Sliding device on elevators The main patent relates to a sliding device on elevators with both sides of the guide rail on the car frame, with rolling surfaces made of equipped clamping jaws, which after triggering a locking member that keeps the clamping jaws at a distance from the guide rail under the action of an impulse generated by a speed limiter against the Pressed guide rail, come to this rolling in the catch position.
The sliding safety device according to the patent claim of the main patent is characterized in that the two clamping jaws are designed as brake disks, the axis of rotation of which runs transversely to the guide rail and which bear part of their mutually facing end faces on the guide rail.
It has been shown that the effect of the sliding catch device according to the main patent as well as sliding catch devices of other types strongly depends on the existing coefficient of friction between the brake shoes and the guide rail. The coefficient of friction is not only very different between lubricated and unlubricated guide rails, it can largely change over the course of the elevator's operating life.
The differences in the coefficient of friction are particularly pronounced when there is grease that has resinified in places on a guide rail and there are rust or heavily roughened areas in other places. Correct adjustment of the sliding safety device is hardly possible under such conditions.
Usually, when the cabin or loading platform is empty or with little load, a delay of 0.8 g should be achieved by the sliding safety device, while a delay of at least 0.2 g is usually achieved for maximum loads is required.
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the sliding safety device according to the main patent in such a way that the described dependency of its effect on differences in the coefficient of friction is largely compensated for automatically, d. For example, when high coefficients of friction occur, the contact pressure of the brake disks is reduced and the maximum braking force is limited as a result.
The invention is characterized in that the brake disks rest in the catching position with lugs on a pressure pin pretensioned by spring means, and that means are provided which exert a force counteracting the pressure acting on the brake disks when the pressure pin springs through.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a view of a sliding safety device, partly in section, FIG. 2 a section along line II-II in FIGS. 1 and B 3 A top view of the sliding safety device according to FIG. 1, partially in section.
The construction of the slide-catching device shown in FIGS. 1-3 corresponds to the exemplary embodiments of the main patent. Arranged on the clamping bolt 9 are the two lever bars 6 , which carry pressure rollers 5 at their ends. Furthermore, the brake disks 2a, 2b, which in this case are designed as segments, sit on the clamping bolt 9 . In FIG. 2, the brake disk 2b is in the rest position Dashed-dotted lines and drawn out in the catch position.
In contrast to the embodiments shown in the main patent, only one disc spring 7 is arranged on the clamping bolt 9 , which the lever bars 6 with their rollers 5 presses against the brake disks 2a, 2b , so that these come to rest on the guide rail 1 after the release device (not shown) has been triggered.
In the catch position, the end 2f of the brake disks rests against a pressure pin 35 which is under the pretension of a spring 36 . The lever bars 6 are equipped with a V-shaped groove 6b behind the pressure rollers 5 . In a bore in the brake disks 2a, 2b and in a groove 9b in the tensioning bolt 9 there is a bolt 37 / B designed as a relief wedge > mounted, whose end faces 38 run obliquely to the bolt axis. In both V-shaped grooves 6b there is also a roller 39 which is supported against the inclined surface 38 .
The mode of operation of the device is as follows: If the brake disks 2a, 2b, are in the catching position and their ends 2f are in contact with the pressure bolt 35 , so this is shifted as soon as the braking force is greater than the force of the spring 36 acting on the pressure pin 35 .
The brake disks 2a, 2b are therefore pivoted slightly so that the inclined surfaces 38 of the relief wedge 37 over the rollers 39 </ B > the two lever bars 6 aeaen spread the pressure of the spring 7 slightly. As a result, the pressure of the rollers 5 on the brake disks 2a, 2b is reduced and the braking force is reduced. If, for example, the coefficient of friction between the guide rail 1 and the brake disks 2a, 2b then decreases again, the braking force also becomes smaller.
The spring 36 presses the pressure pin 35 into its rest position and the brake discs also return to their normal catch position. This stops the action of the relief wedge 37 and the spring 7 is fully effective again, so that the pressure of rollers 5 on the brake disc # en 2a, 2b increases again and thus the braking force increases again. The device can thus limit the braking force to a desired maximum value. This can be set as required by changing the preload of the spring 36 using tensioning screws 39 .
