Weitere Vorteile und Einzelheiten des Erfindungsge genstandes ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen anhand der Zeichnung. Darin zeigen Fig. 1 eine perspektivisch;: Darstellung einer Ausfüh- rungsforni des erfindungsgemässen Hefters, Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht des Hefters nach Fit;
Stapler made of plastic film The present invention relates to a stapler made of plastic film with base and cover sheets, which are connected via a spine, as well as with an alignment tape, with the help of which a colored, U-shaped fold strip visible from the outside with the fold on the The inside of the back is attached and replaceable.
A stapler of this type can consist of a blank of transparent plastic film folded inwards around a transverse fold, in which the colored folding strip can be attached in the simplest way by means of the aligning tape. With such a design, the stapler can be produced cheaply, but it has the disadvantage that the base and cover sheets are transparent, so that the contents of the stapler can be seen and read by everyone from the outside, which may not be desirable in all cases. It is also necessary for the folding strip to cover the aligning device at least opposite an outer sheet in order to ensure that the stapler looks good.
The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to enable any uses adaptable labeling with the least amount of effort, which designates this without exposing the content.
To solve this task it is provided according to the invention that the base and cover sheets consist at least partially of colored film and are connected by a strip of transparent film forming the back of the stapler, on the inside of which the folding strip is arranged.
The stapler is only partially made of transparent film. The outer sheets of the stapler can consist entirely or partially of colored foil, but the colored folding strip is always covered by transparent foil so that its color and its lettering remain recognizable from the outside. In this version, the base and cover sheet can have different colors, which in turn differ from the color of the folding strip, so that a wide range of labeling is possible with the simplest of means, which can be adapted to all needs by changing the folding strip.
One manufacturing option for such a Hef ter is that the base sheet is provided on a longitudinal side with an intermediate strip to which the back strip is welded and also the tape is attached. The intermediate strip can consist of a folded-over extension of the base sheet, and a frame weld seam can serve to fasten the back strip.
In another embodiment it is provided that on the inside of the base sheet a sheet of transparent plastic film, which forms a pocket with it, is attached, which has an extension forming the back to which the cover sheet is welded.
It is advantageous if the pocket sheet on the. the longitudinal edge adjacent to the back and at the lower transverse edge with the base sheet is connected by welding seams. In this way, you can ensure that the bag remains closed at the back, even if a pull is exerted on the extension when the folder is opened.
In a further embodiment it is possible that the upper part of the fold facing the cover sheet carries a slider that is longitudinally displaceable thereon. This slider can also be seen through the transparent back strip of the stapler.
By pushing the slider on the upper part of the folding strip, you have an additional identification feature, for example to clearly mark the respective processing stage of the filed process from the outside.
For the implementation of such a slider it is expedient that one end of the slider engages around the free edge of the folding strip, while the other end engages behind the lower part of the folding strip facing the base sheet. Such a design is not extremely simple and therefore cost-saving to me, but at the same time advantageous because of the small overall thickness, which requires practically no additional space for the stapler. Furthermore, it is expedient that the folding strip has a stop for the slider at each end of the free edge.
This avoids in a simple manner that the slider reaches beyond the ends of the Falzstrei fens and thus slips out of the stapler.
It is also advantageous if the slider and / or the folding strip is provided with locking elements. These can be designed, for example, as elevations or depressions, but also as notches or projections. Such locking elements have the effect that the slider remains in the selected position until it is adjusted by hand. Unintentional shifting is thus excluded.
It is used for improved identification if the folding strip has marking fields the width of the slider. With this arrangement, the slider covers a marking field each time, so that you have an additional organizational aid.
In this context it is also useful if the slider and the folding strip are colored differently. This results in a particularly conspicuous identification that can be recognized at any time through the back.
Another possibility is that the slider is transparent. In this case, you can see lettering or color coding on the folding strip through the slider.
Improved handling and an increased lifespan result if the base sheet and cover sheet each consist of a hard film, while the back strip is made of soft film. The hard foil outer sheets give the stapler a high level of stability, while the soft foil strips make the back very flexible. In addition, the stapler adapts itself well to the thickness of the stapled or inserted documents.
Further advantages and details of the subject invention emerge from the following description of exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawing. 1 shows a perspective representation of an embodiment of the stapler according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows an end view of the stapler according to Fit;
. 1, Fig. 3 is an end view of a modified Hef age, Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a further embodiment in the open position, and Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the stapler according to FIG. 4 in the closed position. The stapler according to FIG. 1 consists of a Base sheet 1 and a cover sheet? Which are connected to one another by a spine 3.
Base sheet 1 and cover sheet 2 are preferably made of an opaque hard film. The base sheet 1 is on the back of the stapler: n 3 ztigjv. The longitudinal edge is provided with a bent-back intermediate strip 23 on the longitudinal edge.
On the upper side of this intermediate strip <B> 23 </B>, a back strip 24 made of a transparent, flexible plastic film is attached by means of a Rethnicnsch \ vcissnalit <B> 2.5 </B>. The strip 24 is kept so wide that it forms a flexible, transparent back. The cover sheet 2 is fcatigt on the free longitudinal edge of the strip 24 by means of a weld seam 26.
A pull-up tape 6 is anchored in shelves 7 by intermediate strips 23. A farbi @; cr folding strip 12 is attached to your aligning tape 6. This is shown in Fig. 1 with dot-dash lines and extends approximately over the length of the stapler. The folding strip 12 can be held in one or more different colors, which can also indicate a subdivision into various fields.
The folding strip 12 is preferably made of cardboard, but it can also consist of a colored plastic film. At least one bending groove forms a fold 13 in the fold strip 12, so that this does not represent any obstacle to the closing of the stapler. A hold-down bar 14 is used to hold attached documents and to press the lower part 16 of the folding strip 12 against the intermediate strip 23.
As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, the folding strip 13 is U-shaped. While its lower part 16 rests against the intermediate strip 23, it is formed by the folded crease 13. The back of the folded strip 12 as well as its upper part IS can be seen from the outside through the transparent strip 2-1.
The fold strip 12 covers the aligning tape 6 including the hold-down rail 14 and thus protects the cover sheet 2. In addition, the labeling or color coding of the fold strip 12 on each additional window or welded-on pockets is possible due to the transparent backing strip 24 to do without, as they had to be provided on at least one of the outer sheets with conventional staplers.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2, a transparent plastic sheet 29 is attached to the inside of the base sheet (by means of welds 28 and 28 ', which together with the base sheet 1 forms a pocket for storing unperforated documents To facilitate bag, a handle recess 30 and on the pocket sheet 29 is a further handle recess 31 attached to the base sheet 1.
A simplified design of the stapler is shown in FIG. This stapler is generally the same as the embodiment according to FIG. 1, but here the pocket piece 29 is provided with an extension 32 which forms a transparent, bicgsanien back.
The pocket sheet 29 is generally fastened to the longitudinal edge of the base sheet 1 adjacent to the back 3 by means of a Scliwcissnalit 33. As a result, the pocket stays on the back: closed, even if a pull is given to the lengthwise # 1 when opening the folder.
The pocket sheet 9, together with the extension 32, can consist of a piece of cich foil so that a particularly flexible back is achieved.
In the views according to FIG. and FIG. 3 the pull-up tape 6 has been omitted for the sake of clarity. If it is made of plastic, it can be glued or welded to the part resting on the base sheet 1 on the inside of the base sheet 1.
A corresponding anchoring or welding can be provided in the embodiment according to FIG. 3 next to the weld seam 33 on the pocket sheet 29.
Another embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. The same parts are denoted by the same numbers. On the folding strip 12, a slider 17 is provided in this .Atisfiilirung, which with its citiz-n end 19 overlaps the free edge 18 of the upper part 1>. The lower end 20 of the slider 17 engages behind the lower part 16 of the folding strip 12 facing the base sheet 1. The slider 17 is displaceable along the free edge 18 of the folding strip 12.
To limit the displacement, stops 21 and 22 are provided at the ends of the upper part 15 of the folding strip 12, so that the slider 17 cannot slip off the folding strip. The slider 17 can be made of plastic or cardboard, it can be colored or have labels, but also consist of transparent film. The folding strip 12 and / or the slider 17 can have locking elements, for example elevations or depressions or also notches or projections, so that the slider 17 maintains the position selected by hand.
The part of the folding strip 12 visible from the outside can be provided with marking fields 27 with or without labeling fields, these marking fields being able to have the width of the slider 17, for example.
Instead of a slider 17 or in addition, replaceable labeling strips can also be provided, which are folded in a U-shape and inserted between the folding strips 12 and the spine 3 of the stapler. Furthermore, the folding strip 12 can be designed in such a way that it fills the identification field of the transparent back strip 24, while parts not used for identification or fastening are missing. In particular, the lower part 16 of the folded strip 12 facing the base sheet 1 only needs to consist of a web in this case which can be fastened by means of the aligning tape 6
That the free edge 18 of the folding strip 12 encompass de end 19 of the slider 17 can conveniently have rounded or inwardly curved edges, so that the slider 17 getting caught on the aligning belt 6 or on the hold-down rail 14 is avoided with certainty.
Additional identification means of the type of Glei age 17 can of course also be used with other staplers, for example those that only consist of transparent film.
