Description
Lade- und Entladevorrichtung für Lastfahrzeuge Beim Fehlen von Laderampen ist das Beladen und das Entladen von Lastwagen mühsam, umständlich und zeitraubend. Die vorliegende Erfindung sucht diesem Übelstand abzuhelfen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Lade- und Entla- devorrichtung für Lastfahrzeuge, bei welcher auf der Ladebrücke an einer Ecke derselben ein feststehendes vertikales Drehlager und an diesem mittels Schwenkar men ein hydraulisches oder pneumatisches, vertikal ar beitendes Zylinder-Kolbenaggregat mit am Unterende der Kolbenstange befestigter Plattform angeordnet ist, welche in ausgeschwenkter Stellung auf die Fahrbahn absenkbar bzw. auf die Höhe der Ladebrücke anhebbar und in angehobener Stellung auf die Ladebrücke ein schwenkbar ist.
Die Plattform ist für die Aufnahme von Paletten, Kisten, Boxen, Schachteln usw. zweckmässig als Greifer gabel ausgebildet.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungs form des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 die Vorrichtung mit ausgeschwenkter und auf die Fahrbahn abgesenkter Plattform, Fig.2 die Vorrichtung mit angehobener, auf die Ladebrücke eingeschwenkter Plattform und Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 1.
Die dargestellte Lade- und Entladevorrichtung weist ein auf der Ladebrücke 1 an einem Eckpfosten 2 der Lastwagenkarosserie befestigtes, säulenförmiges vertika les Drehlager 3 auf. An diesem ist mittels Schwenkarmen 4 ein ebenfalls vertikales Zylinder-Kolbenaggregat 5, 6 schwenkbar angeordnet. Die Kolbenstange 6 ist im Zylinder 5 drehbar und trägt am Unterende eine gabel förmige Plattform 7.
In der in Fig. 1 und 3 ersichtlichen, um das Drehlager 3 ausgeschwenkten Stellung des Zylinder-Kolbenaggrega- tes 5 befinden sich die Schwenkarme 4 in paralleler Lage zu der Rückwand la der Ladebrücke 1.
In dieser Stellung ist durch Abwärtsschieben der Kolbenstange 6 die Plattform 7 auf die Fahrbahn absenkbar. Bei ganz nach oben geschobener Kolbenstange 6 befindet sich die Plattform 7 wenig über der Ladebrücke 1, so dass die Plattform samt dem Zylinder-Kolbenaggregat 5, 6 mit den Schwenkarmen 4 um das Drehlager 3 über die Ladebrücke 1 einschwenkbar ist, wie dies in Fig. 2 und in Fig. 3 strichpunktiert veranschaulicht ist. Hierauf kann die Plattform 7 samt der Kolbenstange 6 um weitere 90 Winkelgrade, d.h. vollständig über die Ladebrücke 1 eingeschwenkt werden.
Die Plattform 7 dient zur Aufnahme von mit Waren beladenen Paletten, Kisten, Boxen, Schachteln oder, wie dargestellt eines Hilfstransportgerätes 8, das mit Rollen 9 und zwei Gitterwänden 10 für den seitlichen Halt von stapelbarem Ladegut versehen ist. Das Hilfstransportge- rät dient zum mühelosen Zubringen des Ladegutes zum Lastfahrzeug oder zum Wegführen desselben. Es ist wie eine Palette auf die Traggabel 7 aufsetzbar und kann samt dem Ladegut auf den Lastwagen gehoben und nach Abladen der Waren wieder auf die Fahrbahn abgesenkt werden.
Zum Entladen der Plattform 7 kann diese samt dem Ladegut in zum Pfeil A entgegengesetzter Richtung, d.h. im Sinne des Pfeiles B verschwenkt werden, so dass auch auf der Rückseite der Fahrzeugbrücke 1 abgeladen bzw. das Ladegut der Plattform 7 auf der Wagenrückseite entnommen werden kann.

The loading and unloading device shown has a column-shaped vertical pivot bearing 3 which is fastened to a corner post 2 of the truck body on the loading bridge 1. A likewise vertical cylinder-piston unit 5, 6 is pivotably arranged on this by means of pivot arms 4. The piston rod 6 is rotatable in the cylinder 5 and carries a fork-shaped platform 7 at the lower end.
In the position of the cylinder / piston unit 5 pivoted about the pivot bearing 3, which can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 3, the pivot arms 4 are in a parallel position to the rear wall 1 a of the loading bridge 1.
In this position, the platform 7 can be lowered onto the roadway by pushing the piston rod 6 downwards. When the piston rod 6 is pushed all the way up, the platform 7 is a little above the loading bridge 1, so that the platform together with the cylinder-piston unit 5, 6 with the swivel arms 4 can be pivoted around the pivot bearing 3 via the loading bridge 1, as shown in FIG. 2 and in Fig. 3 is illustrated by dash-dotted lines. The platform 7 together with the piston rod 6 can then be rotated through a further 90 degrees, i.e. can be swiveled in completely over loading bridge 1.
The platform 7 is used to hold pallets, boxes, boxes, boxes loaded with goods or, as shown, an auxiliary transport device 8 which is provided with rollers 9 and two grid walls 10 for the lateral support of stackable goods. The auxiliary transport device is used to effortlessly bring the cargo to the truck or to carry it away. It can be placed on the carrying fork 7 like a pallet and can be lifted onto the truck together with the load and lowered back onto the roadway after the goods have been unloaded.
To unload the platform 7, it can be used together with the load in the opposite direction to arrow A, i.e. be pivoted in the direction of arrow B, so that the vehicle bridge 1 can also be unloaded on the rear side or the cargo can be removed from the platform 7 on the rear side of the vehicle.
