Sicherung
Fig. 3 eine Vorderansicht der Sicherung gemäss Fig. 2,
Fig. 4 eine perspektivische Ansicht der Sicherung.
Fuse
The invention relates to a securing device for axially fixing a shaft between two parts penetrated by the shaft, consisting of a Z-shaped folded steel band with two band parts provided with openings for the passage of the shaft.
The invention is characterized in that one strap part of the fuse is supported with a bent tab against the surface of the shaft and thereby locks the fuse against displacement in one axial direction of the shaft and that the other strap part with a bent end on the Tab presses to achieve a locking effect in the other axial direction.
For example, the tab has a V-shaped incision at the free end and is supported against the surface of the shaft. The other part of the hinge is expediently directed outwards when the securing device is in the relaxed state and its bent end is at a distance from the tab, while the part of the hinge is approximately perpendicular to the shaft axis when the securing device is locked. One band part is preferably provided with an elongated hole opening.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a section through the shaft axis with a fuse on one side,
FIG. 2 shows a section like FIG. 1 with a fuse resting on both sides,
3 shows a front view of the fuse according to FIG. 2,
4 is a perspective view of the fuse.
On the shaft 1 with the free ends 2, 3, a fuse is applied according to FIG. 1, which on one side supports an axially displaceable part 4 against displacement in the direction of arrow 17. On the other side of the fuse there is another axially displaceable part 5 which, according to FIG. 1, is at a distance from the fuse, but according to FIG. 2, is pushed close to the fuse.
The fuse consists of a steel band folded in a U-shape at point 10, one arm of which has a band part 6 directed approximately perpendicular to the shaft axis and the other arm of which has a band part 8 that is resilient outward. The two belt parts are provided with openings 7 and 9, the latter being designed as an elongated hole. The locking of the fuse is effected by a tab 12 which is bent away from the band part 6 at the point 11 and which rests resiliently on the surface of the shaft 1 with a V-shaped incision 13. The band part 6 comes with its upper end in contact with the part 4, while the lower end has a small distance therefrom.
As a result, a pressure of the part 4 in the direction of the arrow 17 has the effect of pressing the tab 12 more strongly.
The points indicated by arrows a of the band part 6 and f of the incision 13 are in direct contact with the shaft 1 while the points b, c and d of the band parts 6 and 8 have a certain play to the shaft. According to FIG. 1, a distance denoted by e is provided between the tab 12 and the end 15 of the band part 8 bent at the point 14.
If the displaceable part 5 is pushed against the safety device in the direction of the arrow 16, the band part 8 is approximately perpendicular to the shaft axis according to FIG is reinforced. The part 5 can no longer be moved further in the direction of arrow 16, since it is blocked by the fuse in this direction.
With the backup, it is therefore possible to secure two on a smooth shaft sliding parts 4, 5 in the opposite direction against displacement or to keep them at a certain distance from each other. The fuse can be locked at any point on the shaft.
To dismantle the fuse, it is necessary to move part 5 in the direction of arrow 17 so that the state according to FIG. 1 is present. The fuse can then be removed by lifting the tab 12 in the direction of arrow 17.
