Description
Dichtung zwischen sich relativ zueinander drehenden Maschinenteilen Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Dichtung zwi schen relativ zueinander drehenden Maschinenteilen, wie sie insbesondere da verwendet wird, wo das Eindringen von Schmiermitteln oder Flüssigkeiten in zwei Räumen entlang einer Welle oder das Austreten derartiger Me dien aus einem Lager oder dergleichen verhindert wer den soll.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dichtung, die aus einem schon bekannten Dichtungsring besteht, dir an einer Welle anliegt. Um nun die Eigenschaften der Dichtung zu verbessern, wird die Welle an der Berührungszone des Dichtungsringes mit einem Schutzbelag aus Bronze versehen.
Durch diesen Schutzbelag wird die Abnützung des Dichtungsringes und der Welle stark herabgesetzt und somit die Störungsanfälligkeit dieser Maschinenteile ver ringert.
Beim .in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungs beispiel geschieht das Versehen der Welle 3 mit dem Schutzbelag 1 denkbar einfach. In die Welle 3 wird für diesen Zweck eine Nut 4 eingestochen und in diese der Schutzbelag 1 heiss eingespritzt. Die Welle 3 wird danach zusammen mit dem Schutzbelag 1 überschliffen. Der Schutzbelag 1 arbeitet mit dem Dichtungsring 2 zusam men. Die Welle 3 ist im Lager 5 gelagert. Die Tiefe der in die Welle 3 eingestochenen Nut 4 ist vom Wellendurchmesser abhängig.

Seal between relatively rotating machine parts The invention relates to a seal between relatively rotating machine parts, as it is used in particular where the penetration of lubricants or liquids in two spaces along a shaft or the escape of such media from a warehouse or the like prevented who should.
The invention relates to a seal which consists of an already known sealing ring, which rests against a shaft. In order to improve the properties of the seal, the shaft is provided with a protective covering made of bronze at the contact zone of the sealing ring.
This protective covering greatly reduces the wear and tear on the sealing ring and the shaft and thus reduces the susceptibility of these machine parts to malfunction.
In the embodiment shown in the drawing, providing the shaft 3 with the protective covering 1 is very easy. For this purpose, a groove 4 is pierced into the shaft 3 and the protective covering 1 is hot-injected into it. The shaft 3 is then ground over together with the protective covering 1. The protective covering 1 works together with the sealing ring 2 men. The shaft 3 is supported in the bearing 5. The depth of the groove 4 made in the shaft 3 depends on the shaft diameter.
