Fig. 1 die Vorderansicht einer Anlage;
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie A-A der Fig. 1;
Fig. 3 die Vorderansicht eines Drückers, und
Fig. 4 die Seitenansicht eines Sprayverschlusses.
Method and device for the automatic feeding, assembly, testing, sorting and counting of plastic parts, in particular spray closures
The present invention relates to a method for the automatic supply, assembly, testing, sorting and counting of plastic parts, in particular spray closures, which consist of a trigger and a nozzle.
In the previously known methods for testing spray closures, the operations and the transport routes are carried out manually. For example, the spray caps (assembly of the pushers with nozzles) are completed manually with auxiliary tools. The intermediate and final tests are carried out through random checks.
The disadvantages of the previous methods are mainly the manual processing and the resulting increased reject rate.
The random checks do not guarantee the perfect quality of all spray caps.
The purpose of the invention is to carry out the feeding, assembly, testing, sorting and counting of plastic parts fully automatically.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a method for the automatic feeding, assembly, testing, sorting and counting of plastic parts, in particular spray closures.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the plastic parts are fed from a bunker through a pipe and an adjusting pipe to a vibration conveyor and leave this geometrically oriented in a slide rail. On the slide rail, the parts can be fed to an assembly carousel for assembly, testing, sorting and counting. The preliminary test taking place on the assembly carousel z. B. the trigger of spray caps prevents the assembly of reject buttons with nozzles. The final inspection of the spray closures following assembly can be carried out with a suitable medium. If it deviates from a specified value, the signal for ejection and transport into the reject bin is given. The perfect spray caps are fed to a collecting container.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. The attached drawing shows:
1 shows the front view of an installation;
Figure 2 is a section along the line A-A of Figure 1;
3 shows the front view of a pusher, and
4 shows the side view of a spray closure.
According to FIG. 1, the pushers 16 present in a bunker 1 are fed to a vibration conveyor 5 through a tube 20 and an adjusting tube 26. The adjustment tube 26 is used for maximum loading of the vibratory conveyor 5, in which the pushers 16 are geometrically directed, i.e. H. axially parallel to one another and brought into the same position with respect to the top and bottom, and fed in a slide rail 9 to a receiving bolt 7 fastened on an assembly carousel 11.
FIG. 2 shows that eight work cycles are provided for assembling, checking, sorting and counting on the assembly carousel 11.
The pushers 16 in the work cycles 32, 33, 35 and 36 are secured against a change in position by hold-down devices 15, shown in FIG. 1, which are attached to the mounting plate 12 and are adjustable in height.
After the first work cycle, pusher receptacle 31, according to FIG. 1, the pusher 16 is moved from the slide rail 9 onto the receptacle pin 7 with the help of a mounting plate 12 which is located on the mounting plate 12 which moves in the vertical direction during each work cycle and which rotates by the drive 4 set.
The pusher 16 is used in the desired direction by the rotary movement of the pressure bolt 3 and a detent provided on the end face of the receiving bolt 7, corresponding to the inner contour of the pusher 16.
During the second work cycle, pusher cleaning 32, the pusher 16 is cleaned by busses with compressed air.
During the third work cycle, pusher check 33, the nozzle insert opening 22 and the through opening 23 are checked for passage. For this purpose, water is used, for example, which is fed into the handle 16 through a hose 28, a connecting bolt 8 and the receiving bolt 7. The water jet emerging from the pusher 16 influences an electrical value on arranged electrodes, which gives the signal for further processing. If the intended amount of water does not emerge at the nozzle insert opening 22, then the trigger 16 is removed from the locating bolt 7 with compressed air during the fourth cycle, from shot ejection 34.
A storage pulse causes a clutch 25 to be released and thus prevents the fifth work cycle, nozzle assembly 35, if there is no trigger 16 on the locating pin 7.
The locating bolt 7 and the connecting bolt 8 are mounted so as to be movable downward in the axial direction and are each pressed upward by a helical spring. According to the requirements in the individual work cycles, determined by the length of the hold-down device 15, a water-tight and airtight connection between the receiving bolt 7 and the connecting bolt 8 is established.
In the fifth work cycle, nozzle assembly 35, the nozzles 17, which are geometrically directed and fed to an assembly piston 24 in a slide rail 10, are inserted into the pushers 16 from a bunker 2 through a tube 21 and an adjusting tube 27 to a vibration conveyor 6.
In the sixth work cycle, spray closure test 36, water is pressed into the complete spray closure 30 through the hose 28, the connecting bolt 8 and the receiving bolt 7. The spray cone exiting at the spray closure 30 and passing through between suitable and adjustable electrodes, if it deviates from the desired shape and direction, influences an electrical value which gives the signal for the sorting device. If an adjustable number of rejects is exceeded, but one after the other, the system switches off automatically. In this work cycle, the count of the perfect spray closures 30 takes place at the same time.
In the seventh work cycle, reject ejection 37, the bad spray closures 30, and in the eighth work cycle, good ejection 38, the good spray closures 30 are removed from the locating bolt 7 with compressed air.
Level meters 29 attached to bunkers 1 and 2 give the signal for automatic filling and optionally an optical or acoustic signal.
The manually operated locking slides 18 and 19 are closed when the vibration conveyors 5 and 6 are replaced. The vibratory conveyors 5 and 6 and the gear 39 with the drive motor 40 are arranged on a base plate 14.
