Fig. 2 zeigt einen Querschnitt zu Fig. 1.
Um den Vorschubdrehwinkel der Abtriebswelle 302 zti verändern., ist jedoch bei diesem Getriebe die Exzen trizität e des Exzenters einstellbar. Zweckmässigerweise i3t dafür der beidarmig wirkende Hebel 37 nicht auf, sondern in einem als Exzenterring 39 ausgebildeten r.;
zenter gelagert.
Coaxial feed gear with a revolving transmission mechanism The invention relates to a coaxial feed gear with a revolving transmission mechanism.
The known ratchet or ratchet gears have parallel drive and output shafts as well as push rods, which has a disadvantageous effect on space requirements and running.
The problem arises of creating a coaxial transmission for a corresponding power transmission. The feed gear according to the invention represents a solution to this problem and is characterized in that a cylindrical eccentric is in rotary connection with the drive shaft, that a two-armed ring lever is mounted on the eccentric, that the ring lever has two diametrically arranged guide bolts parallel to the gear axis run and protrude alternately on the ring lever,
One guide pin engages in the radial groove of the powerlessly rotating transmission part and the other guide pin engages the radial groove of the transmission part firmly connected to the output shaft, so that the powerlessly rotating transmission part on the one hand and the output shaft on the other hand are held in the direction of rotation of the output shaft by backstops acting in the same direction of rotation are, whereby the backflow locks are supported against the stationary housing, and that means are provided,
to prevent the output shaft from automatically advancing at the end of the feed movement.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the feed gear with a device for interrupting the rotary feed movement during the run.
FIG. 2 shows a cross section to FIG. 1.
3 shows a longitudinal section through the feed gear with a device for changing the feed rotation angle. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a feed gear with a drive shaft 301 rotatably mounted about the drive axis 0, which is provided with an eccentric disk 39, around the eccentric axis of rotation I a lever 37 acting with both arms is rotatably mounted.
The lever 37, designed as a ring, acts with both arms and engages on the one hand via an axially protruding guide pin 35 in a radial groove 36 of a transmission part 34 rotatably mounted about the drive axis 0 and on the other hand via an axially protruding guide pin 42 in the radial groove 44 of a rotatable about the drive axis 0 Output part 43, which is designed as output shaft 302. The torque transmission parts 34 and 43 are mounted on the drive shaft 301 via needle bearings 321 or in the housing covers 303 and 304 of the bearing housing 300 via ball bearings 322.
Backstops 319 and 320 are arranged between the torque transmission parts 34 and 43 and the bearing housing in order to ensure that the torque transmission parts can only move in the direction of rotation indicated (counterclockwise as seen from the left).
If the drive shaft 301 is driven in the direction of rotation shown, a circumferential force U arises at the eccentric axis of rotation I of the eccentric disk 39, which is transmitted to the lever 37 rotatably mounted on the eccentric disk, as shown in FIG. 2.
As a result, the guide pin 35 is pressed against the radial groove 36 of the transmission part 34 with a locking force S counter to the driving direction of rotation and the guide pin 42 is pressed against the radial groove 44 of the driven part 43 with an output force A in the driving direction of rotation.
Since the backstops 319 and 320 allow only a Dre hung of the torque transmission parts 34 and 43 in the direction of drive rotation shown, the transmission part 34 remains in the rest position while the driven part 43 is rotated in the drive direction of rotation about the axis of rotation 0.
From the central position shown in Fig. 2, when the axis of rotation 1 rotates from position 2 to position 3, the guide pin 42 of the two-armed lever 37 moves from position b to position c, while the guide pin 35 is in the radial groove 36 of the Transfer part 34 moves upward from position b 'to position c'.
By rotating the axis of rotation I of the eccentric disk 39 from position 2 to position 3, the driven part 43 engaged with the guide pin 42 is translated from the central position by the angle of drive torque quite considerably.
EMI0002.0012
If the axis of rotation I is now moved via position 3 to position 1, the circumferential force thereof acts in the opposite direction on radial grooves 36 and 44 of torque transmission parts 34 and 43.
This means that the guide pin 42 seeks to drive the driven part 43 in the opposite direction to the drive rotation direction shown, which is prevented by the backstop 320, while the guide pin 35 rotates the transmission part 34 through empty in the drive rotation direction. This movement process then corresponds to the periodic standstill of the output part 43 and the force transmitted via the axis of rotation 1 to the lever acting with both arms is only a pure movement force.
The reference points of the guide pins drawn in FIG. 2 run alternately in drive rotation direction when the drive shaft rotates uniformly; with around.
During a torque transfer from the drive shaft 301 to the output shaft 302, a rotation of the drive shaft in the angular range of the eccentric axis of rotation 1 from position 1 through 2 to position 3 corresponds to a rotation angle of the output shaft 302 In the motion sequence just described, the drive shaft and output shaft have the same direction of rotation.
If the drive shaft 301 is now driven in the de-energized direction of rotation, the output shaft 302 maintains its direction of rotation. Conversely, if the direction of rotation of the drive remains the same, by changing the backstops 319 and 320 to the oppositely directed blocking effect, a declining feed and rotation axis of the output shaft can be achieved.
Instead of the backstop, it is also possible to use reversible pawls, the torque transmission parts 34 and 43 then having to be designed with pawl teeth.
The basic condition for the function of the gearbox is, however, in all cases that the two backstops are always in the same direction either in the direction of drive rotation or in the opposite direction to the drive rotation direction.
In order to avoid an automatic forward movement of the output shaft 302 or the output part 41 at the end of the rotary feed movement, the output part is braked against the stationary bearing housing. For this purpose, a pressure disk 306 provided with a brake pad 305 is pressed axially against the driven part by compression springs 307. The pressure disc is rotatably mounted and axially displaceable in the bearing cover 304 of the bearing housing.
To adjust the braking force, a nut 309 which can be screwed onto the bearing cover 30 = 1 and which can be set against the compression spring 307 via a pressure ring 308 is provided. The pressing force directed against the driven part is absorbed by an axial thrust bearing 324.
In order to stop the feed rotational movement of the output shaft while the drive shaft is running, a device is created to disable the return lock 319 for the transmission part 34, the operative connection of the return > Interrupt between your fixed bearing housing 300 and the transmission part.
For this purpose, the clamping bodies of the backstop 319 are arranged in a clamping body outer ring 310 which, on the one hand, is rotatably supported via a slide bearing 323 in a release lever 315 and, on the other hand, via a radial toothing; 312 is in engagement with a coupling ring 311, which is rotatably mounted via anti-rotation locks 313 and axially displaceable on the bearing cover 303 of the bearing housing 300.
The coupling ring <B> 311 </B> is pressed axially against the clamping body outer ring 310 by compression springs 31: 1, whereby this u <B> "</B> b, r the radial toothing 312 and the anti-rotation locks 313 rotatably into the bearing housing is secured.
In order to prevent this rotation lock, the release bearing 315 is provided with several cams 316, which engage in recesses 317 of the clutch ring and are shaped so that when the release position swivels about the drive axis 0, they counteract the clutch ring bring the action of the compression springs 314 against the clamping body outer ring 310 out of UM i.
In order to enable the release bearing to pivot from the outside, it is provided with a radially protruding lever 318. which protrudes through an elongated hole 332 in the bearing housing to the outside.
In the disengaged state of the clamping body outer ring <B> 310 </B>, the transmission part 34 can therefore be moved in both directions of rotation.
After the output part 43 is braked by the brake lining 305 and is consequently more difficult to rotate than the smoothly mounted transmission part, the output part will now remain in the rest position when the drive shaft 301 is driven, while the transmission part executes a pendulum motion.
By releasing the backstop 319 acting on the transmission part, the rotary feed motion is interrupted while the drive shaft is running. A lubrication nipple 331 is provided for the N #, 'type of the gearbox.
FiQ. 3 time a feed; gear, which in principle works like the gear shown in Fig. 1.
To change the feed angle of rotation of the output shaft 302 zti. However, the eccentricity e of the eccentric can be adjusted in this transmission. For this purpose, the lever 37, which acts with both arms, is expediently not open, but rather in a r designed as an eccentric ring 39;
centrally stored. The drive principle does not change anything compared to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, because here too the axis of rotation I of the eccentric is rotated eccentrically with the radius = e about the drive axis 0 by the rotational movement of the drive shaft so that the lever, which is rotatably mounted in the eccentric ring about the axis of rotation I, acts on the two torque transmission parts 34 and 43 in exactly the same way as was already explained in the description of FIG.
To adjust the eccentricity e, in the embodiment of FIG. 3, the eccentric ring 39 is provided for itself with an eccentric bore 38 in which the lever 37 is mounted in a needle bearing, and a drive flange 327 screwed to the drive shaft is with a eccentric recess 330 formed in which the eccentric ring is centered.
Depending on the rotational position of the eccentric ring 39 in the recess 330, there is now an infinitely adjustable eccentricity of the axis of rotation I that is dependent on their angle of rotation to one another.
If, for example, the recess 330 in the drive flange is attached eccentrically by 3.5 mm to the drive axis 0 and the bore 38 is also eccentrically shifted by 3.5 mm to the outer diameter of the eccentric ring, the eccentricity e between drive axis 0 and axis of rotation 1 is in the range adjustable from 0 to 7 mm.
In order to be able to change the rotational position of the eccentric ring in the recess 330 of the drive flange, several radially directed bores 115 are made on its outer jacket surface in order to attach any suitable lever, such as a rod. After setting the desired eccentricity, which can be read on a scale attached between the eccentric ring and the drive flange, the eccentric ring is clamped between a clamping ring 328 and the drive flange by clamping screws 329, whereby its rotational position is fixed.
The eccentricity of the axis of rotation? I can of course also be changed during the run, for example by forming the drive flange 327 with a spur gear toothing and providing a spur gear rim with the same pitch circle diameter rotatably mounted to the drive axis 0 for the eccentric ring, which is non-rotatably but radially displaceable in engagement with the eccentric ring.
The rotational position of the two spur gear parts zuein other can then be changed in a known manner during the run via a standing mechanism rotating parallel to the drive axis.
The drive shaft 301 is mounted in the drive part 43 and a Stehlagg he 325, which is mounted plate 326 together with the bearing housing 300 on a common base. On the output part 43 or its output shaft 302, a brake flange 333 is rotatably applied, which is already in FIG. 1 shown braking elements is braked relative to the fixed Lagergehliuse.
The backstop 320 for the driven part 43 is arranged between the brake flange and bearing cover 304, while the backstop 319 for the transmission part 34 is effective directly between the transmission part and the bearing housing.
