Device for attaching curtain wall, in particular facade panels building facades or interior walls of Hal len, etc. often receive a cladding by curtain panels made of light metal, asbestos cement or the like. Each of the mostly several square meter cladding panels must be in several places on the load-bearing Wall.
When assembling such panels, the edges of the panels must be aligned, and it is particularly important to align the surface direction precisely, since deviations in this regard in the mostly shiny panel surfaces affect the appearance of the clad wall. This results in the requirement that deviations on the load-bearing wall compared to the ideal area of sometimes several centimeters, but also inaccuracies in the position of the individual fastening points, can be compensated for when mounting the panels.
This requirement were previously customary types of fastening only imperfectly, or it required a considerable amount of time and material when laying the panels. If the cladding panels are simply screwed to doweled thread, for example, high accuracy is required when moving the dowel in the supporting wall, as it is difficult to reach over larger wall surfaces. Also known is the attachment of the Ver cladding panels to smaller base plates which are anchored to the supporting wall; surface deviations in the wall construction must be compensated for by means of intermediate layers of different thicknesses, which is extremely cumbersome and time-consuming.
The object of the present invention is to create a fastening device for curtain wall, in particular facade panels, which considerably simplifies the plat teninstallation and for the purpose of more precise alignment of the panels, both a setting of the distance to the supporting wall and a certain shift in the lateral direction and in the height allows. The invention therefore relates to a device for fastening curtain wall panels, in particular façade panels, with a threaded bolt inserted into the supporting wall approximately ho rizontally.
This device is characterized according to the invention by an intermediate body that can be screwed onto the threaded bolt to adjust the distance to the wall, with two end faces parallel to the bolt and an essentially U-shaped connecting bracket, the side webs of which are clamped to the end faces mentioned and whose central web of the plate facing and attached to this.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments in conjunction with the drawing.
Fig. 1 is the side view and Fig. 2 is a plan view of a fastening device, Fig. 3 shows a fastening device of a similar design in perspective, and Figs. 4 and 5 illustrate two different auxiliary parts for receiving the plate edges.
The arrangements according to FIGS. 1 and 2 on the one hand and FIG. 3 on the other hand differ only slightly from one another; Parts that correspond to one another are denoted by the same reference numbers in all three figures. The fastening device shown is composed of a threaded bolt 10, an intermediate body 14 and a U-shaped connecting bracket 20. The threaded bolt 10 is in the supporting wall 4, on which the curtain plates 2 are to be fastened, protruding approximately horizontally used.
The type of anchoring of the bolt 10 is of no importance, the bolt can be used as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in a wall plug 6 and secured by means of lock nut 8, or it can be screwed into a doweled Me tallhülse 6 'according to FIG be; if necessary, it can also be a concrete screw or the like. A substantially prismatic intermediate body 14 is screwed onto the threaded bolt 10; In the example provided, the intermediate body has a threaded hole 16 and is secured by means of a locknut 12.
Of course, a Durchgangsboh tion and nuts on both sides of the intermediate body 14 could be provided. In this way, the stand from the intermediate body to the supporting wall 4 can be set. The intermediate body 14 has two end faces 18 parallel to the bore 16 or to the bolt 10, on which the side webs 22 of the U-shaped connecting bracket 20 rest.
The central web 24 of this Bü gel is facing the surface of the plates 2 and provided for receiving such a plate. The side webs 22 of the connecting bracket are clamped on the end faces 18 of the intermediate body 14, preferably by means of a screw 30 which penetrates the side webs and a through hole 17 in the intermediate body, as well as the nut 32.
Both sides of the webs 22 have a horizontal slot 26 to which are connected recesses 28 that are laterally offset upwards and downwards and which can optionally engage over the shaft of the screw 30. The anchoring of the plate 2 takes place in the example of FIGS. 1 to 3 with a fixed to the plate, for.
B, riveted, from cranked sheet metal tab 34, which can be pushed over the central web 24 from above. The tab 34 is preferably less wide in the horizontal direction than the central web 24 or the length of the intermediate body 14.
During the assembly of the fastening device, the distance between the intermediate body and thus the screw 30 from the wall 4 on the threaded bolt 10 can be finely adjusted. Another setting option for the plate distance is given by the selection of the recesses 28.
In this simple way, if necessary with the aid of threaded bolts of different lengths, even larger inaccuracies in the wall surface 4 can be comfortably compensated and any intermediate values can be set in the plate spacing. A Höhenan adjustment of the fastening device is carried out by clamping the side bars 22 with the screw 30 either in an upper or lower recess 28 or in
Slot 26, and additionally by the fact that the screw hole 17 in the intermediate body 14 is offset in height with respect to the hole 16 for the bolt 10 and, depending on the rotational position of the intermediate body, is either below or above the bolt 10. The adjustability in the horizontal direction along the wall 4 is given by the displaceability of the tab 34 on the central web 24.
The anchoring of the plates 2. On the bracket 20 can be done in various ways. Of course, only one through screw can be provided which penetrates the plate 2 and the central web 24 and is preferably displaceable in a horizontal slot of the central web (not shown). According to FIG. 4, an intermediate piece 35 can also be used,
which is placed in a manner similar to the tab 34 over the central web 24 and has an external groove 36 which takes the lower edge of a plate 2 on.
Another possible connection is shown in FIG. 5 in conjunction with FIG. 3. As can be seen from FIG. 3, recesses 38 are provided on the connecting bracket 20 at the attachment point of the two side webs.
A profile piece 40 according to FIG. 5 with two ribs 42 directed against one another can be inserted laterally into these recesses, so that the profile piece 40 hangs on the outside of the central web 24. External grooves 44 and 46 for receiving a lower or upper edge of the cladding panels 2 are provided on the pro filstück 40.
The fastening device described allows a simple and quick assembly of the curtain cladding panels. It offers a wide range of adjustment options for the entire alignment of the plates; Depending on the application, however, individual adjustment means described can of course be omitted.
