Description

  Des formes de     réalisation    de l'ensemble objet de l'in  vention seront décrites, à titre d'exemple, en se référant  au dessin dans lequel on a représenté les montages et  éléments suivants  la fig. 1 est une coupe en élévation du montage de  quatre panneaux du type représenté qui montre leur  tige de liaison,  la fig. 2 est une perspective du même montage;  la fig. 3 est une vue en plan schématique de la liai  son entre les éléments;    la fig. 4 est une tige de liaison destinée au montage  de trois éléments,     ceux-ci    étant     représentés    en pointillé,  la     fig.    5 est une tige de liaison destinée au montage  de deux éléments, ceux-ci étant également     représentés    en  pointillé;

    la fig. 6 est une perspective d'un montage réalisé selon la fig. 5 ; la fig. 7 est une variante de montage de deux élé ments ; la fig. 8 est une perspective de montage selon cette dernière variante, la fig. 9 est une coupe en élévation d'un montage d'un élément ou panneau visible et d'un panneau qui constitue la face arrière; la fig. 10 est une vue en perspective d'un panneau du type de ceux qui constituent la face postérieure du meuble.

      Set of panels and assembly members for forming furniture Da present invention relates to a set of panels and assembly members for forming furniture.

  In order to obtain multiple forms of furniture, modular and therefore interchangeable panels can be used, which can be placed in any way and in any position according to the desired finish.

  However, to make the system more economical, the assembly according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises two types of modular panels, different from each other, designed, those of a type to form the part. visible from the cabinet, and those of the other to constitute the posterior part, the latter having a lesser thickness than the others and presenting their edges shaped in such a way that they mate with the former by completely closing the joints while the elements intended to form the part exposed to view have their edges provided with bevels at 90o and their central rounded edge, and are intended to be united by means of cross-shaped, T-shaped rods,

   or L-shaped, which have constrictions on their heads, and which are introduced into holes made in the edges of these panels, so that their ends penetrate into openings in one side of the panel in which they are intended to be fixed by a positive eccentric device.

  Embodiments of the assembly that is the subject of the invention will be described, by way of example, with reference to the drawing in which the following assemblies and elements have been shown in FIG. 1 is a sectional elevation of the assembly of four panels of the type shown which shows their connecting rod, FIG. 2 is a perspective of the same assembly; fig. 3 is a schematic plan view of the connection between the elements; fig. 4 is a connecting rod for mounting three elements, these being shown in dotted lines, FIG. 5 is a connecting rod intended for mounting two elements, these also being shown in dotted lines;

    fig. 6 is a perspective of an assembly produced according to FIG. 5; fig. 7 is a variant of the assembly of two elements; fig. 8 is a perspective of assembly according to this last variant , FIG. 9 is a sectional elevation of an assembly of a visible element or panel and of a panel which constitutes the rear face; fig. 10 is a perspective view of a panel of the type which constitutes the rear face of the cabinet.

  In principle, as can be seen and as has been explained above, the panels which constitute the visible parts of the cabinet, which bear the reference 1, have the particularity of having their bevelled edges forming a right angle whose l The edge is softened and gives rise to the formation of a rounded edge all along the bevel. All the panels have, moreover, on their edges holes 3 made on the edges of the bevels and distributed adequately, and which end in housings 4, open on one side of the panel, and are united by means of rods 5 whose configuration varies according to the number of panels involved in each assembly.

  These rods 5, which in practice have the shape of a cross (fig. 1), a T (fig. 4), or the shape of an L (fig. 5), if the panels to be assembled are four, three or two, respectively, have the necessary length for each of their ends to enter the housing 4 through which the hole 3 ends, through which they have been introduced, and these ends are constricted in their final part, to form a head which can be fixed by a locking device of conventional form 7.

  The bevels of the edges are, in all cases, centered with respect to the thickness of the panels and, consequently, the holes 3 which are used for the passage of the connecting rods 5 have their bend outside the panels when the assembly only comprises two elements, as can be seen in fig. 5.

  Therefore, it is advisable to introduce a variation in the configuration of the panels, in this particular case, since on certain occasions and for a specific style of furniture, the fact that the elbow is exposed to the view, which can being suitable in other cases is detrimental to the aesthetic appearance of the whole.

  The variant, which does not give rise to any essential change, consists simply in that the bevels of the edges, instead of being centered on the thickness of the panels and presenting their holes made on the edges, are off-center with respect to this thickness and have their orifices made on their larger faces which are those which are juxtaposed during assembly.

  This solution, which has been shown in section in FIG. 7 and in perspective in FIG. 8, allows the connecting rod 5, the anchoring of which continued to be carried out in a conventional manner by eccentric, to remain hidden.

  As regards the back panels, the con figuration of which can be seen in fig. 10 and whose mounting shape can be seen in fig. 9 it can be seen that its smaller thickness is precisely the factor which conditions the concrete profile of their bôrds and which allows their perfect coupling with those of the panels of the other type.

  The edge of these panels is formed by two longitudinal cracks 8 of different height, separated by a channel 9, one of which has its upper face located horizontally so that it rests on one side of the other panel 1 outside the edge of the latter while the other which is higher presents its homologous face obliquely and with the same inclination as the bevel of the other panel coupled by resting on it.

  In fig. 9 one can see, apart from the arrangement described, one of the possible forms of attachment of one panel to the other. This form of fixing which in this case is constituted by small nails 10 which have their head embedded in 1 and which penetrate into the channel 9 can however be changed.
