Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeich nung näher erläutert. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines hoch ausfahrba ren Teleskopmastes mit unsymmetrisch am Mastkopf angeordneter Arbeitsplattform in Ansicht von der Sei te;
Fig. 2 und 3 die besondere Anordnung druck mittelbetätigter Teleskopstempel, wobei das obere Stockwerk aus nur einem Teleskopstempel besteht, während die Druckstempel der anderen Stockwerke paarweise angeordnet sind;
Hydraulically operated vertically extendable telescopic mast The invention relates to a hydraulically operated, vertically and. relatively high extendable telescopic mast with a fixed on the one hand on the base frame and on the other hand on the mast head, the twisting and bending forces absorbing angular telescopic tube, which is pulled out or pushed together at Actuate supply of the telescope extending parallel to the mast.
It is known that pressure-actuated vertically extendable telescopic masts with a profiled z. B. quadra tables cross-sectional shape having telescope jacket, the pressure pipe relatively small diameter only absorbs the vertical forces and the telescope jacket only absorbs the bending forces.
It is also known that the load resting on the top of the mast, e.g. B. a work platform to pivot when the mast is fully or partially extended on a turntable arranged below the Aufnah mekopfes at the top of the mast.
As a result of the large number of telescopic shots and their natural movement and manufacturing play, the mast tip does not extend in a straight line, but along a kind of parabolic curved path. If the load is now eccentric to the center line of the mast or if there is a horizontal wind load, the mast tip deflection becomes inadmissibly large, which is why the extension height and the number of shots must be limited.
If the eccentrically acting load is turned on the top of the mast, the latter describes a kind of conical shell, whereby the individual sheathed mast sections tilt from one contact side to the other (play). The result is severe wear and tear, a feeling of fear on the part of the workers and no firm hold on the whole mast. In order to be able to pass the retracted mast through low door openings, the lowest possible height (approx. 1.70 m) cannot be dispensed with. On the other hand, the greatest possible extension height, e.g.
B. when using the mast as a carrier of a radar antenna or a headlight system is required. Extension heights of more than 22 meters are possible. The extension and retraction movement should proceed relatively quickly and the oil supply of pressurized oil should be kept small. A pendulum movement of the loaded, fully extended mast head should be practically impossible. This also applies if, in addition to an eccentric load on the mast head, there are also uncontrollable wind forces.
The play between the individual sections of the mast absorbing the bending forces must therefore be eliminated.
From the requirement for the lowest possible overall height in the retracted state, it follows that a relatively large number of individual shots is necessary to achieve a very large extension height. For the telescopic pressure ram, this results in a considerable difference in diameter between the smallest and the largest cylinder tube and, with constant delivery of pressurized oil by a pump, a large jump in the extension and retraction speed corresponding to the respective jump in diameter. Is at z.
B. eight extending shots the smallest inner diameter 60 mm and the largest inner diameter 200 mm, this corresponds to an extension and retraction speed ratio of about 1:10 or z. B.
Vmax: Vmin = 30 cm / sec. : 3.0 cm / sec.
Since such speed differences are unusable, even dangerous, in practical operation, complicated and expensive electro-hydraulic control devices with pump sets, etc. that can be switched on and off are necessary. Furthermore, hydraulic cylinder tubes are only produced in series up to an outer diameter of 150 mm for reasons of cost-effective manufacturing processes.
All larger tubes are therefore very expensive as precision cylinder tubes. In addition, the design of the entire hydraulic system (pumps, valves, fittings, oil quantities, etc.) must be dimensioned for the largest pipe, i.e. it is very expensive, heavy and bulky.
The purpose of the invention is to create a telescope mast which does not have these disadvantages.
The telescopic mast according to the invention is characterized in that the oil-hydraulically operated telescopic pressure ram is subdivided in the longitudinal direction of the mast and that these pressure rams are arranged in pairs next to one another on the outside next to the telescopic tube that absorbs the bending forces on outwardly protruding pressure plates or on cantilever arms of this angular telescopic tube are,
and that the links of the angular telescopic tube absorbing the bending forces are deliberately out of a straight line, so that they always fit snugly on only one side, and that the entire telescopic mast system is built on a base plate that can be pivoted about a vertical axis, in such a way that the unilateral flush system the links of the telescopic tube do not change when the entire mast system is pivoted.
On the mast head a structure, e.g. B. a work platform or a headlight battery, be arranged in a known manner so that the focus of this payload is slightly to the side of the center line of the profiled mast that absorbs the bending forces. Each mast shot is then always on one and the same side full, so that the so-called game is canceled.
This can be achieved by making the guide strips at the ends of the mutually supporting mast sections of different thicknesses, so that the individual mast sections extend opposite to the center of gravity of the mast, as z. B. from Fig. 6 of the drawing can be seen. Taking into account a slight deflection of the mast under the eccentric load, the mast is then apparently straight again.
With the correct dimensioning of the guide strips it can be achieved that after overcoming the game, despite elastic deflection of the Mantelma most, the latter appears to be straight or perpendicular to the eye. In order to keep this latter state even if the load has to rotate with other structure, it is necessary to move the Drehvor direction from the top of the mast down and thus the. the whole jacketed mast including hydraulics.
Preferably, all single masts are the same with half each of extending sections compared to pressure-operated telescopic masts of the old type. This can achieve that the speed ratio nis z. B. is only 1: 3, continue the largest pipe z. B. only has a diameter of 115 mm and is therefore always inexpensive on the market.
In this embodiment, the hydraulic system only has to be designed for around half the delivery rate, so low costs, small dimensions significantly lighter than before; the oil filling can be reduced by half.
The pressure stamps preferably have a small diameter and are outside in pairs, d. H. arranged next to the telescopic mast absorbing the bending forces and are preferably supported between the individual floors against outwardly standing pressure plates that subdivide the telescopic mast, which is usually square in cross-section, in its longitudinal direction.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing voltage. 1 shows an embodiment of a highly extendable telescopic mast with a working platform arranged asymmetrically on the mast head in a view from the side;
Fig. 2 and 3 the special arrangement of pressure medium-operated telescopic ram, the upper floor consists of only one telescopic ram, while the pressure ram of the other floors are arranged in pairs;
4 and 5 telescopic rams actuated by pressure medium in only a paired arrangement; and FIGS. 6 and 7 show the design and arrangement of the sliding bearings of the actual telescopic mast, which has a box-shaped cross section.
The lower part 1 of the movable telescopic mast has a square cross-sectional shape and is arranged upright on a turntable 2 of the chassis 3. This component 1, which accommodates the other telescope parts, is supported against the rotary plate 2 by means of lateral struts 4.
The members 5, 6, 7 and 8 together with the gesture-proof component 1 form the lower floor of the mast, while the members 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the telescopic mast located above the pressure plate 9 form the upper floor and carry a working platform 14 which is equipped with a laterally extendable secondary platform 15,
so that the center of gravity of the entire work platform is eccentric to the center line of the telescopic mast. The telescopic pressure rams with a relatively small diameter are arranged in pairs outside the actual telescopic mast, parallel to it. The two pressure stamps of the lower floor consist of the stationary pressure pipes 16 standing on the rotary plate 2 with the associated pipe sections 17, 18, 19 and 20.
The upper end of the section 20 is supported against the underside of the pressure plate 9 firmly connected to the component 8, on which the second floor of the mast is built. The lower pressure tubes 21 of the telescopic pressure ram for the second floor are fixed on the pressure plate 9, projecting downwards. The sections 22, 23, 24 and 25 can be extended upwards from these pressure pipes, with the upper component 25 supporting the work platform 14 from below.
In FIG. 2 it is shown that the telescopic pressure ram of the respective upper mast stockoverkes can also consist of just one pressure ram. However, it is better to also move the upper story by means of pressure rams arranged in pairs according to FIG.
The. Cross-sectional shapes then result from FIGS. 3 and 5. In FIG. 6 it is shown that the guide strips 26 and 27 of the individual sections of the mast have unequal thickness on two opposite sides and are designed so that the individual sections are not moved in a straight line . You are always on the same side of the mast in full plant.
This also applies when the entire system is pivoted by turning the turntable 2. The lever arm 28 formed by the eccentric center of gravity of the platform or some other load body on the mast head tries to straighten the mast again. In connection with a slight deflection, the impression then arises that the mast is straight in the extended state. But the annoying game between the individual mast sections is eliminated.
