Kranken-Hebevorrichtung

Sick lifting device
The invention relates to a patient lifting device with a columnar support, preferably for moving bedridden patients.
In conventional patient lifting devices, this is done with the aid of spindles and sliding nuts. However, these facilities are usually relatively complicated and awkward to use. To lift a patient or a bed, lifting devices are in use which are connected in parallel in different ways, which makes the device bulky and difficult to operate.
The eriindtmgsgeniäss e patient lifting device is characterized in that an arm can be pivoted about a vertical axis on the carrier, there is also a spindle drive to adjust the free end of the arm in height, and the free end of the arm is provided with a suspension device for connecting to Support members, which are intended to accommodate a patient.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a view of an ambulance lifting device attached to a bed, with a stretching carriage next to the same, partially in section.
2 shows a view of a tube with a swivel arm and fastening elements,
3 shows a section through an embodiment variant of a tube in which the spindle can be adjusted directly by a crank without a gear,
4 shows a plan view of a support cushion for lifting a patient,
5 shows a variant embodiment of the invention.
The patient lifting device contains a support tube 1 which is fastened to a bed frame 4 with the aid of fastening members 2, 3. The attachment member 2 for the upper crossbar of the bed can be rotated so that the lifting device can be adjusted for all hospital beds. The fastening member 3 is in the form of a clamping bracket which can be tightened by a wing nut. A pivotable arm 5 protrudes into the interior of the tube, which is bent approximately at right angles and can be moved up and down relative to the tube. Close to its outer free end, this arm 5 carries a suspension device 6 which can be used for use together with a support cushion 7 which is provided with hanging brackets and / or rods for fastening eyelets or support cables.
A threaded nut 8 is located at the lower end of the vertical part of the arm and is penetrated by a spindle 9 located inside the arm. This spindle 9 can be rotated with the aid of a hand lever 10. Between this hand lever 10 and the spindle 9 there is a gear mechanism 11 which enffiä-lt two bevel gears. In order to facilitate the swiveling of the arm, it is provided with a handle 12 which is located next to the suspension device 6. The hand lever 10 is equipped with a long connecting rod 13 for easier accessibility.
In Fig. 1 the device is shown in the position mounted on a hospital bed. For certain applications, it may be more practical to attach them to the ceiling above a bed or an operating table. In these cases z. B. the housing of the transmission connected to the ceiling.
The support cushion or support frame for this lifting device preferably contains a strong fabric.
On the long sides there are bars 14 with handles 15 or openings. The suspension cables of the lifting device can be hooked into the handles 15, for example when a patient is to be brought from an outpatient stretching device to a stretching cart, for example after an accident.
A patient to be transported from a bed to a stretching cart is first placed on the carrying pillow that is pushed under the patient. The carrying pillow is attached with the carrying cables, whereupon the patient is lifted and swung over the stretching carriage to the side of the bed. The carrying cushion is then released from the carrying cables and the patient is rolled onto an operating table, for example. A similar lifting device is provided close to the operating table, but has fastening elements of slightly different shapes. This lifting device is fixed in a tube that is in the ground or on a plate with an extension bolt. The carrying cushion can be hooked into the carrying arm of a surgical lift, whereupon the patient can be swung over the operating table.
To move the patient back into the bed, the procedure is reversed.
With the conventional methods, a patient had to be lifted four times by at least three people for each lifting device. With the lifting device according to the invention, this patient can be transported by a single operator. The hoist can also be attached to a support that is on wheels for easier movement. This post is provided with means for attachment to the crossbar of a bed. The fastening means mentioned can comprise hooks 2 'for the upper blade bar and a Kleummle 3' wing nut for the lower bar, as can be seen from FIG.
In Fig. 5 a variant is shown, which is suitable for fastening to the ceiling, in a place where a long, horizontal lifting arm is needed, for example in bathrooms or cloakrooms to be able to reach two beds. The lifting device is attached to the ceiling by means of a plate 16 by screws 17. At the lower end of a tube 18 there is a horizontal arm 5 'which can be pivoted around a joint 19 in the vertical direction. The arm can be raised or lowered relative to the pipe 18 with the aid of a gear 11, a fine threaded nut 8 and a spindle 9.
from senllbar. The spindle 9 cooperates with a motor-driven gear mechanism 11, which is pivotably supported at the tube 18. The nut 8 cooperates with the arm 5 'via a rod 21 and a joint 22.
The arm 5 ′, together with the tube 18 and the Ge gear 11, can be rotated around a rod 17. The pipe
18 rests with its lower end on a support disk 20 at the lower end or rod 17.
The carrying pillow can consist of one or more pieces. The control means could also be designed in a different way than that shown. The hand lever can also be replaced by a motor that can be operated by the patient with a push button.
