Description

  Schiebetor

Fig. 3 einen Ausschnitt aus einer Variante.

  Sliding gate
The present invention relates to a sliding gate with at least one gate wing and a rail on which it can be moved to open and close the gate. If the door leaf is used, for example, to close the door opening of a refrigerated car, it must have good thermal insulation properties, which means that it first has a certain minimum thickness, which corresponds approximately to the wall thickness of the refrigerated car. To save space, it is therefore undesirable for it to be in the plane of the wall in the closed state and only in front of the wall in the open state.

Doors of this type are known per se. They either have curved rails that cause a parallel displacement of the sash when opening and closing, or rails that pivot about a vertical axis, i.e. can be placed at an angle to the wall. Both constructions are suitable for relatively thin gate leaves, but not for thick insulating leaves.

In contrast to this, the thickness of the gate leaf in the sliding gate according to the invention can, so to speak, be selected as desired. This door is characterized in that the rail is attached to two links in such a way that it can be moved from a position in which it carries the door leaf inside the door opening into a position parallel to it, in which the leaf is essentially in front of the door opening is located.

An exemplary embodiment of the invention and a variant thereof are described below with reference to the accompanying drawing.

   In the drawing shows:
1 shows a plan view of the gate, the pivotable parts also being drawn in with dashed lines in the second position,
Fig. 2 is a vertical section along the line II-II of the open gate and
3 shows a section from a variant.

The gate wing is designed as a thick insulating gate wing and serves to close a gate opening, the sides of which are limited by angle irons 2 and 3 and above and below by corresponding angle irons. In the closed state, the sealing strips 4, 5, 6 and 7 rest on one leg of this angle and ensure the necessary seal. The wing 1 has three support rollers 8, 9 and 10 at its upper end, by means of which it is detached from a support rail 11. The support rail 11, for its part, is connected to the goal frame via two links 12 and 13, with 12a and 13a denoting the joints that connect the links to the frame and 12b and 13b denote the joints that connect the links to the support rail 11.

While the above-mentioned reference numerals denote the parts which are in the position in which the gate leaf 1 is located within the gate opening, 1 ', 10', 11 ', 12' and 13 'denote the same parts, however, shown in broken lines referred to in the position in which the rail is essentially in front of the door opening and the door leaf itself is next to this position, so the door is completely open.

As you can see, two springs 14 and 15 connect the links 12 and 13 to the frame in such a way that the rail is held by these springs in each of its two mutually parallel positions 11 and 11 'and only against the force of these springs in the other Location can be moved.

A lever 16 is connected to the joint 12a and carries a vertical-axis roller 16a at its free end, which engages in a downwardly open U-shaped rail 17 on the lower edge of the gate leaf 1 'and thereby prevents it from swinging.

When the gate leaf marked 1 ', shown in FIG. 1, is to be closed, i.e. brought into position 1, it is shifted to the right until the wheel 10' is at the end stop 11a and consequently the entire rail 11 ' is moved into the position designated 11, whereby the gate wing with all four sealing strips 4, 5, 6 and 7 rests tightly on the goal frame and tightly closes the gate opening in such a way that the outer gate wing surface is in the same plane as the outer surface 18a of the adjoining wall 18. The gate leaf can be fixed in this position by means of locks (not shown), which expediently each have a bolt engaging in an opening of the gate post 2 and 3.

To open the door leaf 1 is pulled together with the rail 11 against the force of the springs 14 and 15 after releasing the locks and then moved on the rail 11 '. The auxiliary wheel 19, which is arranged above the wheels 8, 9 and 10, is supported on an auxiliary rail, not shown in the drawing, embedded in the wall 20, since the wheels 8 and 9 are outside the rail 11 when the door is open ' are located.

As can be seen from FIG. 3, the gate wing designated there with 21 can also be attached to the innermost part 22a of a telescopically extendable rail 22, the outermost part 22b of which is connected to the goal frame via the links designated 12 and 13 in FIG is. In such a configuration, neither the support rollers 8, 9 and 10, nor the auxiliary wheel 19 nor the auxiliary rail are required.
