Fig. 1 ist ein Webschaft in übersichtsdarstellung.
Heald frame The invention relates to: a heald frame which is driven by sinkers going back and forth, each of which has a hook at its free end that engages a cleat fastened in the shaft profile. In a previous heald frame, the cleat and the hook of the plate that encompasses it are made of steel. The hook embraces the stud with practically no play.
Due to the back and forth movement of the shaft, however, the parts work somewhat on one another, i.e. H. there are slight shifts of cleats and hooks against each other during weaving. As a result, the parts are knocked out after a while, the play increases and so-called fretting rust is created (= abrasion consisting of a mixture of rust and lubricant).
The invention is based on the object of avoiding this knocking out of the parts and the formation of fretting rust. The invention consists in that at least one of the parts of the hook / stud is made of plastic at least on the contact surface facing the other part. Tests have shown that the plastic known under the name NYLON on the tunnel, so z.
B. a polycondensation product made of hexamethylenediamine (H2N- (CH2) s-NH2) and adipic acid (HOOC- (CH2) 4-COOH), and on the circuit board hook the plastic known under the brand name RILSAN, i.e. one made of 1,12-aminoundecanoic acid Polycondensation product, are suitable. There are no abrasions, knocks or fretting corrosion.
In one embodiment of the invention, the cleat has a wedge-shaped metallic part tapering from its end facing the hook to the other end, onto which; a fork-shaped part, on the one hand the wedge shape of the metallic part, on the other hand the hook adapted to the arms Plastic element is pushed.
It has been found to be particularly useful to provide such a metallic part with a pushed-on, fork-shaped plastic part, because on the one hand the parts hold together particularly well (due to the wedge shape, the metallic part and the fork-shaped plastic element are practically self-locking connected), on the other hand the plastic element is easily exchangeable and replaceable, because it can be pulled out over the wider end of the metallic part while expanding.
The metallic stub part, the fork-shaped plastic element and a screw connecting the metallic stud part and the plastic element are advantageously accessible via a slot in the shaft profile. The drawing shows an embodiment.
Fig. 1 is an overview of a heddle frame. FIGS. 2 and 3 show associated details on a larger scale, and FIG. 4 is a section along line IV-IV: in FIG. 3.
The heald frame according to FIG. 1 consists of two longitudinal beams 1, 2 which are connected to one another by means of side struts 3, 4. In the lower longitudinal beam studs 5, 13 are attached. They are attacked by hooks 6, which are brought to the top of riser plates 7. During operation, the heald frame is set in an upward and downward movement via the riser plates, as indicated by the arrows 8.
According to Fig. 3. Is each cleat 5, 13 at 9 in the z. B. made of steel hollow profile of the lower shaft beam 2 welded. The Sto'lI Teil 5 has a wedge-shaped shape. The end facing the hook 6 11 of the cleat part 5 is wider than the opposite end 12. The cleat part 5 consists of metalli Shem material, for. B. steel, and is solid.
On the cleat part 5 is made of plastic, for. B. nylon, existing fork-shaped element 13 pushed up. Its arms 14 are adapted to the wedge shape of the cleat part 5 on the inner surfaces 15 and to the jaws 17 of the hook 6 on the outer surfaces 16. The plastic element 13 has 18 attachments (chamfers). The free ends 1.4 are drawn together by means of a screw 19, so that the element 13 sits firmly on the cleat part 5.
The hook 6 according to FIG. 2 is made of a material made of plastic, for. B. Rilsan, existing insert 21 provided. During operation, the hook 6 engages with its jaws 17 over the surfaces 16 of the nylon element 13 of the cleat. The surface 23 of the hook lies on the surface of the element 13. The hook 6 can easily be slipped over the element 13 because of the chamfers 18, which is done when the shaft is inserted into the loom.
The parts 5, 13, 19 are accessible via a slot 25 in the shaft profile 2. Thus, the screw 19 can be easily loosened and the nylon element 13 with a suitable tool in Fig. 3 to the left over the larger end 11 of the stud part 5 with appropriate expansion and replace.
The division of the cleat into a wedge-shaped steel core 5 and a fork-shaped nylon element 13 adapted to it is particularly expedient because the parts can easily be assembled and practically sit on top of one another in a self-locking manner. By the screw 19, the arms 14 will keep ge in the inhibiting position. At the same time, the nylon element is easy to change.
Modified embodiments result when, for example, plastics other than nylon and Rilsan are used. Furthermore, the stud part 5 can be designed, for example, rectangular and only provided with a plastic coating. Furthermore, studs and / or hooks can optionally also consist entirely of plastic.
In a further exemplary embodiment, only one of the two parts, studs and hooks, can consist of plastic, at least on the surface in contact with the other part. In any case, a touch of metal on Me should tall, z. B. steel on steel should be avoided.
The aforementioned plastics nylon and Rilsan have proven particularly useful in storage such as! the between the hooks and studs of a heald frame has been shown to be advantageous, i.e. for storage in which a part is not fully rotated in the warehouse or pushed back and forth,
but where only two parts overlap and are thus pushed back and forth during operation as part of the play of the parts (work with friction).
