FIGS. 1 and 2 show a vertical profile tube 1 which can serve as a standpipe for racks, as is shown in the application examples according to FIGS. This profile tube has a square cross-section and is provided on all four sides with longitudinal slots 2 for the insertion of a clamping bolt 3, which is equipped with a transverse, prismatic anchoring head 4. The profile corners 5 delimiting the longitudinal slots 2 are connected to a core tube 7 of the profile 1 by diagonal webs 6. The connecting pipes 8 connected at right angles to three sides of the vertical profile pipe 1 have a square cross-section and are provided with clamping devices built in at their ends, each of which clamping bolts 3 is guided in a cylindrical bearing bolt 9 coaxially to the axis of the connecting pipe 8.
The cylindrical bearing bolts 9 are each inserted into a continuous transverse bore 10 of the connecting pipe 8 and contain a clamping screw 12 in an axial threaded bore 11, which engages with a conical tip 13 in a lateral, conical recess 14 of the associated clamping bolt 3. A compression spring 17 is pushed onto the tensioning bolt 3 between a stop disk 15 resting against the bearing bolt 9 and centrally penetrated by the tensioning bolt 3 and a circlip 16 set in the tensioning bolt 3 at a distance therefrom Seeks to move position. When the clamping screw 12 is tightened from the position A (FIG. 2) into the position B, the clamping bolt 3 is withdrawn from its position A ', which extends further for assembly, against the action of the spring 15 into position B'.
The tightening of the clamping bolt is brought about by the wedge effect of the conical tip 13 of the clamping screw 12 against the inclined surface of the conical recess 14 of the clamping bolt 3.
In the tightened position of the clamping bolt 3, the connection pipe 8 is pressed firmly against the profile pipe 1, whereby a rigid connection of the horizontal connection pipe 8 with the vertical profile pipe 1 is achieved.
Before the connection pipes 8 are mounted on a vertical profile pipe 1, the clamping screws 12 are turned back in the outward direction using a suitable wrench, so that the clamping bolts 3, under the action of the compression spring 17, protrude from the pipe end so far that the anchoring head 4 can easily pass through a longitudinal slot of the vertical profile tube 1 is introduced and can be brought into a transverse position engaging behind the edges of the longitudinal slots 2 by rotating the connecting pipe 8 by 90 degrees. In this position of the connecting pipe 8, the clamping screw 12 is tightened so that its conical tip 13 on the inclined surface of the conical recess 14 pulls the clamping bolt 3 inwards by sliding by wedge effect and thereby presses the end of the connecting pipe 8 against the profile tube.
Fig. 5-8 show the connection of a vertical profile tube 1 with two trays 18 as horizontal connection elements. In this embodiment, the clamping bolts 3 of the frontal clamping devices built into the trays 18 are each provided with a disc-shaped anchoring head 4 '. The latter are introduced into the longitudinal slots 2 from the ends of the profile tubes 1. In this embodiment, the clamping bolts 3 are slidably mounted in bores 19 of the trays 18 and penetrate cylindrical bearing bolts 9, which are inserted from below into matching bearing bores 10 of the trays 18 in a transverse position to the clamping bolts 3.
A compression spring 17 introduced into the bore 19 acts against each inner end of the tensioning bolt 3 and tries to move the tensioning bolt 3 in the outward direction. 12 are the tensioning screws with the conical tips 13, each of which can be screw-adjusted in an axial threaded bore 11 of the bearing bolts. The latter each engage in the conical recess 14 of the tensioning bolt 3.
By tightening the clamping screws 12 by means of a socket wrench, the clamping bolts 3 are pulled inward against the action of the springs 17 and the trays 18 are thereby pressed with their front sides against the vertical profile tube 1. When turning back the tensioning screws 12, the tensioning bolts 3 are shifted a few millimeters outwards. As a result, the press fit of the trays 18 on the profile tube 1 is canceled so that they can be adjusted in height as required. Before the assembly of the frame, the clamping bolts 3 of the trays 18 are adjusted outwards, after which they can be pushed into the longitudinal slots of the profile tubes 1 with their anchoring heads 4 'from above.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 9-10 and 13, longitudinally slotted vertical profile tubes 1 are detachably connected with their front ends at right angles to the same horizontal profile tubes 1 ', the horizontal profile tubes 1' serving as feet of the frame (FIG. 13). In order to enable such a connection, a clamping device is built into at least the lower of the two ends of the vertical profile tube 1, namely the clamping bolt 3 is guided displaceably in the core tube 7 of the profile tube 1.
The anchoring head 4 of the clamping bolt 3 protruding from the profile tube is designed in the shape of a prism and can be inserted through the longitudinal slot 2 in the position aligned with the longitudinal slot 2 of the horizontal profile tube 1 '. A spring 17 pressing against the rear end of the clamping bolt 3 is supported on the other end against an abutment 20 and seeks to press the clamping bolt 3 outwards. A clamping screw 12 engages with its conical tip 13 through a lateral bore 21 of the core tube 7 in a conical bore 14 of the clamping bolt 3. The clamping screw 12 is guided in a threaded bore 11 of a disk 22, which is supported against the inside of the flange formed by the profile corners 5 and delimiting the slot 2 and is guided between these and the core tube 7 together with connecting webs 6.
The clamping bolt 3 is also actuated here by means of a socket wrench that fits into the hexagonal hole 12 ′ of the clamping screw 12.
In the embodiment of a shelf frame shown in FIG. 12, the four frame legs 1 are rigidly connected to one another by an upper and a lower frame made of horizontal profiles 1 '.
The trays 18 with their protruding anchoring heads 4 'are inserted from above with their anchoring heads 4' through the vertical longitudinal slots 2 before the upper horizontal frame is attached, and fixed at the desired height by tightening the clamping screws 12.
The shelf frame according to FIG. 13 is two-legged, with the vertical profiles 1 'serving as legs having as feet. The frame legs 1 are stabilized here solely by the fixed trays.
