Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schuhsohle und nach diesem Verfahren hergestellte Schuhsohle
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schuhsohle und eine nach dem Verfahren hergestellte Schuhsohle. Zweck der Erfindung ist, eine Schuhsohle zu schaffen, welche weitgehend die Eigenschaften einer Ledersohle und einer aus einem Kunststoff oder Gummi hergestellten Sohle vereinigt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Schuhsohle von der Lauffläche aus gesehen,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1.
Die dargestellte Schuhsohle 1 weist einen im Umfang kleineren Laufteil 2 auf, dessen Umfangskante vorzugsweise gezackt oder gewellt ist. Dieser Laufteil 2 ist in den übrigen Teil 4 der Sohle 1 eingegossen. Der Laufteil 2 ist zweckmässig aus Leder oder gegebenenfalls einem lederähnlichen Material hergestellt. Ein mit dieser Sohle 1 versehener Schuh besitzt somit eine mindestens lederähnliche, zum Gehen bevorzugte Lauffläche für den Fuss, während der übrige Teil der Sohle aus einer Gummimasse oder einem Kunststoff, wie z. B.
PVC, hergestellt ist. Der Oberteil des Schuhes wird in üblicher Weise mit der Sohle 1 verbunden. Es ist möglich, zusätzlich auch in den Absatz einen besonderen Laufteil, analog dem Teil 2, einzugiessen.
Die Herstellung der Sohle 1 erfolgt in einer Giessform, in welche zuerst der Laufteil 2 eingelegt und nachher die Masse für den übrigen Sohlenteil 4 unter Druck eingebracht wird.
Wie aus Fig. 2 hervorgeht, ist die Randpartie des Laufteiles 2 auf der der Lauffläche entgegengesetzten Seite nach aussen hin zugeschärft, wobei aber für die Aussenkante 3 immer noch eine Mindesthöhe von 1 mm belassen wird. Eine auf die beschriebene Art hergestellte Schuhsohle vereinigt weitgehend die Eigenschaften einer Ledersohle und einer aus einem Kunststoff oder Gummi hergestellten Sohle.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE
I. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schuhsohle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen im Umfang kleineren Laufteil zentrisch in eine Form einlegt und diesen Teil am Umfang und teilweise an der der Lauffläche entgegengesetzten Seite umgiesst.
II. Nach dem Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch I hergestellte Schuhsohle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen im Umfang kleineren Laufteil aufweist, der an der Umfangskante und den Randpartien der der Lauffläche entgegengesetzten Seite mit einem gegossenen Material umgeben ist, wobei der Laufteil aus einem anderen Material besteht.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Schuhsohle nach Patentanspruch II, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Randpartie des Laufteiles auf der der Lauffläche entgegengesetzten Seite nach aussen zugeschärft ist.
2. Schuhsohle nach Patentanspruch II, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Laufteiles wenigstens ein Zweitel der ganzen Sohlenlänge beträgt.
3. Schuhsohle nach Patentanspruch II, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich im Absatz ein Laufteil eingegossen ist.
4. Schuhsohle nach Patentanspruch II, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangskante des Laufteiles gezackt oder gewellt ist.

The illustrated shoe sole 1 has a running part 2 which is smaller in circumference and whose circumferential edge is preferably serrated or corrugated. This running part 2 is cast into the remaining part 4 of the sole 1. The barrel part 2 is expediently made of leather or possibly a leather-like material. A shoe provided with this sole 1 thus has an at least leather-like, preferred walking surface for the foot for walking, while the rest of the sole is made of a rubber compound or a plastic, such as. The sole 1 is produced in a casting mold into which the running part 2 is first placed and then the mass for the remaining sole part 4 is introduced under pressure.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the edge portion of the running part 2 is sharpened towards the outside on the side opposite the running surface, but a minimum height of 1 mm is still left for the outer edge 3. A shoe sole manufactured in the manner described largely combines the properties of a leather sole and a sole made of plastic or rubber.
PATENT CLAIMS
I. A method for producing a shoe sole, characterized in that a running part of smaller size is placed centrally in a mold and this part is encased around the circumference and partially on the side opposite the running surface.
II. Shoe sole produced by the method according to claim I, characterized in that it has a running part which is smaller in circumference and which is surrounded by a cast material at the peripheral edge and the edge portions of the side opposite the running surface, the running part being made of a different material .
SUBCLAIMS
1. Shoe sole according to claim II, characterized in that the edge part of the running part is sharpened to the outside on the side opposite the running surface.
2. Shoe sole according to claim II, characterized in that the length of the running part is at least a second of the entire length of the sole.
3. Shoe sole according to claim II, characterized in that a running part is additionally cast in the paragraph.
4. Shoe sole according to claim II, characterized in that the peripheral edge of the running part is jagged or corrugated.
