Tilt-swivel sash of windows, doors or the like. The invention relates to a tilt-swivel sash of windows, doors or the like, in particular for large metal sashes. It is preferably intended for such a wing in which the tilt joint fitting is combined with a corner joint angeord Neten at the intersection of the perpendicular pivot axis and the horizontal tilt axis and is arranged at a point remote from the vertical pivot axis.
In the closed state of the wing as well as in its tilted position, vertical forces, above all the weight of the wing, in known designs are generally absorbed by the corner joint on the one hand and by a support device remote from the vertical pivot axis on the other. The latter exists in conventional designs e.g. in a decoupling toggle joint fitting, whose joint pin lying in the pivot axis can be moved axially for coupling with a joint sleeve or for uncoupling from the same.
Or it is provided as a support device to see an overrun device on which the casement runs when the sash is open around the vertical axis. In this case, a special securing of the wing must be provided against unintentional stepping out of the closed and in particular the tilting wing.
In this case, especially with metal windows, it is not always possible to place the support of the sash in the predetermined tilt axis itself by means of the support device absorbing the vertical forces, so that the support has to be offset to the predetermined tilt axis, in particular towards the frame. A common tilt joint with. In this case, the sleeve and pin can no longer be used because of the risk of jamming.
In order to exclude such a risk, on the other hand, however, in this case as well, to prevent the tilted sash, which can be decoupled at the tilting edge, from sliding off the fixed frame and to absorb the forces acting perpendicular to the wing plane, the tilting joint fitting is designed as a locking device according to the invention, whereby the The fitting part arranged on the fixed frame is hinged to this frame with a hinge axis parallel to the tilting axis and running in the vicinity of the same and outside this hinge axis can be locked with the wing to be taken along by the latter when tilting the same.
The lockable tilting joint fitting preferably has an angled locking slot and a locking pin cooperating with it, the locking slot in particular being arranged by the fitting part hinged to the fixed frame, the locking pin being arranged on an adjusting rod that can be adjusted on the sash frame.
The locking elements on the one hand secure the tilting edge of the sash against movement forwards or backwards, on the other hand they can get enough play to prevent jamming in the tilt joint. At the same time, the use of slot and tenon offers simple and reliable locking and unlocking. When arranging a locking pin with a widened head, the wing can also be secured against unintentional lifting in a simple manner who the.
When the wing support, e.g. by an overrun device, offset to the predetermined tilt axis in the direction perpendicular to the frame plane, there is the disadvantage that the wing tries to tilt about a different, oblique axis determined by the corner joint and an opposite offset support point, so that it is at The back support point at its front edge on the opposite side of the corner joint, which can lead to torsional stresses and breaks in the frame and the window pane, especially if it has large dimensions.
Also, if the predetermined tilt axis laid by the corner hinge and parallel to the frame plane lies in front of the stationary frame, the lower overlap of the sash frame, which overlaps this at the front, can come into contact with the lower front surface of the stationary frame and damage it by scraping movement.
In order to prevent these disadvantageous consequences of a tendency to tilt around an inclined axis or excessive lowering of the sash at its leading edge, in a preferred embodiment at least in the vicinity of the predetermined tilt axis and preferably at the greatest possible distance from the vertical pivot axis an auxiliary support bearing is arranged on the stationary frame, on which the tilting sash can be supported as an aid, for example by lifting off the support surface offset from the tilting axis.
Preferably engages - e.g. in the fold of the frame lying support or run-up device for Abstüt tion of the closed wing and in front of the fixed existing frame lying predetermined tilt axis the auxiliary support bearing on the front of the fixed frame under the rollover of the sash.
The arrangement is preferably also made in this way. that the part of the sash that is supported on the auxiliary support bearing in the tilted position of the sash has a slight clearance (e.g. from 1 to 3 mm) to the auxiliary support bearing on the support surface of the support device on the seated closed sash. The game can advantageously be adjustable.
Such an auxiliary support bearing has the advantage that when the sash is tilted, the sash frame, which in the area of the vertical pivot axis is only held in the corner joint or in a point on the fixed frame corresponding to the corner joint, is held on the side opposite the vertical pivot axis in the predetermined tilt axis not or only slightly, according to the intended game, lower and then supported by the auxiliary support bearing hilfswei se, wherein it can simultaneously stand out from the support surface of the support device.
The tilt point of the sash is thereby shifted from the offset support point in the vicinity of the tilt axis predetermined by the corner joint. The loading of the frame and the window pane is reduced and damage to the fixed frame by the sash frame, which is lowering at the front edge of the fixed frame, is prevented.
Through the simultaneous use of the tilting joint device designed as a locking device and the auxiliary support bearing, it is possible in a particularly expedient Wei se to do the forces perpendicular to the wing plane through the tilting joint device and the vertical forces on the wing frame, in particular the wing frame, through the Abstützvorrich- 2 and the auxiliary support bearing - weight to be recorded, in such a way,
that tilting is practically possible in e.g. takes place through the corner joint predetermined tilt axis.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a schematic top view of the lower part of a tilt and pivot window with the fitting parts provided according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a detail from FIG. 1 on a larger scale, but in section along line 2-2 of FIG. 5, FIG 3 is a plan view of FIG. 2 in section along line 3-3 of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a section along line 4-4 of FIG. 1,
FIG. 5 shows a section along line 5-5 of FIG. 2 and FIG. 6 shows the same section as FIG. 5, but with the wing tilted.
The casement frame 11 is attached to the stationary frame 10 in a known manner in such a way that it can be pivoted about a vertical pivot axis A-A as well as tilted about a horizontal tilt axis B-B. The vertical pivot axis is determined by the lower, only schematically indicated corner joint 12 and, for example, an upper pivot joint (not shown) which can be operated alternately with the locking device described later in the area of the horizontal tilt axis.
The horizontal tilting axis B-B (predetermined tilting axis) is also determined by the lower corner joint 12, the axes A-A and B-B intersecting at a point or also being able to cross perpendicular to the frame plane at a certain distance. The axis B-B lies here, as can be seen in particular from FIGS. 4 to 6, at a certain distance a from the fixed frame in front of the front surface of the same and below the lower flap 13 of the sash frame which overgoes the fixed frame in front.
The sash frame and the fixed frame are made of metal profiles and have a hollow profile or U-profile. To adjust the sash frame between readiness for swiveling and readiness for tilting, a stand rod 14 is used, which is operated by a handle and e.g., as mentioned, alternately couples the sash in the vertical axis A-A and in the horizontal axis B-B with the fixed frame.
It can simultaneously operate the usual locking devices on the wing sides or on the upper edge of the wing and is connected via a corner drive 15 to a horizontal adjusting rod 16, which, as shown in particular Fig. 5, is guided within an approximately box-shaped profile part 17 of the sash.
An arm 19, which carries a locking pin 20 with a widened head 21, is fixedly connected to the standing rod 16 by screws 18. The locking pin 20 forms the one locking part of a locking device 22 accommodated in the rebate of the two frames 10 and 11, the other part of which is formed by a hinge piece 23, which by means of a hinge pin 24 around its axis xx, which is as close as possible to the tilting axis BB within the rebate, in two bearing blocks 25 is hinged up in a certain area on the fixed frame Gela Gert. The joint piece 23 can be supported as a stop on a profile part of the stationary frame 10 by means of two lugs 26.
As can also be seen from FIG. 3, the joint piece 23 has an angular slot 27, the wider slot part 28 of which extends perpendicularly to the sash frame is open to the front and whose slot part 29, which runs parallel to the tilt axis BB or to the joint axis xx, serves as the actual locking slot and has a width that is slightly larger than the diameter of the locking pin 20.
The also arranged in the fold of the frame 10, 11 support device consists of a support or run-up block 30 attached to the stationary frame, the run-up surface 31 of which is inclined both in the direction parallel to the tilting axis BB and perpendicular to the frame plane, and a cooperating with the run-up block , arranged on the casement Aufaufele element in the form of a spherical or conical roller 32, which is mounted by means of bearings 33 on the casement with the axis of rotation running parallel to the tilt axis BB.
Furthermore, an auxiliary support bearing 34 is arranged on the stationary frame, the bearing block 34 a of which is fastened by means of screws 35. Through an opening or recess in the front profile part of the fixed frame mens 10, the auxiliary support bearing protrudes with a support pin 36 beyond the frame to the front. The support pin is provided with an inclined flattening 37 at its front end.
A plate-like support element 38 fastened to the casement 11 cooperates with it, which e.g. is attached to the casement by means of one or more screws 39 and at its lower edge a, e.g. by bending the same formed reinforcement 40 has such that it faces the support pin 36 of the auxiliary support bearing 34 with a rounded surface 41.
The operation of the device described is as follows: In FIGS. 1 to 5, the wing is in the closed and locked position. The run-up roller 32 serving as a support element rests on the surface 31 of the run-up block 30. Likewise, the hinge part 23 of the locking device is supported by means of its Ansät ze 26 on the fixed frame.
The support pin 36 of the auxiliary support bearing 34 has a certain distance e of e.g. 1 to 3 mm from the support element 38 or from the rounded surface 41 thereof, whose support point ideally lies in the tilt axis B-B. The locking pin 20 is already located in the locking slot part 29 of the locking slot 27.
If the wing is to be pivoted about the horizontal pivot axis A-A, the bolt linkage 14 is adjusted by a suitable hand lever in the direction of arrow z, whereby the bolt pin 20 is moved to the right and reaches the forwardly open slot part 28 of the bolt slot 27. The locking pin 20 can consequently emerge from the locking slot of the joint piece 23 forwards in the direction of the arrow y, so that the wing can be opened about the axis A-A. The run-up roller 32 here also moves in the direction of the arrow y over the run-up block 30 and the fixed frame.
The wing will lower slightly, but is held so far by an upper swivel joint or the like that the roller 32 can run into the run-up block 30 again when the wing is closed.
Should the sash be tilted around the horizontal tilt axis B-B, e.g. Up to a tilted position limited by an upper extension arm or the like, the linkage 14 is adjusted in the direction of the arrow z. The locking pin 20 shifts to the left and comes e.g. to position 20 '. At the same time, the wing is articulated in the area of the vertical pivot axis A-A in an upper pivot or decoupled from a corresponding joint device from the fixed frame.
The wing is thereby fixed in the area of the tilt axis in the direction perpendicular to the frame plane on the one hand by the corner joint 12 and on the other hand by the locking device 22, since the locking pin 20 in position 20 'is prevented by the joint piece 23 from exiting forward in the direction of arrow y . In the vertical direction, the wing is also supported on the one hand in the corner joint 12 and on the other hand by the run-up roller 32 which rests on the surface 31 of the run-up block 30.
Simultaneously with the uncoupling of the swivel joint, the wing can also be decoupled from the fixed existing frame by releasing further Riegelvorrich lines in other places - as well as in the swivel readiness position.
If the sash frame 11 is now tilted with respect to the stationary frame 10, the sash is first tilted about an axis inclined to the axis BB, which is determined by the corner joint 12 and the support point of the run-up roller 32 on the run-up surface 31 as a further support point Po becomes. This has the consequence that the front flap 13 with the lower support element 40 moves downwards with a lever arm corresponding to the distance from the support point P ″ of the run-on roller 32.
With a large frame, such a downward movement can lead to great stresses in the frame and in the window pane due to the twisting caused by the weight. In FIG. 6, such a lowered position of the sash frame 11 is indicated by dash-dotted lines, for example at 11 ', the front flap 13 being in position 13'. Under certain circumstances, the impact 13 could touch the fixed frame and scratch the same when moving the sash.
The auxiliary support bearing 34 with the support pin 36 prevents the downward movement of the side of the casement opposite the pivot axis A-A. After a stroke e of 1 to 3 mm, the support part 38 sits with its rounded end part 40 on the support pin 36 and prevents further lowering of the wing. The wing now rotates around the hilfswei sen tipping point P (Fig. 6) between the support part 40 and the support pin 36, while the run-up roller 32 is lifted from the run-up surface 31.
The auxiliary support at point P takes place here with reference to the corner joint 12 with a lever arm h, which is expediently selected as large as possible by placing the auxiliary support bearing 34 as close as possible to the frame side opposite the vertical axis AA and thus usually in the vicinity of the Support or run-up device 30, 31, 32 is arranged. The auxiliary tilting point P is also placed as close as possible to the horizontal tilting axis B-B, so that when the sash is tilted, the smallest possible difference to the precise tilting movement about the axis B-B can occur.
The locking device 22 remains in the locked state during the tilting of the sash. The arm 19 firmly connected to the casement takes the locking part 23 with the angular locking slot 27 by means of the locking pin 20 and its widened head 21, whereby the locking part 23 pivots about the axis x-x of the hinge pin 24.
A certain amount of play in the slot part 29 of the locking slot prevents the pin from jamming in the locking slot as a result of the different tilting movements of the sash around point P on the one hand and the locking part 23 around the axis x-x on the other.
The play e present between the support part 38 and the auxiliary support bearing 34 or the support pin 36 is expediently adjustable. For example, disc-shaped intermediate layers can be inserted between the upper fastening flange of the support part 38 and the casement 11 or between the auxiliary support bearing 34 and the stationary frame 10 for this purpose.
