mindestens eine Beladestation, mindestens eine Füllstation zum Einbringen des aufschäumbaren Kunststoffes in die zu füllenden Hohlräume der Bau steine;
Vorzugsweise presst man die Deckplatte gegen den Baustein, um ein Überquellen des aufschäumenden Kunststoffs über die Öffnungen der Hohlräume zu verhindern. Ausführungsbeispiele des Gegenstandes der Erfin dung werden anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert, dabei zeigen: Fig. 1 einen Baustein mit teilweise ausgeschäumten Hohlräumen in perspektivischer Ansicht;
The invention relates to a method for the produc- tion of a building block for masonry, with at least one side open cavities which are at least partially filled with a plastic foam, and a system for executing the , Procedure.
Building blocks for masonry are known which have cavities that are open towards at least one side and wherein at least some of the cavities are filled with an insulating material, such as hardened foam.
The purpose of the invention is to find a particularly suitable method for producing a building block for masonry, with cavities open to at least one side, which are at least partially filled with a plastic foam, and to specify a suitable system for carrying out the method .
Accordingly, the subject matter of the invention is: a) a method of the type mentioned at the beginning, which is characterized in that the cavities are filled with a granulate made of a foamable plastic and then foamed,
during the foaming and until the foam solidifies, it is prevented from swelling over the same via the openings of the cavities; and b) a system for carrying out the method, which is characterized in that it has the following units:
at least one loading station, at least one filling station for introducing the foamable plastic into the cavities to be filled in the building blocks;
Means for closing the cavity openings of the building blocks by means of cover plates and for removing the cover plates after the block has solidified; at least one foaming station; at least one unloading station; and at least one conveyor device for transporting the building blocks from one station to another.
With the method according to the invention, building blocks made of any materials, such as concrete, lightweight building materials, etc., can be processed; it is preferably used for those made of clay. The size of the building blocks can also vary greatly, preferably, but hollow blocks, for example made of normal stone with dimensions of 500x240 to 300 X 250 mm, are possible.
The cavities of the hollow blocks can be distributed over one or more rows. Depending on the desired thermal conductivity, all cavities or only some of them can be filled with foam.
In the latter case, you will arrange the foamed hollow spaces symmetrically to the longitudinal center plane of the Baustei Nes. However, should it be preferred to move the dew point in masonry as far as possible to one side, the foamed cavities can also be arranged asymmetrically to the longitudinal center plane. It is useful, but not necessary, that the foamed and / or empty cavities of a building block are open on two sides.
The cavities can be foamed with any plastic, such as those made of polyurethane, urea ormaldehyde, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polyester, phenolic resin, etc. are foamed.
Expediently, however, such foams are provided that have as many closed cells as possible in order to prevent water vapor diffusion through the building block. A foam made of polystyrene, which can have up to 98% closed cells, is particularly suitable for this purpose.
The building blocks produced according to the present process have very decisive advantages. Apart from the fact that Gie can be walled up in the usual way, subsequent insulation layers are no longer required on masonry built with the building block produced in this way, since the building block has a much lower coefficient of thermal conductivity.
For comparison, a masonry made from unfoamed bricks had a heat transfer coefficient k = 0.9, while masonry made from the same bricks but with foam-filled cavities produced a heat transfer coefficient k = 0.5. The heat transfer coefficient of the individual stone was k = 0.45 (kcal / mlh grad).
The production of the module provided with cavities itself is not critical and can be done according to the previously customary known methods. Also special features of the module resulting from the known method are not disadvantageous for the present process. For example, a degree formed at the openings when the hollow blocks produced in the extrusion process are cut off for the filling made of plastic foam, since it promotes their hold in the stone.
To introduce the granules of the foamable plastic, the cavities of the building block can be arranged horizontally or at least approximately horizontally, but preferably vertically.
The plastic is introduced in granular form, for example in the form of pearls. The plastic granulate can preferably already be pre-foamed before being introduced and is then completely foamed in the building block.
The side of a building block provided with openings can be sprinkled with the granulate if the openings run vertically or, if the openings are generally oriented, a funnel device corresponding to the shape of the openings to be filled is attached to the building block and the cavities are filled by for Each filling process preferentially only holds the necessary filling menues in the funnel for the respective cavities.
Since in the latter case overflow and spillage of filler material does not occur, in this case the removal of excess filler material, which would otherwise be expedient, is used; liquid. Excess filler material can be removed, for example, by wiping, blowing or vacuuming the area of a building block provided with openings.
In particular in the case of building blocks whose cavities are open on two sides, the filling and full filling of the hollow spaces can be facilitated by applying a negative pressure to the side of the building block opposite the filling side.
Depending on the foamable plastic used, the foaming and curing can be carried out using different methods. For example, this can be foamed using an agent or high frequency.
Appropriately, however, a plastic that is foamable under the action of heat, preferably polystyrene, is provided. The plastic can be foamed by means of steam, which is pressed into the filled cavities and / or left to act by all-round steaming. In particular in the case of cavities that are open on two sides, the steam can alternately be pressed through from both sides.
Before foaming, the opening of the cavities is expediently closed with a cover plate provided with feeds and / or porous cover plate, the plastic is foamed and the cover plate is removed after the plastic foam has solidified.
The cover plate is preferably pressed against the building block in order to prevent the foaming plastic from swelling over the openings in the cavities. Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the drawings, in which: FIG. 1 shows a block with partially foamed cavities in a perspective view;
Fig. 2 shows a system for foaming the hollow spaces of a building block, schematically, in side, broken longitudinal view; 3 shows a further system for foaming the cavities of a building block, schematically in a partially broken away plan view; and FIG. 4 shows a schematic cross section through the system according to FIG. 3 along the line IV-IV.
In Fig. 1, a hollow block building block 1 is shown in perspekti vischer view. The block has, for example, the dimensions 300 X 200 X 200 mm and consists of fired clay. It also has 3 rows of cavities 2, of which the cavities 2a by means of a plastic foam 3, for example polystyrene, are filled. Polystyrene has the preferred property
that its cavities are practically all (98%) completely closed. As a result, this plastic foam does not breathe and it also does not absorb moisture.
With such a building block, no air circulation can take place in the closed cavities and the air and moisture permeability of the building block is limited only to the clay webs 4 of the building block.
Such a module 1, be it with partially or completely filled cavities, can advantageously be produced by means of one of the systems shown in FIGS. 2-4.
The system according to Figure 2 has a horizontal plate conveyor belt 5, which is used as a support for the building blocks 1. The conveyor belt consists of plates 6, which by means of links 7 are movable against one another but coupled to one another at a fixed distance. The plates have laterally runners or rollers 8 that slide or roll on guides, in particular rails 9.
The plate conveyor is equipped with a drive device 10 which moves the plate conveyor belt step by step. The step size can correspond to the width of several plate members, depending on the design of the further stations, but preferably it is equal to the width of a plate member.
At one end of the plate conveyor 5 a loading station 11 is provided, to which the building blocks 1 can be placed manually or automatically, in such a way that the cavities are aligned vertically and the openings on one side point upwards. The plates are preferably provided with stops (not shown) so that the individual modules can always be placed in the same position on the plate conveyor belt. The loading station can comprise one or more plate widths.
The charging station 11 is a filling station 12 switched downstream. The latter has a provided with a mouthpiece 13 and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the Plat tenförderbandes 5 b; movable arm 14, which moves the mouthpiece 13 continuously over the top of a building block facing the opening.
The mouthpiece is expediently designed so that on the one hand it can be adjusted to the size of a stone to be filled and on the other hand definable rows of cavities can be excluded from the loading of plastic material. For setting the mouthpiece, one or more panels are preferably suitable, by means of which the cross-sectional parts of the mouthpiece that are not required can be covered.
The mouthpiece is connected to a drive device, also not shown, and has lines and conveying means in order to pull the plastic material from a silo and feed it continuously or metered to the mouthpiece.
The mouthpiece can be equipped with auxiliary devices, also not shown, which remove excess plastic material from the surface of the stone. For this purpose, simple wipers can be provided, or devices for blowing off or sucking off excess material can be coupled to the mouthpiece.
To clean; Separate blowing devices can be installed in the area of the conveyor belt next to a building block. In particular, it is advantageous to provide a collecting device 15 for excess plastic material in the area of the filling station below the conveying level, which is conveniently equipped with means 16 to feed the plastic material incurred back into the silo.
In the case of cavities in a building block that are open on both sides, it is advisable to intensify the filling process by applying a vacuum to the side of the building block opposite the filling side, which on the one hand accelerates the filling process and on the other hand ensures that the product is stored more densely, even in inaccessible places.
For this purpose, the plates 6 of the plate conveyor belt 5 are expediently porous and / or provided with openings and channels, so that the underside of a stone can be sucked off with their help when a negative pressure is applied. The effective surface of the slabs can be adjusted to the desired stone size by means of panels, which can also carry the stops for aligning the stones.
When changing from one stone size to another, the panels are either adjusted or exchanged. To apply the negative pressure is also porous and / or with suction channels verse Hene suction plate 17, which can be moved from below against a plate 6 of the conveyor belt by means of a preferably pneumatically actuated lifting cylinder 18.
In order to prevent lifting of the plate 6 or the plate conveyor belt when the suction plate 17 is in place, 6 guides 19 are provided in the area of the filling station on both sides of the plate conveyor belt over the runners or rollers at least over the length of a plate.
A station 20 for closing the openings of the building block connects to the filling station 12. The station is formed by a second plate conveyor device 21 which is constructed analogously to the first plate conveyor device, is arranged over part of the latter parallel to it and at an adjustable distance and is designed to run synchronously with it.
The second slab conveyor device 21 has a clamping device 22 for pressing the slabs of the slab conveyor devices 5, 21 against the building blocks 1 located between them.
For this purpose, the bracing device has one-part or multi-part rails 23 on both sides of the active conveyor line, which are separated from the remaining guide rails 24 of the second plate conveyor device and are operated by means of clamping elements, for example by means of springs 25 or pneumatically operated lifting cylinders,
are pressed against the guide rollers 26 and / or runners and / or connecting elements 27 between the plates 28 of the second conveyor device 21. At the end of the second plate conveyor 21, a length compensation device 29 is provided.
The plates 28 of the second plate conveyor 21 are also designed analogously to the plates 6 of the first plate conveyor 5, d. H. they are also porous and / or provided with openings and channels and expediently have diaphragms for adapting the active plate surface to the surface of the building blocks.
At the beginning of the second plate conveyor 21, a stationary steaming station 30 is vorgese hen, each one by means of a lifting device 31 from above or from below against the plates 28 and 6 pressable steaming shoes 32, the latter being coupled ge with a steam generator, not shown . Instead of the plates 6 and 28, the steaming shoes 32 can be provided with screens in order to reduce the active steaming surface to the size, i. H.
to be able to adjust to the area of a component to be vaporized. The steaming shoes are coupled to a steam generator (not shown). The latter is expediently designed in such a way that alternating vapor deposition of the building block, from above and below, is possible. The steam passes through the steaming shoes 32 and the plates 6, 28 each time into or through the cavities filled with the foamable plastic and foams the latter.
The plates 6, 28 pressed against the building blocks prevent the foaming over of the foaming plastic. The second plate conveyor belt has such a length that the building blocks d. H. the foamed plastic can cool and solidify along this path, so that when the plates 28 are removed, no more plastic foam can escape from the openings in the cavities of the stones.
The steaming station 30 can optionally either be designed at the same time as an all-round steaming station or, as in the present case, such a station 33 can be connected downstream of the steaming station.
In the all-round steaming station, the module is steamed from all sides at the same time, i. that is, it is in a steam atmosphere. For this it is necessary that the steaming area is at least largely hermetically sealed. This is achieved in particular by gates 34 which can be pushed in between the plate conveyor belts and between one or more stones at the entrance and exit of the all-round steaming station.
The plate conveyor belts are also appropriately sealed as far as possible within the all-round steaming station.
After the second and at the end of the first plate conveyor, an unloading station 35 is vorgese hen, at which the finished foamed blocks are taken abge.
While the loading station 11, the closing station 20 and the unloading station 35 are practically not bound to any particular state of motion of the plate conveyor systems, this is not the case for the filling station 12 and the steaming station 30. The latter can only function with dormant conveyor facilities, i.e. i.e., exercise between two funding steps.
According to a modification of the system according to FIG. 2, the loading and filling stations 11 and 12 can be removed from the step-wise conveying Plattenfördereinrieh "device and arranged on a continuously conveying conveyor belt, in which case the filling station can be provided firmly above the conveyor belt and the In this arrangement, a device is required which ensures that the plate conveyor 5 is loaded in cycles.
In FIGS. 3 and 4, a further system for foaming the cavities of a building block 1 is shown. In this case, the conveyor is designed as a ring road 36, which also promotes step-by-step and a plurality of individual bracing devices 37 arranged in step spacing stand for clamping the building blocks 1 between a base plate 38 and a cover plate 39. These bracing devices can be removable or, as in the present case, designed as part of the conveyor device.
In the first case, the conveying device is expediently a frame conveying device, in whose individual frames the bracing devices are inserted.
The conveyor can consist of several individual conveyors that are combined to form a ring road, but preferably only one conveyor is provided, which, as the case shows, is out to form a closed ring road.
The conveyor device has an inner and an outer rail 40 and 41 on which the tensioning devices 37 roll. For this purpose, each tensioning device is equipped with a chassis 42 that has two outer rollers 43 and at least one, preferably two inner rollers 44. The outer rollers 43 are provided with flange extensions 45 by means of which they are guided on the rail 41 laterally. No lateral guides are necessary for the inner rollers 44.
The tensioning devices 37 are conveyed with the aid of an endless, revolving link chain 46 which is guided over sprockets 47. Coupling links 48 connect the chassis alternately 42 with the link chain 46. The latter is moved step by step by a drive device not shown in detail.
The bracing device 37 also has two opposite side parts 49 arranged transversely to the conveying direction and connected by a transverse bar 50 at their upper free end. The base plate 38, which is preferably porous and / or provided with channels 51, is attached to the chassis, the active surface of which has the size of such a building block by means of a screen 52, which also has stops 53 for aligning a building block of such a block can be set.
It is useful to provide separate panels 52 for each block size and each cavity division to be filled, which plates 38 and 39 are attached to the base and cover. The diaphragms are only permeable, preferably perforated, in the areas 52 'opposite the cavity openings to be treated, while the remaining areas 52 "are impermeable.
The cover plate 39, which is designed analogously, is attached to a holding device 54 b; strengthens, which can be raised and lowered by means of a arranged on the crossbar 50, preferably pneumatic rule, lifting cylinder 55. The lifting cylinder can either be double-acting or preferably be equipped with a return spring.
The porous base and cover plates 38 and 39, provided with channels 51, are provided with supply and discharge lines, not shown, which end in coupling pieces 56 on the side parts 49.
In the case of the present embodiment with a return spring, the pneumatic lifting cylinder 55 has only one pressure line 57, which likewise ends in a coupling piece 56 on a side part. A holding valve 58 is installed in the pressure line 57, which holds the compressed air pressed into the lifting cylinder and only allows it to flow out when an opening device 59 of the holding valve is actuated. If the Hubzylin is designed to be double-acting, the switching of the holding valve can also be done by means of a device in the pressure line to withdraw the piston.
As FIG. 3 shows, the system has a charging station 60 which, in the present case, for example, extends over two bracing devices 37. There the latter are equipped with building blocks that can be retrieved from a trolley 61. In this case, who placed the blocks on the base plates 38 between the stops 53.
The charging station 60 is a filling station 62 nachge switched, which is formed analogously to that of FIG. In this example, too, the module is continuously swept over by a mouthpiece 64 attached to an arm 63, its cavities being filled with the plastic granulate drawn from the silo 65. With 66 a stripping and suction device is indicated, the excess granulate from the stone ob; area eliminated.
In this embodiment, too, the mouthpiece can be adjusted to the stone size and / or to selected cavities to be filled by means of diaphragms. Reference is also made to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2 and the corresponding parts of the description with regard to other scraping, blow-off or suction devices.
The filling station 62 is also provided with a suction device, by means of which a negative pressure can be applied to the side of the module opposite the filling side. For this purpose, the filling station has a counterpart 68 which can be disengaged preferably by means of a pneumatic Hubvorrich device 67 and which can be coupled to the coupling piece 56 of the suction line of the base plate 38.
This counterpart 68 is kup pelt at the beginning of the filling process with the coupling piece 56 and the end of the same withdrawn.
The filling station 62 is a combined, rte sealing and steaming station 70 connected downstream. This has a coupling plate 71 which can be retracted and extended by a lifting cylinder 72. On the coupling plate there are arranged counterparts 73 which, for example, are designed in the shape of a truncated cone and in which coupling pieces 56 correspondingly designed with a conical introduction can engage.
The coupling plate 71 is, after a bracing device has arrived in front of the station 70, extended by means of the lifting cylinder 72 until the counterparts 73 in the coupling pieces. 56 intervene. So that no medium is lost at the coupling points during the closing and steaming process, the coupling plate is pressed against the clamping device 37 during the entire treatment. The seal can be supported by a seal (not shown) between counterpart 73 and coupling piece 56.
A lifting of the bracing device from the rail 40 is prevented by a shoulder 74 which cooperates with a stop 75 on the frame 76 of the ring road 36.
Such a stop 75 is provided on the ring conveyor where the bracing device is coupled to a counterpart for the coupling pieces, that is, in addition to station 70, filling station 62 for applying negative pressure and possibly also the unloading station 77
as will be explained below.
The processes that are automatically carried out by the charging and control unit 78 as soon as the clamping device is in front of the closing and steaming bar 70, begin with the coupling of the coupling plate 71.
Compressed air is then first pressed into the lifting cylinder 55 via a line 79, the coupling 73, 56, the holding valve 8 and the line 57, which then presses the cover plate 39 against the stone. Since the holding valve 58 holds the pretensioned compressed air in the lifting cylinder 55, the compressed air can be switched off.
If the cavities of the building block are closed by means of the cover plate 39, shock vapor deposition begins, in which the porous base and cover plates 38, 39, which are provided with channels, are alternately supplied with steam from the unit 78 via lines 79, couplings 73, 56 which then penetrates the cavities and foams the plastic.
When the foaming is complete, the steam is switched off and the coupling plate 71 is withdrawn; the cover plate, on the other hand, remains pressed against the building block 1 due to the holding valve 58 and the lifting cylinder 55 which is pressurized with compressed air.
If the alternating shock vaporization of station 70 is not sufficient, an all-round vaporization station 80 can be connected downstream. In addition to the charging unit 81, the latter has a clamping device 37 which completely surrounds the chamber 82, the entrances and exits 83 and 84 of which can be closed by means of gates 85.
The chamber is also largely sealed off from the conveying device, so that the bracing device with the component is practically hermetically sealed within the chamber.
In contrast to the example shown, the all-round steaming station can also have a retractable box open at one end instead of the fixed chamber 82, which can be inserted laterally between the side parts 49 and the building block and encompasses the cover plate 39 with a holding device 54. In the box you will only have to provide a slot for the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 55, which can be covered by means of flexible flaps.
The box, which is open on the side opposite the insertion side, can be closed by a closure part which can be pushed out from the free side.
After the closure and. Steaming station 70 or after the all-round steaming station 80 wan countries the bracing devices 37 in the braced state step by step to. to the unloading station 77.
The length of the ring road depends on the solidification time of the foamed plastic in the building block, as the cover plate may only be removed from the latter.
when the foam no longer crosses the openings in the cavities. The length of the ring line or the conveyor line of the system according to FIG. 2 can be shortened if the cooling of the building block is supported with the aid of cooling devices.
At the unloading station 77, the holding valve 58 can either be operated by hand so that the compressed air escapes from the lifting cylinder 55 and the piston is lifted by means of the return spring and you can then also manually remove the foam-filled module from the clamping device and for example park on a trolley 86, or the enrol loading station can be set up automatically.
The latter has an actuating stop 87 for the lever 59 of the holding valve 58 and is equipped with a preferably pneumatically actuated ejection device 88 which, after the cover plate 39 is raised, automatically ejects the building block 1 onto a tray 89, from which the block can be removed.
After the unloading station, the clamping device is free again for a new module.
In contrast to the examples shown, two or more modules can also be placed on a plate (FIG. 2) or a bracing device (FIGS. 3 and 4). It is also possible that the individual stations can serve two or more clamping devices or plates at the same time.
The systems according to FIGS. 2 to 4 are preferably designed automatically so that, in addition to loading by hand: all work processes are carried out automatically with the aid of limit switches and / or program controls. Finally, it is also possible to mechanize the dispatch and design it automatically.
