Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht in explodierter Anordnung,
Fig. 2 eine Führungshülse in drei Ansichten,
Fig. 3 einen Verbindungsanker in drei Ansichten,
Fig. 4 einen Arretierbolzen in zwei Ansichten,
Fig. 5 eine zugehörige Schraube.
Beispiel I

the guide strips (3) can be inserted either vertically or horizontally into the grooves (8) of the strips (8 '), and the guide sleeve (2) can be penetrated transversely by the locking bolt (9) into which the screw (10) can be screwed is that the tip (11) can eccentrically engage in a bore (12) formed in the connec tion anchor (1).
2. Kit according to claim 1, characterized in that the guide sleeve (2) has a stop (13) for a spring (14) to act on the connecting anchor (1).
3. Kit according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the locking bolt is penetrated through a hole (18) in a profile wall so far into the profile (4) that the end of the locking bolt (9) on a milling of the strips ( 8 ') can be supported in the axial direction of the profile (4).
4. Kit according to one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the profiles (4) made of aluminum and the guide sleeve (2) consist of plastic.
The invention relates to a kit with at least two profiles and with connecting elements, in particular for the economical production of dismantled frames, exhibition stands, furniture, etc.
It is known to clamp aluminum profiles together by means of connecting elements and by means of an eccentric effect. With simple connecting elements, which are inexpensive due to their simple construction, a high mechanical stability is measured as soon as higher loads occur. For this reason, fasteners of complex design became known which should be able to withstand higher loads. However, the greater effort is in economic disproportion to the greater resilience.
It is therefore the aim of this invention to improve this disproportion and, furthermore, to expand the possible application.
This is achieved by the features cited in claim 1.
The drawings illustrate an embodiment of the invention in detail.
Show it:
1 is a perspective view in an exploded arrangement,
2 a guide sleeve in three views,
3 shows a connecting anchor in three views,
4 a locking bolt in two views,
Fig. 5 an associated screw.
The purpose of the kit is the firm but detachable connection of profiles.
Fig. 1: An aluminum profile 4 has an approximately rectangular outline with grooves 15, 16 into which an anchor head 17 can be inserted.
The assembly of the kit takes place as follows:
Example I
The guide sleeve 2 is slid into the grooves 8 in the middle of the aluminum profile 4. The locking bolt 9 is pushed into a previously milled hole 18 until it abuts the opposite wall. The bar 8 'present there has also been milled away so that the locking pin 9 is fixed in the axial direction of the aluminum profile 4. It penetrates the guide sleeve 2.
The spring 14 is inserted into the guide sleeve 2 and the connecting anchor 1 is pushed. Finally, the screw 10 is screwed in so far that it still protrudes 2 mm. Now the connection anchor can no longer fall out. If the head 17 of the connecting anchor 1 has been correctly inserted into the corresponding groove 15 of a second profile rod 4, the screw 10 can be tightened completely. The tip 11 strikes the cutout 12 and pulls the connecting anchor 1 in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 3) against the interior of the aluminum profile 4, whereby both profiles are connected securely but releasably.
It should be noted that the axes of the milling 12 and the screw 10 are offset by about 1-2 mm, which causes a strong pushing force when the screw is tightened, which is not released by vibrations. The connection can be released by slightly unscrewing the screw 10 without the individual parts falling apart.
Example2
An important advantage of the invention is the possibility of tightening the connection from above or below. The guide sleeve 2 with the strips 3 is inserted vertically into the corresponding grooves 8. Previously, a hole is the same as 18 from above, resp. been drilled into the profile rod 4 below. Analogous to example 1, the locking bolt 9 is now from above, respectively. inserted from below and tightened the screw 10.
Example 3
The guide sleeve 2 is not inserted in the center of the profile but in the channel 5 in the grooves 8. The further assembly is similar to that in Example 1.
Example 4
The guide sleeve 2 is pushed into the grooves 8 in the channel 7 and the further assembly takes place in a manner similar to that in Example 1.
Example 5
Two connecting anchors 1 are used. The assembly is carried out according to Examples 3 and 4.
Example 1 allows the screw 10 to be placed in a less conspicuous place.
Examples 2 and 3 allow higher loads from above and below, respectively, using a longer lever arm.
Example 5 is advantageous for very high loads such as table legs.
It is advantageous if the guide sleeve 2 has a stop 13, shown as a bottom 13 in FIG. Thus, a spring 14 can be used between the bottom 13 and the connecting anchor 1, which the connection
anchor 1 pushes out of the profile 4. When screw 10 is inserted, the connecting anchor 1 protrudes so far that its head 17 can easily be threaded into the groove 15.
It is advantageous to mill hole 18 up to the opposite wall, but not through it. However, the strip 8 there should be milled away. The remaining bar 8 'is to serve the locking bolt 9 used as a bearing. This is favorable for absorbing the clamping force which is created by tightening the screw 10.
