side 3 of the bathtub, being provided, on the side remote from the wall 25 , a T-shaped stabilization wedge 4 (fig. 2 and 10 to 12) and the support 1 ', placed on the rear side 5 of the bathtub, being provided with an L-shaped wedge 6 (fig. 2, 13 and 14).
The support 1 comprises two superimposed side members of rectangular section, the lower side member 7 (Fig. 4 to 9) being connected to the upper side member 8 by two identical uprights 9, 9 '. Each upright 9 is composed of a tube 10 and an adjustment element 11. The tube 10 is fixed by welding on the lower spar 7 and comprises at its upper end a nut 12 in which the adjustment element 11 is engaged. .
Under the upper spar 8 is fixed, for example by welding, a finger 13, of rectangular section, the finger being connected to a yoke 14 by a hinge pin 15.
The yoke 14 is provided, at its lower end 16, of rectangular section, with an outer race 17 of ball bearings, the inner cage 18 of which is fixed by welding on the upper end 19 of the adjustment element 1 1 of which the threaded lower end 20 is engaged in the nut 12 of the tube 10. The adjustment element 1 1 is further provided with holes 21 for the passage of an operating pin 22 (Fig. 4).
The spar 8 has, moreover, at its front end 23 a greater length relative to the upright 9 than that of the rear end 24 by
relative to the upright 9 'to make the bathtub 2 rest there before pushing it to lean it against the back wall 25 (fig. 1 to 3) of the bathroom. After posing
wedging pads under the bathtub, the supports 1, 1 'are removed.
To facilitate the adjustment of the supports 1 and 1 ', the lower part of the uprights 9, 9' is provided with a sleeve 26 (fig. 15) made of plastic material, for example polyethylene, in a first variant of the device.
The sleeve 26 comprises successively from bottom to top a cylindrical part 27 surrounding the tube 10, a frustoconical part 28, another cylindrical part 29 of smaller diameter and a ring 30 integral with the lower part of the adjustment element 11.
In a second variant of the device, shown in FIG. 16, the connection between the upright 9 or 9 'and the upper stringer 8 is made more flexible in order to increase the possibilities of squaring the supports and the bathtub. The yoke 14 is provided with a toggle containing the ball bearing 17. The toggle comprises a washer 31 interposed between the yoke 14 and a tubular section 32, these three parts being fixed together, for example by welding. The section 32 is provided with four threaded holes 33 in each of which is engaged an internal hexagon screw 34, the tip of each of these screws being in contact with the ball bearing 17 fixed on the adjustment element 11.
The installation of the described bathtub is carried out as follows: each of the two supports 1, 1 'being put in place with its respective wedges 4, 6 and the bathtub 2 resting by its edges on the front end of the upper longitudinal members 8 , the bathtub 2 is ripe in order to lean it against the bottom wall 25 after having leveled it by means of the adjustment of the uprights 9, 9 'of the respective supports 1, 1'. The bathtub then being placed in its final position, it is supported by means of wedging studs, the last operation consisting in removing the supports 1, 1 '.
