Hay conveyor and distribution system with fan The subject of the invention is a further training from the hay conveyor and distribution system with Ge blower according to the claim of the main patent. According to the main patent, a stationary hay feed pipe is provided, which is connected to a fan with a suction funnel by means of a riser pipe and is suspended high above the haystack to be erected, which opens into a hay distributor that can be moved in its longitudinal direction and pivoted transversely to it.
It has been shown that with a telescopically collapsible hay conveyor pipe, sand and waste material collect between the sliding surfaces of the parts of the hay conveyor pipe that can be moved relative to one another, which increases the sliding resistance and causes operational malfunctions that have to be remedied from time to time. Eliminating this susceptibility to failure is the purpose of this further development of the system.
The further development consists in the fact that with a telescopically collapsible horizontal hay conveyor pipe the pipe parts, which increase in diameter towards the distributor and are suspended at the rear ends, with the lower part fill their front ends on the inside of each front, further pipe part lay on
while these pipes end in the front pipe parts above air gaps bil the, through which air is sucked in by the conveying flow, so that constant cleaning of the sliding surfaces of the pipe parts is guaranteed during operation of the system.
In the drawing is an example Ausfüh approximate form. of the subject matter of the invention, namely shows: Fig. 1 - the system in a diagram, with the conveyor pipe extended, Fig. 2 is a view of the horizontal conveyor pipe with the distributor in the extended position, Fig. 3 is a cross-section along the line III-III in Fig. 2, FIG. 4 is a partial view on a larger scale, partly in longitudinal section, and FIG. 5 is a longitudinal section through the horizontal conveying pipe on a larger scale.
The hay conveying and distribution system shown has a hay conveying pipe 31 which is guided along the roof ridge in the horizontal direction above the haystack to be erected and which carries the distributor 13 pivotable about the axis of the horizontal conveying pipe 31 at its front end and at its rear end The end is connected to a vertical riser pipe 3 by means of a pipe bend 2.
The lower end of the riser is connected to a fan 4 with an intake funnel 5 ruled out. 3 'is an electrical remote control box mounted on the riser pipe 3, from which cables lead to a motor 41 (FIG. 3) and to a motor 42. The motor 41 is equipped with a reduction gear and serves to drive the device for pulling out and pushing together the pipe parts 31 '.
The motor 42 is seen with a gear for generating a reciprocating pivoting movement of the manifold arc 13 about the axis of the conveyor pipe 31 ver. The motors 41 and 42 are arranged on brackets of the furthest pipe part 31 ″ (FIG. 4), which supports the pivot bearing 43 for the distributor pipe bend 13. 44 (FIG. 2) is a:
The cable connecting the pipe parts 31 'to one another, by means of which a limitation of the extended position of the pipe 31 is achieved.
The pipe parts 31 ′ forming the pipe 31 are suspended at their rear ends by means of support members 45 adjustable in length on a carrier 46 arranged above the conveying pipe 31. The carrier 46 has an open box profile with a downwardly opened running channel and inwardly angled legs 46 '.
On the latter, roller pairs 47 run, on whose axes 48 a screw bolt 49 engages. Screw nuts 50 are longitudinally adjustable on these screw bolts and can be locked by a lock nut 51 each.
In the lower end of the screw nuts 50 support rods 52 engage, which are axially secured in the nuts and rotatable, so that a height adjustment of the nuts by turning them is possible, please include.
The longitudinal displacement of the furthest pipe part 31 ″ carrying the distributor 13 is achieved by a toothed wheel 53 which is seated on the shaft of the motor 41 and engages in a toothed rack 54. This toothed rack is formed by a box profile 54 'which is open at the bottom and which is attached to the support profile 46,
and in which a roller chain 54 "is embedded. For changing the direction of rotation of the motor 41 in the end positions of the longitudinal movement of the tubular part 31", corresponding limit switches are provided on the carrier 46, which can be actuated by the support members 45 of the tubular part 31 ".
The bearing stub 43 is rotatably mounted on two spaced-apart roller rings 55, which run in ring grooves 56 of the tubular part 31 ", and carries at its rear end a toothed ring 57 whose teeth are driven by the rollers of a roller chain embedded in a circumferential groove of the ring 57 "are formed.
A toothed wheel 58, which is fastened on the shaft of the motor 42, engages in the ring gear 57.
When the system is started up, the carrier 31 ″ of the distributor pipe 31 is slowly moved back and forth along the carrier 46 by the motor 41. At the same time, the distributor pipe bend 13 performs reciprocating swiveling movements, so that the conveyed material emerging from the pipe bend 13, such as Hay or wilted forage is evenly distributed by spreading movements running along a zigzag line 59 on the haystack.
Since the pipe parts 31 'are suspended at their rear ends by means of the support members 45, the front ends of the pipe parts 31' lie with their underside on the inner surface of each of the front, further pipe part 31 ', while at the top an air gap 60 ( Fig. 5) remains.
The air flow conveying the hay or wilted forage sucks in air in the flow direction according to the arrows drawn from the outside through the air gap 60 and thereby causes an automatic uninterrupted cleaning of the sliding surfaces of the pipe parts 31 'for upright expansion of minimal sliding resistance. In addition, the air sucked in through the air gap 60 generates a vortex formation, which ensures that the air and the conveyed material are largely homogenized.
