Behälter mit einer Ausschubvorrichtung für Bonbons
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter mit einer Ausschubvorrichtung für Bonbons.
Derartige, auch als Dispenser bezeichnete Behälter für Bonbons wie Pfefferminztabletten, Kaugummi und dgl. sind dazu vorgesehen, eine Mehrzahl von Bonbons staubdicht aufzunehmen und das Entnehmen einzelner Bonbons aus dem Behälter durch einhändiges Betätigen der Ausschubvorrichtung zu erlauben.
Die Erfindung bezweckt, einen solchen Behälter für Bonbons zu schaffen, aus welchem ein einzelnes Bonbon nicht nur mittels einhändiger Betätigung der Ausschubvorrichtung direkt in den Mund geschoben kann, sondern der auch auf einfache Weise nachgefüllt und deshalb als Dauerbehälter verwendet werden kann.
Erfindungsgemäss ist der Behälter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zur Aufnahme eines Stapels hüllenloser Bonbons vorgesehener rohrförmiger Hohlkörper an seinem einen Ende einen wegnehmbaren Bodendeckel mit einer Feder aufweist, die einen Druck auf den Stapel in Längsrichtung des Hohlkörpers ausüben kann, und an seinem anderen Ende mit einem Schieber versehen ist, durch dessen Betätigung jeweils das oberste Bonbon des Stapels durch eine in einer Wand des Hohlkörpers vorgesehene, abdeckbare Spendöffnung ausgestossen werden kann.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise erläutert. Es zeigen:

Gemäss den Fig. 1 bis 5 weist der dargestellte Behälter einen rohrförmigen, an seinen beiden Enden offenen Hohlkörper 1 mit rechteckförmigem Querschnitt auf. Der Hohlkörper 1 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoff wie Polyvinylchlorid, kann aber auch aus einem anderen Material wie gepresstem Karton oder Metallblech gefertigt sein. Die Innenabmessungen des Hohlkörpers 1 entsprechen im Querschnitt angenähert der Länge und Breite bzw. der grössten Längsabmessung und der grössten Breitenabmessung der vom Behälter aufzunehmenden Bonbons, so dass, wie in Fig. 5 angedeutet, die Bonbons 2 im Hohlkörper 1 gestapelt werden und sich in Richtung von unten nach oben verschieben können.
Nahe seinem oberen Ende weist der Hohlkörper 1 an einer seiner Schmalseiten eine rechteckförmige Öffnung 3 auf, die wenig grösser als der Querschnitt bzw. der grösste Querschnitt der Bonbons ist und die der Entnahme der Bonbons aus dem Behälter dient. Um die Öffnung 3 verschliessen zu können, ist an der Schmalseite ein Verschlussschieber 4 angeordnet, der in einer seiner Fläche entsprechenden Ausnehmung der Schmalseite gleitet und beispielsweise durch schwalbenschwanzartig ausgebildete Längskanten geführt und am Herausfallen gehindert ist. Zur Betätigung in Richtung des Pfeiles 5 (Fig. 5) mittels Ansetzen eines Fingers ist der Verschlussschieber 4 mit einem Nocken 6 versehen.
Am oberen Ende des rohrförmigen Hohlkörpers 1 ist eine Ausschubvorrichtung angebracht, die einen ein U Profil aufweisenden Schieber 8 umfasst. Die Seitenteile des Schiebers 8 greifen in Nuten 9 des Hohlkörpers 1 ein, die als Gleitführung vorgesehen sind. Das obere Ende des Hohlkörpers 1 ist zum einen Teil, d.h. etwa zur Hälfte, durch den Schieber 8 und zum anderen Teil durch einen Steg 10, über welchen der Schieber 8 gleiten kann, abgedeckt. Der Schieber 8 ist mit einer sich in das Innere des Hohlkörpers 1 erstreckenden Zunge 11 sowie mit einem äusseren, seitlichen Betätigungsnocken 12 versehen. Die hintere Wand des Hohlkörpers 1 weist eine Ausnehmung 13 für die Zunge 11 auf, so dass in der Ruhelage des Schiebers 8 (Fig. 4) eine glatte Wand entsteht.
Um den Schieber in dieser Ruhelage zu halten, ist eine Feder 14 angeordnet, welche die Zunge 11 in die Ausnehmung 13 drückt. Zur Begrenzung des für die Bonbons vorgesehenen Raumes ist im Innern des rohrförmigen Körpers 1 ein Zwischensteg 15 angeordnet, der bündig mit dem -oberen Rand der Öffnung 3 liegt und der einen Schlitz 16 für die Zunge 11 aufweist und dadurch eine ungehinderte Bewegung des Schiebers 8 in Pfeilrichtung 17 nach links ermöglicht. Der Zwischensteg 15 dient zusammen mit zwei zu beiden Seiten des Schlitzes 16 und in dessen Verlängerung angebrachten Rippen 18 dazu, die Feder 14 seitlich festzuhalten.
Um auf den Stapel der in den rohrförmigen Hohlkörper 1 eingebrachten Bonbons 2 (Fig. 5) einen Druck auszuüben, ist im Innern des Hohlkörpers 1 eine Magazinfeder 19 (Spiral- oder Blattfeder) angeordnet, die über eine Platte 20 auf die Fläche des untersten Bonbons 2 drückt und die sich auf einen unteren Bodendeckel 21 des Körpers 1 abstützt. Der Verschlussdeckel 21 kann vom Hohlkörper 1 weggezogen werden, um diesen nachzufüllen. Damit der Deckel 21 gegen den Druck der Feder 19 festhält, sind beispielsweise einrastende Elemente (nicht dargestellt) wie kleine Nocken, Rippen, Rillen oder dgl. vorgesehen.
Im normalen Ruhestand sind die Schieber 4 und 8 geschlossen (Fig. 4). Die eingebrachten, hüllenlosen Bonbons 2 werden durch die Magazinfeder 19 nach oben gedrückt, wobei das oberste Bonbon am Zwischensteg 15 anliegt. Infolge der geschlossenen Schieber 4 und 8 sind also die Bonbons im Behälter staubdicht aufbewahrt.
Zum Gebrauch wird der Behälter an seiner unteren Hälfte mit einer Hand, z.B. der rechten Hand, umfasst.
Mit dem Daumen wird hierauf der Verschlussschieber 4 am Nocken 6 nach unten gezogen, was die öffnung 3 freilegt. Das oberste Bonbon 2 kann jedoch nicht herausfallen, da es von der Feder 19 an den Zwischensteg 15 gedrückt wird. Hierauf wird mit dem Daumen der Schieber 8 am Nocken 12 nach links bis zum Anschlag der Zunge 11 im Schlitz 16 (Fig. 5) geschoben, so dass das oberste Bonbon 2 durch die mitbewegte Zunge 11 nicht ganz zur Hälfte durch die Öffnung 3 nach aussen gestossen wird. Der Nocken 12 kann nun losgelassen werden, so dass der Schieber 8 unter dem Druck der Feder 14 in seine Ruhelage (Fig. 4) zurückgeschoben wird. Das Bonbon bleibt hierbei in der Öffnung 3 eingeklemmt und kann beispielsweise mit dem Mund gänzlich dem Behälter entnommen werden.
Sobald das oberste Bonbon aus dem Behälter entfernt ist, rutscht der Stapel der Bonbons um eine Bonbondicke nach oben, so dass das nächste Bonbon spendbereit ist. Der Verschlussschieber 4 wird schliesslich nach oben gedrückt.
Der ganze Entnahmevorgang benötigt nur ganz kurze Zeit (etwa 1 bis 3 Sekunden) und die Zuhilfenahme nur einer Hand. Der beschriebene Behälter ist also ganz besonders für Autofahrer geeignet. Zudem ist er leicht und ohne grossen Aufwand herstellbar, insbesondere mit Ausnahme der Feder aus einem Kunststoff.
Der beschriebene Behälter ist beliebig oft verwendbar und kann in einfacher Weise nachgefüllt werden. Vorzugsweise sind die Bonbons in einer entsprechenden Nachfüllpackung untergebracht, welche gemäss Fig. 6 aus einer in das Innere des Hohlkörpers passenden Faltschachtel 23 besteht, die in Längsrichtung aufklappbar ist und welche vorgängig in einer Schiebehülse untergebracht war. Die Bonbons 2 sind in der Faltschachtel 23 so aufgestapelt, wie sie in den Hohlkörper 1 des Behälters (Fig. 5) eingebracht werden sollen. Der Bodendeckel 21 mit der Magazinfeder 19 wird entfernt.
Hierauf wird gemäss Fig. 6 die zur Hälfte geöffnete Faltschachtel 23 in Richtung des Pfeiles 24 in den Hohlkörper 1 eingeschoben und, wenn das letzte Bonbon 2 im Hohlkörper liegt, leer zurückgezogen. Der Bodendeckel 21 wird nun wieder aufgesetzt, und der Behälter ist erneut gebrauchsfertig.
Container with a push-out device for sweets
The present invention relates to a container with a push-out device for sweets.
Such containers for sweets, also known as dispensers, such as peppermint tablets, chewing gum and the like, are provided to hold a plurality of sweets in a dust-tight manner and to allow individual sweets to be removed from the container by operating the ejector device with one hand.
The aim of the invention is to create such a container for candies from which a single candy can not only be pushed directly into the mouth by operating the push-out device with one hand, but which can also be easily refilled and therefore used as a permanent container.
According to the invention, the container is characterized in that a tubular hollow body provided for receiving a stack of shellless sweets has at one end a removable bottom lid with a spring which can exert pressure on the stack in the longitudinal direction of the hollow body, and at its other end with a Slide is provided, by actuating the topmost candy of the stack can be ejected through a coverable dispensing opening provided in a wall of the hollow body.

According to FIGS. 1 to 5, the container shown has a tubular hollow body 1 which is open at both ends and has a rectangular cross section. The hollow body 1 is preferably made of a plastic such as polyvinyl chloride, but can also be made of another material such as pressed cardboard or sheet metal. The internal dimensions of the hollow body 1 in cross section approximately correspond to the length and width or the largest longitudinal dimension and the largest width dimension of the candies to be received by the container, so that, as indicated in FIG. 5, the candies 2 are stacked in the hollow body 1 and move in can move from bottom to top.
Near its upper end, the hollow body 1 has a rectangular opening 3 on one of its narrow sides, which is slightly larger than the cross section or the largest cross section of the candy and which is used to remove the candy from the container. In order to be able to close the opening 3, a locking slide 4 is arranged on the narrow side, which slides in a recess of the narrow side corresponding to its area and is guided, for example, by dovetail-like longitudinal edges and prevented from falling out. For actuation in the direction of arrow 5 (FIG. 5) by applying a finger, the locking slide 4 is provided with a cam 6.
At the upper end of the tubular hollow body 1, an ejection device is attached which comprises a slide 8 having a U profile. The side parts of the slide 8 engage in grooves 9 of the hollow body 1, which are provided as a sliding guide. The upper end of the hollow body 1 is partly, i. about half, covered by the slide 8 and the other part by a web 10 over which the slide 8 can slide. The slide 8 is provided with a tongue 11 extending into the interior of the hollow body 1 and with an outer, lateral actuating cam 12. The rear wall of the hollow body 1 has a recess 13 for the tongue 11, so that a smooth wall is produced in the rest position of the slide 8 (FIG. 4).
In order to hold the slide in this rest position, a spring 14 is arranged which presses the tongue 11 into the recess 13. To limit the space provided for the candy, an intermediate web 15 is arranged in the interior of the tubular body 1, which is flush with the upper edge of the opening 3 and which has a slot 16 for the tongue 11 and thereby an unimpeded movement of the slide 8 in Arrow direction 17 to the left allows. The intermediate web 15 serves, together with two ribs 18 attached to both sides of the slot 16 and in its extension, to hold the spring 14 laterally.
In order to exert pressure on the stack of candies 2 (FIG. 5) introduced into the tubular hollow body 1, a magazine spring 19 (spiral or leaf spring) is arranged in the interior of the hollow body 1, which over a plate 20 on the surface of the bottom candy 2 and which is supported on a lower bottom cover 21 of the body 1. The closure cap 21 can be pulled away from the hollow body 1 in order to refill it. So that the cover 21 holds against the pressure of the spring 19, locking elements (not shown) such as small cams, ribs, grooves or the like are provided.
In normal retirement the slides 4 and 8 are closed (Fig. 4). The introduced, shell-less candies 2 are pressed upward by the magazine spring 19, the top candy resting on the intermediate web 15. As a result of the closed slider 4 and 8, the candies are kept dust-tight in the container.
For use, the container is opened by its lower half with one hand, e.g. the right hand.
The locking slide 4 on the cam 6 is then pulled down with the thumb, which exposes the opening 3. However, the top candy 2 cannot fall out because it is pressed against the intermediate web 15 by the spring 19. The slide 8 on the cam 12 is then pushed with the thumb to the left until the tongue 11 stops in the slot 16 (FIG. 5), so that the uppermost candy 2 is not completely halfway out through the opening 3 by the tongue 11 that is moved with it is pushed. The cam 12 can now be released so that the slide 8 is pushed back into its rest position (FIG. 4) under the pressure of the spring 14. The candy remains clamped in the opening 3 and can be completely removed from the container, for example with the mouth.
As soon as the top candy has been removed from the container, the stack of candies slides up by one candy thickness so that the next candy is ready to be dispensed. The locking slide 4 is finally pushed upwards.
The entire removal process only takes a very short time (around 1 to 3 seconds) and the help of just one hand. The container described is therefore particularly suitable for motorists. In addition, it can be produced easily and without great effort, in particular with the exception of the spring made of a plastic.
The container described can be used as often as desired and can be refilled in a simple manner. The sweets are preferably accommodated in a corresponding refill pack which, according to FIG. 6, consists of a folding box 23 which fits into the interior of the hollow body, which can be opened in the longitudinal direction and which was previously accommodated in a sliding sleeve. The candies 2 are stacked in the folding box 23 in the way they are to be introduced into the hollow body 1 of the container (FIG. 5). The bottom cover 21 with the magazine spring 19 is removed.
