Es ist eine Vorrichtung bekannt, durch die bei nicht passgerechter Lage eines Bogens die Anleg und Übermarken, welche über Hebelsysteme von Kurvenscheiben angetrieben werden, in ihrer Stellung am Anlegtisch gesperrt werden. Bei dieser Vorrichtung wird ein fest mit einer Stellwelle verbundener Steuerhebel in die Stellung Sperrung frei durch einen Elektromagneten und in die Stellung Sperrung durch eine Zugfeder bewegt;
Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht der Vorrichtung,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt A-A nach Fig. 1,
Device for blocking the sheet feed
The invention relates to a device for blocking the sheet feed when the sheet feeder does not fit properly by means of combined positioning and over-marks on the sheet-processing machine.
In the case of sheet processing machines, it is necessary to arrange devices for blocking the sheet feed, which prevent incorrect sheets or double sheets from entering the machine. These locking devices come into effect if the sheet is not correctly positioned, if a double sheet is fed in or if a sheet is missing, as determined by a sheet control device.
Sheet control devices that trigger the movement of the locking mechanisms are already known in various designs. The scanning is usually done mechanically. electrical or photoelectronic means.
A device is known through which, if a sheet is not properly positioned, the contact and oversize marks, which are driven by cams via lever systems, are locked in their position on the feed table. In this device, a control lever firmly connected to an actuating shaft is moved into the blocking position by an electromagnet and into the blocking position by a tension spring;
The control lever is connected via a compression spring to a double lever which is rotatably arranged on the control shaft and which carries a locking pin on each of its lever arms. In the locked position, the movement of the positioning marks is once in the position on the supply table, i.e. in the position of the highest stroke of the feed mark drive cam, by the locking pin arranged on the first lever arm of the double lever and, on the other hand, the movement of the over marks in the position on the feed table, i.e. in the position of the highest stroke of the cover mark drive cam, blocked by the locking pin arranged on the second lever arm of the double lever.
The disadvantage here is that the mentioned drive mechanisms of the brands are held in the locked position and thereby lift the roller levers of the respective drives for the brands from the cam disks and all mechanisms are subject to severe wear and tear due to the constant sudden re-exposure of the roller lever rollers when the high stroke of the drive cams is passed comes.
Furthermore, there is the disadvantage that the blocking (system activation) can only be lifted in the position of the high stroke of the cam disks, since otherwise, due to the difference in position between the cam disk and roller, the rollers are suddenly placed back on the cam disks; automation of the system activation is therefore not possible. Furthermore, due to the blocking of all drive mechanisms, large blocking forces occur. which for the corresponding dimensioning of control shaft. Control lever and double lever force the resulting inertia forces, which have to be overcome when initiating the locking movement, have an extremely negative effect on an increase in machine performance.
The purpose of the invention is to achieve a functionally reliable blocking of the sheet feed of sheet processing machines.
The invention is based on the object of developing a device for blocking the sheet feed, in which the sudden loads on the mark drive mechanisms are avoided, the device can be actuated at any time and in which the blocking forces and thus those to be overcome when the blocking movement is initiated Mass forces are low.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the majority of the combined feed and oversize marks as well as periodically pivotable normal marks when blocked, and a few of the combined feed and oversize marks are designed as blocking marks that remain on the feed table when the feed is blocked and block the sheet feed, and each combined A drive gear designed as a double rocker is assigned to the feed and oversize mark, the drive rocker of which is rotatably arranged on a brand drive shaft that can be swiveled periodically via a cam mechanism and is non-positive in one direction of rotation via a tension spring and in the other direction of rotation via an adjustable stop with a fixed stop on the brand drive shaft arranged lever is connected and the drive rocker of the locking marks has a lever arm with a locking piece,
which rests in the locked position on a locking piece of the locking lever.
The invention is to be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. The drawings show
Fig. 1 is a front view of the device,
Fig. 2 shows a section A-A according to Fig. 1,
3 shows a section B-B according to FIG. 1 including the brand drive gear and the locking lever drive.
Via a feed table 1, the sheets coming from a sheet feeder, not shown, are brought up to the combined feed and over-markers 2, aligned and checked for proper position, while the over-marks prevent the sheet from jumping over the feed marks. In the case of a properly fitting sheet system, the sheets are picked up by a vibrating system (not shown) and, after the combined feed and over marks, the marks 2, have been pivoted into a position below the feed table 1, they are fed to the printing press.
The periodic pivoting movement of the combined positioning and oversize marks 2 is initiated by the cam 3 via the roller lever 4, the coupling 5 and the lever 6, which is fixedly arranged on the mark drive shaft 7. The role of the roller lever 4 is held in contact with the cam disk 3 by means of a compression spring 9 attached to a spring rod 8. Each combined contact and over mark 2 is a double rocker 10: 11; 12 designed drive gear assigned, the coupling 11 is firmly connected to the combined contact and over marks 2.
The drive rocker 10 is rotatably mounted on the brand drive shaft 7 and non-positively connected via a tension spring 13 in one direction of rotation and via an adjustable stop 14 in the other direction of rotation with the drive lever 15, which is fixedly arranged on the brand drive shaft 7.
The periodic pivoting movement of the mark drive shaft 7 is transmitted in the pivoting phase of the combined lay-on and over-mark 2 to the lay-on table 1 via the adjustable stop 14 from the drive lever 15 to the drive rocker 10; In the pivoting phase, the movement is transmitted from the drive lever 15 to the drive rocker 10 via the tension spring 13. By adjusting the stop 14 by means of the adjusting screws 16, each combined contact and oversize mark can be adjusted in its distance relative to the feed table.
The combined contact and overlapping marks designed as normal marks are constructed in the manner described; the combined contact and overlapping marks designed as blocking marks also have a locking piece on the 2nd lever arm of the drive rocker 10.
On a locking lever shaft 18, a lever 19 is fixed and a locking lever 20, which has a locking piece 21, is rotatably arranged; the levers are connected to one another in one direction of rotation - movement in free position - via a stop 22 and in the other direction of rotation - movement in blocking position - via a compression spring 23; the two levers are hereinafter referred to as a locking lever combination 19; 20 designated.
Another lever 24 is fixedly arranged on the locking lever shaft 18; the pivoting movement of the locking lever shaft 18 and thus the locking lever combination 19; 20 is initiated by an electromagnet 25 via an angle lever 26, a toggle lever combination, consisting of a pull rod 27, a rocking lever 28 and a coupling 29 and the lever 24.
How the device works:
If the sheet control elements determine a sheet that has been correctly applied, the sheets are detected by a vibrating system (not shown) and, after the combined feed and oversize marks 2 have been pivoted into a position below the feed table 1, fed to the printing press, the pivoting movement of the combined feed and feed Overmark 2 is implemented using the gear arrangement described.
However, if the sheet control elements detect an incorrectly fitting sheet, a double sheet or the absence of a sheet, a circuit to the magnets 25 is closed. As a result, the locking lever shaft 18 is rotated with the lever 19 in a clockwise direction via the angle lever 26, the toggle lever combination 27: 28: 29 and the lever 24. The movement is transmitted to the locking lever 20 via the compression spring 23. this can only execute a movement when the locking piece 17 of the drive rocker 10 is outside the range of motion of the locking piece 21 of the locking lever 20; this is the case when the combined lay-on and over-mark 2 are on lay-on table 1.
In this position, the further movement of the drive arms 10 of the locking marks is blocked by the locking piece 17, which rests on the locking piece 21; the normal marks, whose drive arms 10 have no locking pieces, continue to move periodically as before. The sheet that does not fit properly against the combined feed and oversize marks 2 is held on the feed table by the combined feed and oversize marks, which are designed as blocking marks, and thus cannot get into the machine. If there is again a sheet that fits perfectly against the combined positioning and overlapping marks 2, the magnet 25 is de-energized and the tension.
spring 30 pulls the toggle lever combination 27; 28; 29 and thus the locking lever combination 19; 20 in exemption.
