Geländer, insbesondere Balkongeländer
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Geländer, insbesondere Balkongeländer, mit mindestens einem Profilelement, welches mit Hilfe von Befestigungsmitteln an einem Objekt angebracht ist.
Es sind bereits derartige Geländer, insbesondere Balkongeländer, bekannt, wobei die als Handlauf dienen.
den Profilelemente mittels besonders ausgebildeten Befestigungsmitteln am Objekt befestigt werden können. Als Befestigungsmittel dienen dabei U-förmige Verankerungsbügel, die mittels Halteplatten und Schrauben an einem Träger, beispielsweise an einem Pfosten, des Objektes befestigt sind. Damit der genannte U-förmige Verankerungsbügel und die anderen Befestigungsmittel das Profilelement sicher anbringen können, muss dieses eine ganz bestimmte Form aufweisen. Hierzu ist die Anordnung verschiedener Profil-Schenkel in einem ganz bestimmten Verhältnis zueinander erforderlich. Durch diese verhältnismässig komplizierte Bauweise, werden die Herstellungskosten dieser Profilelemente erhöht.
Ausserdem ist die Herstellung der erforderlichen Befestigungsmittel, also der Verankerungsbügel, der Halteplatten und der Schrauben ebenfalls ziemlich aufwendig, so dass die Herstellungskosten ebenfalls verhältnismässig hoch sind.
Die Montage der bekannten Geländer erfordert überdies viel Zeit. wodurch zwangsläufig die Montagekosten erhöht werden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun die Schaffung eines Geländers mit Befestigungsmittel, das die oben genannten Nachteile nicht aufweist. Dabei soll sowohl das Profilelement als auch dessen Befestigungsmitte] einfach herzustellen sein. Im weiteren sollen die genannten Teile schnell und einfach verlegt bzw. am Objekt befestigt werden können.
Dies wird bei einem Geländer, insbesondere Balkongeländer, der eingangs genannten Art erreicht durch ein als Längshauptträger ausgebildetes Profilelement, das zwei gegeneinander gerichtete Schenkelteile aufweist, welche von zwei flachen Platten der Befestigungsmittel eingeklemmt sind, zwecks Befestigung des Profilelementes am Objekt, und durch zwei parallel zueinander gerichtete Schenkelteile des Profilelementes, welche zur Aufnahme einer Deckplatte bestimmt sind.
Nachfolgend wird eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 ein erstes Profilelement mit Befestigungsmittel;
Fig. 2 ein an einem Balkonpfosten befestigtes, erstes Profilelement mit Befestigungsmittel und eingesetzter Deckplatte und
Fig. 3 ein an einem Balkon befestigtes zweites Profilelement mit eingesetzter Deckplatte.
Das Geländer, welches im erläuterten Ausführungsbeispiel als Balkongeländer ausgebildet ist, weist einen als Handlauf dienender Längshauptträger 10 auf, der aus einem Profilelement aus Leichtmetall, beispielsweise Aluminium, gebildet ist. Dieser Längshauptträger 10 besteht aus einem U-förmigen Hauptteil 11 mit zwei rechtwinklig abstehenden Schenkeln 12 und 13, welche je einen rechtwinklig gegeneinander gerichteten Teil 14 und 15 aufweisen. Rechtwinklig auf dem Teil 14 und parallel zum Schenkel 12 ist ein Führungsteil 16 vorgesehen, das zur Führung einer als Brüstung dienenden Deckplatte bestimmt ist.
Der von einem Profilelement gebildete Längshauptträger 10 wird mittels Befestigungselemente an senkrecht am Balkon, befestigte Pfosten angebracht. Diese Befestigungselemente bestehen aus einer ersten Platte 17, welche am genannten Balkonpfosten befestigt wird, und einer zweiten Gegendruckplatte 18. Diese Platten 17, 18 weisen je eine Bohrung auf, deren Achsen miteinander fluchten und dem Durchtritt einer Befestigungsschraube 19 dienen. Die beiden Platten 17, 18 sind mittels der Befestigungsschraube 19 und einer Mutter 20 auf den Teilen 14 und 15 des Profilelementes befestigt. In diesem Zustand wird das Geländer mit den Befestigungselementen geliefert.
In der Fig. 2 ist eine Balkonplatte 21 teilweise dargestellt, auf welcher in bekannter Weise mehrere Pfosten 22 befestigt sind. Am oberen Endteil der Pfosten 22 ist das als Handlauf dienende Profilelement befestigt.
Hierzu wird die erste Platte 17 in bekannter Weise mit dem Pfosten 22 verbunden. Auf dieser Platte 17 ist das Profilelement mittels der Teile 14 und 15 abgestützt und geführt. Zur Befestigung des Profilelementes dient die Gegendruckplatte 18, welche mittels der Befestigungsschraube 19 und der Mutter 20 in Richtung zur ersten Platte 17 angezogen werden kann. Hierbei werden die Teile 14 und 15 des Profilelementes zwischen die beiden Platten 17 und 18 geklemmt, wodurch das Profilelement und somit der als Handlauf dienende Längshauptträger fest eingespannt ist. Die Befestigung des genannten Längshauptträgers 10 geschieht somit in einfacher und schneller Weise.
Das Profilelement ist derart gestaltet, dass es Deckplatten 23 aufnehmen kann, welche als Balkon-Brüstung dienen können. Hierzu weist das Profil einen Schenkel 12 und einen Führungsteil 16 auf zwischen denen die Deckplatte 23 geführt und gehalten ist. Hierzu können besondere Verankerungsmittel 24 aus einem gummielestischen Material vorgesehen sein, welche die Deckplatten 23 zwischen Schenkel 12 und Führungsteil 16 festlegen.
Zur Halterung der genannten Deckplatten 23 sind ausserdem an dem Pfosten 22 befestigte, zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen, mit welchen ein zweites, zum Geländer gehörendes Profilelement am Pfosten befestigt werden kann.
Das in der Fig. 3 dargestellte zusätzliche zweite Profilelement 25 weist zwei parallel zueinander und in einem Abstand voneinander angeordnete Schenkel 26, 27 auf. Der diese Schenkel verbindende Teil 28 hat eine Verlängerung, deren Ende rechtwinklig nach innen abgebogen ist. Das freie Ende des Schenkels 27 weist einen parallel zum Verbindungsteil 28 verlaufenden Schenkel 29 auf, dessen Ende ebenfalls rechtwinklig nach innen gebogen ist. Der Schenkel 27 und die beiden nach innen gebogenen Enden bilden eine Nut, in welche eine Halteplatte 30 eingesetzt werden kann. Diese Halteplatte ist mit einer Gewindebohrung versehen, in welcher eine Befestigungsschraube 31 eingreifen kann. Mit Hilfe der genannten Befestigungsschraube 31 und der Halteplatte 30 ist das zusätzliche zweite Profilelement 25 am unteren Teil des Pfostens 22 befestigt.
Dieses zusätzliche Profilelement dient der Halterung und Führung einer weiteren Deckplatte 32, welche zwischen die Schenkel 26 und 27 des Profilelementes gehalten ist.
Der Verbindungsteil 28 des zusätzlichen Profilelementes kann auch als Abstützung der oberen Deckplatte 23 dienen, wie dies in der Fig. 3 schematisch angedeutet ist.
Das zusätzliche Profilelement 25 und die Befestigungsmittel 30, 31 gehören ebenfalls zur Ausrüstung des Geländers, und werden mit diesem geliefert.

The present invention relates to a railing, in particular a balcony railing, with at least one profile element which is attached to an object with the aid of fastening means.

U-shaped anchoring brackets are used as fastening means, which are fastened to a support, for example to a post, of the object by means of retaining plates and screws. So that the said U-shaped anchoring bracket and the other fastening means can securely attach the profile element, it must have a very specific shape. This requires the arrangement of different profile legs in a very specific ratio to one another. This relatively complicated construction increases the manufacturing costs of these profile elements.
In addition, the production of the required fastening means, that is to say the anchoring bracket, the retaining plates and the screws, is also quite complex, so that the production costs are also relatively high.
The assembly of the known railings also takes a lot of time. whereby the assembly costs are inevitably increased.
The present invention now aims to provide a railing with fastening means which does not have the disadvantages mentioned above. Both the profile element and its fastening center should be easy to manufacture. Furthermore, the parts mentioned should be able to be laid quickly and easily or attached to the object.
This is achieved with a railing, in particular balcony railing, of the type mentioned at the beginning by a profile element designed as a longitudinal main beam, which has two opposing leg parts, which are clamped by two flat plates of the fastening means for the purpose of fastening the profile element to the object, and by two parallel to each other directed leg parts of the profile element, which are intended to receive a cover plate.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:

The railing, which is designed as a balcony railing in the illustrated embodiment, has a main longitudinal beam 10 serving as a handrail, which is formed from a profile element made of light metal, for example aluminum. This main longitudinal beam 10 consists of a U-shaped main part 11 with two legs 12 and 13 protruding at right angles, each of which has a part 14 and 15 directed towards one another at right angles. At right angles on the part 14 and parallel to the leg 12, a guide part 16 is provided which is intended to guide a cover plate serving as a parapet.
The main longitudinal girder 10 formed by a profile element is attached to posts that are perpendicular to the balcony by means of fastening elements. These fastening elements consist of a first plate 17, which is fastened to the balcony post mentioned, and a second counter-pressure plate 18. The two plates 17, 18 are fastened to the parts 14 and 15 of the profile element by means of the fastening screw 19 and a nut 20. In this condition, the railing is delivered with the fastening elements.
In Fig. 2 a balcony plate 21 is partially shown, on which a plurality of posts 22 are attached in a known manner. At the upper end of the post 22 serving as a handrail profile element is attached.
For this purpose, the first plate 17 is connected to the post 22 in a known manner. The profile element is supported and guided on this plate 17 by means of parts 14 and 15. The counterpressure plate 18, which can be tightened in the direction of the first plate 17 by means of the fastening screw 19 and the nut 20, is used to fasten the profile element. Here, the parts 14 and 15 of the profile element are clamped between the two plates 17 and 18, whereby the profile element and thus the main longitudinal beam serving as a handrail is firmly clamped. The aforementioned main longitudinal beam 10 is thus fastened in a simple and rapid manner.
The profile element is designed in such a way that it can accommodate cover plates 23, which can serve as balcony parapets. For this purpose, the profile has a leg 12 and a guide part 16 between which the cover plate 23 is guided and held. For this purpose, special anchoring means 24 made of a rubber elastic material can be provided, which fix the cover plates 23 between the leg 12 and the guide part 16.
In order to hold said cover plates 23, additional fastening means fastened to the post 22 are also provided, with which a second profile element belonging to the railing can be fastened to the post.
The additional second profile element 25 shown in FIG. 3 has two legs 26, 27 arranged parallel to one another and at a distance from one another. The part 28 connecting these legs has an extension, the end of which is bent inwards at right angles. The free end of the leg 27 has a leg 29 running parallel to the connecting part 28, the end of which is also bent inwards at right angles. The leg 27 and the two inwardly bent ends form a groove into which a holding plate 30 can be inserted. This holding plate is provided with a threaded hole in which a fastening screw 31 can engage. With the aid of the aforementioned fastening screw 31 and the holding plate 30, the additional second profile element 25 is fastened to the lower part of the post 22.
This additional profile element is used to hold and guide a further cover plate 32, which is held between the legs 26 and 27 of the profile element.
The connecting part 28 of the additional profile element can also serve as a support for the upper cover plate 23, as is indicated schematically in FIG. 3.
The additional profile element 25 and the fastening means 30, 31 also belong to the equipment of the railing and are supplied with it.
