Auf der vom Antriebshebel 8 abgewandten Seite der Tragstange 5 befindet sich eine Abflachung 11, an welche ein in einer Bohrung im Maschinencestell senkrecht zur Achse der Tragst;
Machine, in particular stirring and beating machine, for processing dough-like masses The invention relates to a machine, in particular stirring and beating machine, for processing dough-like masses in a non-rotatable but detachable fixed to the machine by means of a form-fitting connection and supported on its base Boiler. With the machine according to the invention, not only can dough-like masses be stirred and kneaded, but also powdery and "," or granular masses can be mixed.
It is known to use claws reaching over the edge of the kettle, which claws are adjustable along the hinge arms and can be clamped by means of a screw thread.
Furthermore, a pressing and holding device is known for the boiler resting on a support ring with two pressure arms which can be swiveled in a horizontal plane over the trough edge and can be locked in their depressed position and acting on the boiler edge from above (German:
chc P @ ttent, font y1-7 862). The aforementioned known fastening devices for the boiler are cumbersome to handle and do not guarantee a secure central attachment of the boiler to the drive axis of the tool. in particular stirring tool. The parts of the fastening device that engage in the kettle are soiled by the kettle hilt and interfere with it
Peeling off the contents adhering to the edge of the boiler. If the diameter of the bowl is only slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the bowl. this is strongly pressed into the ring by a curved base. A cup that is too g rosy, on the other hand, lies flat on a ring that is too small. In each of these cases, the kettle may be deformed when it is clamped.
The known clamping devices are very time-consuming, - and c: require a certain skill in the operation.
It is known to you to hold the cauldron @: in its outer rim with the help of support arms. which encompass the kettle on half its Urifang. However, these support arms are space-consuming and are often in the way of operating the machine. Atisserdeii a certain skill is required. uni insert the Kcs # .el exactly into the holding device.
In addition to the load, the boiler exerts a moment on the fastening point of the traearnie. In addition, because of the indispensable play in the form-fit connection, the kettle is moved along with the stirring tool during operation, which leads to inevitable wear.
The invention has an easy-to-use, zen cal support of the boiler to the goal. This goal is achieved according to the invention in that the form-fit connection arranged with its longitudinal axis coaxially to the axis of the boiler supports the boiler in the middle of its base, with a part of the form-fit connection attached to the boiler being fastened in the area of the middle part of its base.
The form-locking mechanism can have a conical or cylindrical pin and a bushing that can be connected to it, or it can be designed in the manner of a bayonet lock.
With the centric support of the boiler, a precise fit is achieved when it is inserted into the machine, without the need for additional aids or manipulations. The fastening device does not intervene in the interior of the boiler and is not contaminated by its contents.
In the case of a mixer, the axis of the kettle lies safely and coaxially with the drive shaft of the mixer. The fastening device is designed to be simple and space-saving.
In a further embodiment = of the subject of the invention, the boiler can be secured against rotating about its longitudinal axis by assigning a stop to prevent rotation of the boiler uni its longitudinal axis to the form-fit connection or that the form-fit surfaces are conical, with the Kegclwinl :
el is selected in the range of the self-locking and a (ifLrund this self-locking prevents the boiler from turning around, a longitudinal axis or that the welded joint is assigned a magnetic clamp that works with a ferroniLignetic part.
The holding magnet is not only used to secure the boiler, but also to hold it on the fastening device, so that the socket connection can be made correspondingly weaker.
A preferred further development of the invention consists in the fact that the H @ iftiii; i <_net forms a ring shape and is arranged coaxially to a part of the form-fit connection adjoining this. This results in a simple design and a favorable interaction of the form-fitting connection and the holding magnet.
Part of the form-fit connection can be arranged on a vertical support rod that can be raised and lowered and is secured against rotation. As a result, he is a moment-free support device for the boiler, since its weight is absorbed in the longitudinal axis of the boiler by the machine frame.
If a rotation lock body, which is mounted axially displaceable in the machine frame at an angle to the support rod, is pressed by a spring against a flattened area of the support rod, this results in a rotation lock. which can also serve to secure the position of the support rod if the force of the spring is selected accordingly and prevents axial displacement of the support rod under the weight of the boiler.
In the drawing, a stirring and beating machine is shown schematically as an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in partial longitudinal section.
A C-shaped machine frame 1 seen from the side has a drive head 2 for a whisk 3, which is to be moved at different speeds and at different angles in a boiler 4 to generate a stirring and / or beating effect.
A support rod 5, which is axially displaceable in two bearings 6 and 7 in the machine frame arranged below the coating head 2, serves to accommodate the boiler. The support rod 5 is arranged coaxially to the drive shaft of the whisk 3. A drive lever 8, which is used for axial displacement and is connected to a drive shaft 9 in a rotationally fixed manner, engages in the support rod 5. An actuating lever 10 arranged on the side of the machine frame 1 engages this. With the help of this lever 10, the Tr @ iest <inee 5 can be raised and lowered.
On the side of the support rod 5 facing away from the drive lever 8 there is a flat 11, on which a bore in the machine frame perpendicular to the axis of the support rod;
Inge 5 axially displaceable contact body 12 is pressed against the support rod 5 under the action of a spring 14 arranged in a detachable housing part 13 and prevents it from rotating around its longitudinal axis and from sliding along its length up to a certain size of a load acting on the support rod 5 . The displacement force is significantly greater than the weight of the kettle and its contents.
On the upper side of the support rod there is a tapered pin 15, at the foot of which a ring magnet 16 is arranged. On the underside of the boiler a tapered sleeve 17 adapted to the conical pin 15 is attached, -on the underside of which a ferromagnetic ring cooperating with the ring magnet 16; 18y is arranged.
The tapered pin 15 and the tapered bushing 17 are designed in such a way that, when the boiler 4 is arranged on the support rod 5, there is at most a small distance between the ring magnet 16 and the ferromagnetic ring 18. The conical bush 17 is fastened in a support ring 19 which is arranged on the bottom 20 of the boiler. Due to the arrangement of the tapered bushing 17 and the support rings .; 19 at the bottom of the kettle; This bottom is significantly reinforced, so that the boiler has a longer service life than a conventional boiler without parts attached to the bottom.
The tapered bush 17 and the support ring 19 are coaxial with the axis of the boiler 4.
The boiler 4 can be placed in a simple manner from above onto the support rod 5 by inserting the taper pin 15 into the conical bushing 17, with the aid of the ring magnet 16 a secure hold and at the same time a rotation lock of the boiler on the support rod 5 is achieved.
It is also possible to arrange a part corresponding to the boiler journal 15 on the bottom of the boiler 4 and a part corresponding to the conical bushing 17 on the support rod 5. Conical pin 15 and conical bush 17 can also be designed with their cone angles so that a non-rotatable connection without an additional ring magnet 16 is possible. Instead of a conical form-fit connection, a cylindrical form-fit connection can also be used, with an additional rotation lock in the form of the ring gauge 16 or a mechanical stop being required.
The part of the form-fit connection that interacts with the boiler 4 and, if applicable, the magnet 16 can also be arranged on a support arm or a support ring attached to the machine frame instead of on the support rod 5, regardless of whether there is a device for adjusting the height of the support arm or support ring in the area facing away from the drive head 2 Pillar of the Maschi nengestells 1 can be.
The form-fit connection Linn can also be designed in the manner of a bayonet lock. in which the two interlocking parts belonging together can be mutually locked in both directions of rotation.
The magnet 16 can be designed as a permanent or electronic device. An electromagnet is particularly advantageous for the attachment of large vessels, since it can be connected to or disconnected from its power source as desired.
