Markise

Sperrstück des Zahngesperres (nach Fig. 2), welches gleichzeitig einen Festsitz des Tragrohres in der Konsole unterbindet; orthogonal gezeichnet;
Fig. 6 Lagerhülse zur Kompensation von sog.
awning
The invention relates to an awning with an awning fabric fastened on its roller tube so that it can be rolled up and down, which is carried and tensioned at or next to its free end by an extendable drop rod linked to articulated arms and / or by extendable and retractable individual brackets, as well as with a Support tube provided with brackets on which fabric shaft bearings, articulated arm brackets and the gear are fixed.
This structure of awnings is already known, namely with such consoles that are designed as clamp bearings for the support tube.
However, the support tube can only be fixed in the position which results in the desired roof pitch of the awning by extremely vigorous tightening of the clamping bearing screws. However, there is no absolute certainty that the clamping effect will not decrease over time.
The invention is based on the object of making the roof pitch more stable and nevertheless more convenient to regulate than before, i.e. was at best possible with the clamping, force-fit mounting of the support tube in the consoles.
According to the invention, this is achieved by a form-fitting holder of the support tube formed from a toothed lock and adjusting rings.
The tooth lock is preferably a bolt lock.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown schematically. The drawing also contains some exemplary embodiments of individual parts. Show it:
1 type of roller awning, in which a support tube provided with brackets effects the cohesion; general scheme;
2 shows an awning according to the invention, mechanical structure, drawn in detail and in perspective;
3 console of another awning, view in orthogonal representation;
4 shows the same bracket, drawn in cross section according to auxiliary line A-B of FIG. 3;
Fig. 5 so-called matching console according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
Locking piece of the ratchet (according to FIG. 2), which at the same time prevents a tight fit of the support tube in the console; drawn orthogonally;
6 bearing sleeve to compensate for so-called tilting effects, suitable for the console according to FIGS. 3 and 4, in cross section according to auxiliary line C-D in FIG. 4.
In Fig. 1, G is the building wall, 32 is one of the two consoles, 10 is the awning fabric, 30 is the fabric shaft, 31 is the support tube, 41 is one of the two bearing covers, 60 is one of the two articulated arms (with joint 61 ) and with 62 the drop bar articulated at the ends of the two articulated arms 60 denotes. A double arrow, as shown, should indicate that the roof pitch can be changed.
The same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 are used in FIG. In addition, 65 denotes the gear (= roller shutter gear) and 70 denotes one of the two adjusting rings that can be locked on the support tube 31, which take up any axial thrust of the support tube 31, i.e. have to lead to the console 32. However - just for the sake of clarity - this adjusting ring 70 is not in its position of use, i.e. not shown directly on the outer end face of console 32, but pushed off to the left. The second - not shown - adjusting ring 70 lies on the outer end face of the other console 32, which is also not shown.
The tooth lock, a simple bolt lock. by which any torque acting on the support tube 31 is intercepted at the console 32 shown, namely by means of the locking piece 72 screwed to this (32); from this one of the two consoles 32 is received, still consists of the locking member 73 with its locking grooves 74 'and 74 "and its safety limit stop 75, which is displaceable on the support tube 31, but is non-rotatably mounted on this (31), and it also consists of the compression spring (helical spring) 76, which is supported against the adjusting ring 77. The above-mentioned non-rotatability of the locking member 73 with respect to the support tube 31 is shown by the longitudinal slot 78 drawn in the former (73) in conjunction with the very strong pin 79 in the latter (31 ) brought about.
By means of the operating handle 80 attached to the locking member 73, the roof inclination can be adjusted in steps according to the distance between the locking grooves 74 'and 74 "- in the sense of the double arrow F, namely by pivoting the support tube 31 together with everything that is clamped on it; this but only if one has previously released the roof inclination by means of this operating handle 80 by a sliding movement in the direction of the right arrow of the double arrow E, i.e. against the force of the compression spring 76. In FIG. 2, the one from the blocking by the locking groove 74 'is straight released situation moment graphically represented.
How, through a suitable design of the locking piece 72 screwed flush to the console 32, it can be prevented at the same time that the support tube 31 gets from the running seat in the console bearing equipped with a cover 41 into a tight fit, can be seen from the - therefore deliberately drawn close together - Fig 4 with FIG. 5 easily recognize: The wedge-shaped cross-sectional part K of the locking piece 72 prevents the cover 41 and the bearing screw 42 from causing a clamping effect on the support tube 31. In Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, 40 denotes an intermediate sleeve (= bearing sleeve) made of an elastic, but by no means highly elastic (Thiokol product (= high-polymer ethylene polysulphide, reinforced by filler), which serves to compensate for so-called tilting consequences .
This intermediate sleeve 40 also indirectly has to alleviate obstructions to the rotation of the roller tube 30.
In order to keep the bracket 32 from tilting, such through-holes are provided in the brackets 32 for all anchor bolts 33, the direction of which is parallel or approximately parallel to the axis of the fabric shaft 30 and the support tube 31.
Another intermediate sleeve, a composite bearing sleeve 40 ', is proposed in FIG. 6 for even better compensation of the consequences of tilting. The composite consists of an elastically held polyamide product (nylon) 91 and the - on the outside - a double cone with a spherical apex forming metallic bearing sleeve 90 made of sintered iron.
