Description

  

  



  Einwegpalette mit Ladeplatte aus Wellpappe
Es sind Einwegpaletten mit Ladeplatten aus Wellpappe bekannt, welche Ladeplatten aus Wellpappenteilen gefaltet, verstärkt und zusammengeklebt sind und in trockenen Verhältnissen für begrenzte, relativ niedrige Flächenbelastungen anwendbar sind. Es ist auch bekannt, solche Einwegpaletten zum Schutz gegen feuchte, bzw. nasse Auflageflächen mit Füssen aus Kartonhülsen zu versehen, die direkt auf die Wellpappe geklebt sind. Dies hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass bei Schlagbelastungen auf die einzelnen Kartonhülsen wohl die Verleimung der Kartonhülse mit der äusseren Wellpappendecke hält, jedoch eine Delaminierung in der Wellpappe zwischen deren Welle und der Aussendeckwand eintritt.



   Um diesen Nachteil zu beheben, sind bei der Einwegpalette mit Ladeplatte aus Wellpappe gemäss vorliegender Erfindung auf der Unterseite der Platte Verstärkungsleisten angebracht, auf welchen die Füsse befestigt sind. Diese Einwegpalette ist äusserst einfach herstellbar, sie erträgt dank der Verstärkungsleisten höhere, jedoch begrenzte   Flächenbelastungen    und hält vor allem aus feuchtem, bzw. nassem Boden längere Standzeiten aus als die bekannten Paletten. Da die Füsse beispielsweise aus Kartonhülsen auf den Verstärkungsleisten befestigt sind, sind sie gegen Schläge weit unempfindlicher, da der gefährliche   Delaminierungsvorgang    zwischen Welle und Aussendecke über die ganze Fläche der Palette zu erfolgen hätte. Die ganze Palette ist daher weit weniger schlagempfindlich.



   Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.



   Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung einer Einwegpalette,
Fig. 2 ist eine Seitenansicht derselben, und
Fig. 3 ist eine Teilansicht der Fig. 2 in grösserem Massstab.



   Es bezeichnet 1 die obere Wellpappenlage aus 5facher Wellpappe mit den Wellen in der Laufrichtung der Schmalseiten der Palette und 2 die untere Wellpappenlage aus Sfacher Wellpappe mit den Wellen in Laufrichtung der Längsseiten der Palette. Diese beiden Wellpappenlagen 1, 2 sind zusammengeleimt und auf deren Unterseite sind drei quer verlaufende Verstärkungsleisten in regelmässigen Abständen angeleimt. An diese Verstärkungsleisten sind neun Füsse 4 aus Kartonhülsen regelmässig verteilt angeleimt, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich ist.



   Die Verstärkungsleisten 3 bestehen vorteilhaft aus Holz, können jedoch auch aus anderem Material sein und sie können statt quer auch längs verlaufen. Ferner können die Wellpappenlagen statt aus Sfacher Wellpappe   z. B.    auch aus ein-,   zwei- oder    dreifacher Wellpappe bestehen, dessen Analität je nach Anforderung gewählt werden kann.



   Wie in Fig. 1 in strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet ist, könnten bei höheren Belastungen noch zusätzliche Verstärkungsleisten 5 an die unteren Enden der Füsse 4 angeklebt werden.  



   PATENTANSPRUCH
Einwegpalette mit Ladeplatte aus Wellpappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Unterseite der Platte Verstärkungsleisten (3) angebracht sind, auf welchen die Füsse (4) befestigt sind.



   UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Einwegpalette nach Patentanspruch. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsleisten (3) aus Holz bestehen.



   2. Einwegplatte nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsleisten (3) längs, bzw. quer zu den Wellpappenlagen (1, 2) in regelmässiger Verteilung auf den Wellpappenlagen (1, 2) befestigt sind.



   3. Einwegpalette nach Unteranspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzliche, längs, bzw. quer zu den Wellpappenlagen (1, 2) verlaufende Verstärkungsleisten (5) an den unteren Enden der Füsse (4) befestigt sind.

   In order to remedy this disadvantage, in the one-way pallet with a loading plate made of corrugated cardboard according to the present invention, reinforcing strips on which the feet are attached are attached to the underside of the plate. This one-way pallet is extremely easy to manufacture; thanks to the reinforcement strips, it can withstand higher, but limited surface loads, and it can withstand longer downtimes than the known pallets, especially on damp or wet ground.    It denotes 1 the upper layer of corrugated cardboard made of 5-fold corrugated cardboard with the waves in the running direction of the narrow sides of the pallet and 2 the lower layer of corrugated cardboard made of 5-fold corrugated cardboard with the waves in the direction of the longitudinal sides of the pallet. These two corrugated cardboard layers 1, 2 are glued together and three transverse reinforcing strips are glued at regular intervals on their underside. Nine feet 4 made of cardboard sleeves are glued to these reinforcing strips, regularly distributed, as can be seen from FIG.



   The reinforcing strips 3 are advantageously made of wood, but can also be made of other material and they can also run longitudinally instead of transversely. Es ist auch bekannt, solche Einwegpaletten zum Schutz gegen feuchte, bzw. nasse Auflageflächen mit Füssen aus Kartonhülsen zu versehen, die direkt auf die Wellpappe geklebt sind. Dies hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass bei Schlagbelastungen auf die einzelnen Kartonhülsen wohl die Verleimung der Kartonhülse mit der äusseren Wellpappendecke hält, jedoch eine Delaminierung in der Wellpappe zwischen deren Welle und der Aussendeckwand eintritt. Da die Füsse beispielsweise aus Kartonhülsen auf den Verstärkungsleisten befestigt sind, sind sie gegen Schläge weit unempfindlicher, da der gefährliche Delaminierungsvorgang zwischen Welle und Aussendecke über die ganze Fläche der Palette zu erfolgen hätte. Die ganze Palette ist daher weit weniger schlagempfindlich.
