Elektrisches Plattengrillgerät Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Plattengrill- gerät, mit mindestens einer von mindestens einem Heiz draht beheizten metallischen Heizplatte mit Rillen.
Beim Arbeiten mit dem Grillgerät wird das Gril'Igut auf die mit Rillen versehene Heizplatte aufgelegt. Bei manchen Geräten liegt das Grillgut auch zwischen zwei Heizplatten.
Die mit Rillen versehene Heizplatte hat eine vergrösserte Oberfläche und ermöglicht auch ein gutes Ablaufen des Fettes vom Grillgut. Stehen die Wände der Rillen noch in bestimmtem Winkel zuein ander, so treten infolge vorteilhafter Wärmestrahlen- Reflektion noch weitere bekannte Vorteile auf.
Die grosse Oberfläche einer solchen mit Rillen ver sehenen Heizplatte kann aber nur sehr schlecht gereinigt werden. Nach längerem Betrieb treten im Rillengrund Verkokungen auf und diese beim Grillieren entstehen den Rückstände sind auch mit Bürsten nicht vollständig, zumindest nur sehr schwer, zu entfernen. Die intensive Reinigung dieser gerillten Heizplatte erforderte daher einen verhältnismässig grossen Zeitaufwand.
Zur Ver- besserung des Gnillgutes und auch zur leichteren Reini gung der mit Rillen versehenen Heizplatte kann die zum Grillen bestimmte Heizplattenfläche mit einem unter der eingetragenen Marke Teflon bekannten Belag versehen werden.
Sollen beschädigte Stellen dieses Belages ausgebessert werden oder die ganze Heizplatten fläche mit einem neuen Belag versehen werden, so muss das gesamte Plattengriligerät der Herstellerfirma eingesandt werden, was ebenfalls verhältnismässig auf wendig ist.
Es wird bezweckt, ein elektrisches Plattengrillgerät zu schaffen, bei dem die erwähnten Nachteile ver mieden werden können. Das erfindungsgemässe Gerät ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizplatte ohne den Heizdraht vom Gerätegehäuse abnehmbar ist und der am Gerätegehäuse befestigte Heizdraht bei mon tierter Heizplatte über Isoliermittel elastisch federnd an der der gerillten Plattenfläche gegenüberliegenden Heizplattenfläche anliegt.
Durch diese Massnahme kann also die mit Rillen versehene Heizplatte vom übrigen Gerät abgenommen und z. B. der Herstellerfirma eingesandt werden. Die vom Gerät abgenommene Heizplatte kann somit zum Reinigen geglüht werden, so dass auch die härtesten Verkokungen entfernt werden können. Soll der Teflon- belag ausgebessert oder ganz erneuert werden, braucht nunmehr nicht mehr das gesamt:, Grillgerät eingeschickt zu werden, sondern die vom Gerät abgenommene Heiz platte wird zur Herstellerfirma gesandt.
Die mit Rillen versehene Heizplatte kann auch vom Platbengrillgerät entfernt und durch eine andere Heizplatte, ersetzt wer den. Dies kann z. B. sinnvoll sein, wenn eine Heiz platte zur Wartung der Herstellerfirma eingeschickt wird.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 ein Plattengrillgerät mit zwei Platten im Schnitt und Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf einen Grillgehäuseteil bei abgenommener Heizplatte.
Das Grillgerät weist zwei Heizplatten 1 und zwei Gehäuseteile 2 auf. Die mit Rillen 3 versehenen Heiz platten 1 und auch die Gehäuseteile 2 liegen einander spiegelbildlich gegenüber. Jeder Gehäuseteil 2 mit Heiz platte 1 ist bezüglich einer Achse 4 symmetrisch aus gebildet.
Nach dem in Fig. 1 gezeigten Aufbau ist der untere Gehäuseteil 2 mit seiner darauf befestigten Heiz platte mittels Distanzstücken 5 @im Abstand zu einem Grillgerätesockel 6 gehalten. Am oberen Gehäuseteil 2 ist ein Handgriff 7 angebracht, mit dem dieser obere Gehäuseteil 2 geschwenkt werden kann, um ein Grill gut zwischen die beiden Heizplatten 1 zu legen.
Ein Gehäuseteil 2 weist eine aus Stahlblech be stehende Wanne 8 auf, an deren beiden Aussenschmal selten die Schnapphebel 9 und Bügel 10 mit Lager- blöcken 11 von vier Kniehebelverschlüssen vorhanden sind. Innerhalb der Wanne 8 liegen drei federbelastete Paletten 12. Jede dieser Paletten 12 sitzt von einer Druckfeder 13 belastet auf einem wannenfesten Zapfen 14, der zur Begrenzung nach aussen eine Mutter 15 als Anschlag für die Palette 12 trägt.
Der Zapfen 14 ist an seinem anderen Ende mittels zweier Mutbern 16 an einem Blechwinkel 17 der Wanne 8 gehalten. Alle drei Paletten 12 mit ihren daran angreifenden Teilen 13-17 sind untereinander gleich ausgebildet. Jede Pa lette 12 dient zur Aufnahme eines Heizdrahtes 18, der in Form einer Wendel in Isolationsmaterial 19 innerhalb eines Rohres 20 eingebettet eist.
Das von jeder Palette 12 getragene Rohr 20 ist als Schlaufe geformt, wobei die beiden Sch,laufenenden 21 und 22 bei einer Aussparung 23 der sonst rechteckigen Grund fläche der Palette 12 liegen. Jede Palette 12 weist an ihren Längsseiten aufgebogene Ränder 24 auf.
Die auf jeder Palette 12 liegende Rohrschlaufe 20 liegt zwischen den beiden aufgebogenen Rändern 24 und ist von den Köpfen zweier in die Palette 12 eingesetzter Schrauben 25 an der Palette 12 gehalten. In Fig. 2 ist der besseren Übersichtlichkeit wegen nur eine Palette 12 mit einer Rohrschlaufe: 20 versehen.
Innerhalb der Wanne 8 befindet sich auch noch ein Thermostat 26, der ebenfalls federbelastet von der Wanne 8 aus nach aussen gedrückt wird.
Jede Heizplatte 1 weist an ihren zwei Schmalseiten insgesamt vier Haken 27 auf, die von einem Rand 28 der Heizplatte 1 überragt werden, so dass die Bügel 10 der Kniehebelverschlüsse innerhalb der Grundfläche der Heizplatte 1 liegen. Zum Montieren der Heizplatte 1 wird diese über die Wanne 8 gestülpt und mittels der vier Kniehebelverschlüsse 9-11 an der Wanne 8 be festigt. Die Handhebel 9 liegen hierbei an den Aussen seiten der Wanne 8 an.
Die Heizplatte 1 hat hierbei die drei Paletten 12 mit Rohrschlaufen 20 sowie den Thermostat 26 etwas federnd ins Innere der Wanne 8 verdrängt, so dass alle Rohrschlaufen 20 und der Thermostat 26 federelastisch an der Innenseite 29 der Heizplatte 1 angedrückt sind. Da die Paletten 12 mit etwas Spiel auf ihren Zapfen 14 sitzen, kann jede Palette 12 schwimmend um ihre beiden Zapfen 14 in ihrer Lage verändert werden,
so dass die Rohr schlaufen 20 nach Möglichkeit über ihre gesamte Länge satt an der Heizplatte 1 anliegen kann. Dadurch, dass der an denn beiden Schmalseiten der Heizplatte 1 vor handene Rand 28 die dm Haken 27 liegenden Bügel 10 überragt, können letztere frei von eventuell beim Grillieren abspritzendem Fett und somit schmutzfrei gehalten werden,
so dass die handbetätigten Kniehebel verschlüsse weitgehend sauber bleiben. Soll die Heiz platte 1 vom Geräteteil 2 entfernt werden, so. werden die vier Kniehebelverschlüsse geöffnet und die Heiz platte 1 abgenommen. Die drei Paletten 12 liegen dann an ihren Anschlägen 15 an und der Thermostat 26 liegt mit einem Bund 30 an einem Blechstück 31 an.

The grooved heating plate has an enlarged surface and also allows the fat to drain off the food to be grilled. If the walls of the grooves are still at a certain angle to one another, other known advantages occur as a result of advantageous heat radiation reflection.
The large surface of such a heating plate provided with grooves can only be cleaned very poorly. After a long period of operation, coking occurs in the bottom of the groove and this occurs when grilling. The residues cannot be removed completely, at least with great difficulty, even with brushes. The intensive cleaning of this grooved heating plate therefore required a relatively large amount of time.
In order to improve the Gnill product and also for easier cleaning of the heating plate provided with grooves, the heating plate surface intended for grilling can be provided with a coating known under the registered trademark Teflon.
If damaged areas of this covering are to be repaired or the entire heating plate surface is to be provided with a new covering, the entire plate grill device must be sent to the manufacturer, which is also relatively laborious.
The aim is to provide an electric plate grill device in which the disadvantages mentioned can be avoided ver. The device according to the invention is characterized in that the heating plate can be removed from the device housing without the heating wire and the heating wire attached to the device housing rests elastically against the heating plate surface opposite the grooved plate surface when the heating plate is installed via insulating means.
By this measure, the grooved heating plate can be removed from the rest of the device and z. B. sent to the manufacturing company. The heating plate removed from the device can thus be annealed for cleaning so that even the hardest coking can be removed. If the Teflon coating is to be repaired or completely renewed, the entire grill appliance no longer needs to be sent in, but the heating plate removed from the appliance is sent to the manufacturer.
The grooved heating plate can also be removed from the plate grill and replaced with another heating plate. This can e.g. B. be useful if a heating plate is sent to the manufacturer for maintenance.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a plate grill device with two plates in section and FIG. 2 a plan view of a grill housing part with the heating plate removed.
The grill device has two heating plates 1 and two housing parts 2. The heating plates provided with grooves 3 and the housing parts 2 are mirror images of each other. Each housing part 2 with heating plate 1 is formed symmetrically with respect to an axis 4 from.
According to the structure shown in Fig. 1, the lower housing part 2 with its attached heating plate by means of spacers 5 @ at a distance from a grill base 6 is held. A handle 7 is attached to the upper housing part 2 with which this upper housing part 2 can be pivoted in order to place a grill between the two heating plates 1.
A housing part 2 has a trough 8 made of sheet steel, on the two outer narrowings of which the snap levers 9 and brackets 10 with bearing blocks 11 of four toggle locks are rarely present. Inside the tub 8 are three spring-loaded pallets 12. Each of these pallets 12 is seated, loaded by a compression spring 13, on a pin 14 which is fixed to the tub and which bears a nut 15 as a stop for the pallet 12 to limit the outside.
The pin 14 is held at its other end by means of two nuts 16 on a sheet metal angle 17 of the tub 8. All three pallets 12 with their parts 13-17 engaging them are designed to be identical to one another. Each Pa lette 12 serves to receive a heating wire 18 which is embedded in the form of a helix in insulation material 19 within a tube 20.
The tube 20 carried by each pallet 12 is shaped as a loop, the two Sch, running 21 and 22 in a recess 23 of the otherwise rectangular base area of the pallet 12 are. Each pallet 12 has upturned edges 24 on its long sides.
The pipe loop 20 lying on each pallet 12 lies between the two upturned edges 24 and is held on the pallet 12 by the heads of two screws 25 inserted into the pallet 12. In Fig. 2, for the sake of clarity, only one pallet 12 is provided with a pipe loop: 20.
Inside the tub 8 there is also a thermostat 26, which is also spring-loaded from the tub 8 and pressed outwards.
Each heating plate 1 has a total of four hooks 27 on its two narrow sides, which are protruded by an edge 28 of the heating plate 1, so that the brackets 10 of the toggle locks lie within the base of the heating plate 1. To mount the heating plate 1, it is placed over the tub 8 and fastened to the tub 8 by means of the four toggle locks 9-11. The hand levers 9 rest on the outside of the tub 8.
The heating plate 1 has displaced the three pallets 12 with pipe loops 20 and the thermostat 26 somewhat resiliently into the interior of the tub 8, so that all pipe loops 20 and the thermostat 26 are resiliently pressed against the inside 29 of the heating plate 1. Since the pallets 12 sit on their pins 14 with some play, each pallet 12 can be changed in position while floating around its two pins 14,
so that the pipe loops 20 can rest snugly against the heating plate 1 over their entire length if possible. Because the edge 28 present on both narrow sides of the heating plate 1 protrudes beyond the bracket 10 lying on the hook 27, the latter can be kept free of any fat that might splash off during grilling and thus be free of dirt.

The three pallets 12 then rest against their stops 15 and the thermostat 26 rests with a collar 30 against a piece of sheet metal 31.
