Exposed brick as well as process and formwork equipment for its manufacture The manufacture of exposed brickwork in washed concrete requires very special knowledge and also many years of experience and can only be carried out properly by trained specialists.
Especially in the construction of high walls in exposed aggregate concrete, the errors that increase with the height of the pouring, such as unevenly deep washing out of the cement surface, demixing of the structure when the pouring height is too high, and the removal of the board joints when the formwork is not tight, are almost inevitable.
The present invention relates to a facing brick and a method and a formwork device for its production, which is intended to make it possible to produce exposed masonry in Waschbe ton of any height and with flawless visible surface.
For this purpose, the exposed brick according to the invention is made of exposed concrete and provided on at least your visible side with exposed stone aggregates.
For the production of the exposed wall, a process is used, according to which a rigid plastic concrete mass provided with stony aggregates is formed in hollow forms into individual bricks, after which the bricks are removed before the visible surfaces harden and brushed off at least on one visible side until the aggregates are exposed.
A formwork device is used to carry out the method according to the invention, which glues several shell elements next to one another on a flat base, each with cores protruding in pairs, and at least two opposing,
the shell elements have tensioning rods with associated tensioning means that brace one another.
The drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention and a device used for its production, namely:
1 shows a diagrammatic representation of a exposed aggregate concrete wall, FIG. 2 shows a variant of the stone according to FIG. 1 with connecting folds on the abutting sides, FIG. 3 shows a floor plan of the formwork device used to manufacture the stones, FIG. 4 shows an elevation to Fig. 3,
5 shows a cross section along the line V-V in FIG. 3, and FIG. 6 shows a cross section along the line VI-VI in FIG.
The exposed aggregate concrete wall shown in Fig. 1 is a shell stone with an H-shaped floor plan, which in the size of for example 60/25/25 cm for garden, decorative and retaining walls and bases for houses, and in a larger format z . B. 100/50/50 cm can also be used for retaining walls in road construction.
The end-face recesses of the stone are slightly conical, so that the profile legs 1 increase towards the web 2 in their cross-section. The concrete mix of the formwork can be mixed with ordinary gravel, quartzite gravel, artificial stone sand, round gravel and gravel with a grain size of 1 to 50 mm, whereby special color effects can be achieved by adding colors or white cement. The surface processing in the Waschbe.tonverfahren can z.
B. for free-standing walls on both sides, including whole and half corner stones.
In order to avoid any segregation of the concrete mass, as is the case with large fill heights, the exposed brick is designed in a low form as a hollow block. The relatively thin-walled execution of the shell stone as a hollow stone prevents any change in the homogeneous structure of the mass during the time it sets.
A formwork device with which, for example, 7 to 10 bricks can be produced at the same time is used for the efficient production of the exposed exposed aggregate concrete brick.
This device is shown in FIGS. 3 to 6. It has at intervals which correspond to the width of the shaped blocks 1.2, on a flat, smooth base set up intermediate walls 3, which limit the longitudinal sides of the shaped blocks 1.2.
To delimit the end faces of the shaped bricks 1,2 are two end wall plates 4, which carry on their facing side against each other ausla Dende hollow metal sheets 5 as cores.
These core sheets have a U-shape and are connected with the ends 5 'of their legs to the end wall sheets 4 by welding.
The cores 5 are conically tapered towards their inner end facing the web 2, so that a conical tapering of the molded stone legs 1 towards their ends is also achieved.
The formwork elements 3, 4, 5 are laid next to one another in a number of for example 7 to 10 formwork forms and are supported by two tie rods 6 with associated tensioning means 7,
8 braced together. In order to enable the tensioning rods 6 to be supported on the formwork elements, the intermediate wall plates 3 form hook-shaped parts 3 'at their front ends protruding beyond the formwork, into which the tensioning rods 6 are inserted.
On the outside of the end wall sheets 4, retaining tabs 9 having a Z-profile are fastened by welding as engagement means for the tensioning rods 7, which hook-shaped engagement points for the tensioning rods 6 coincide with the hook-shaped tabs 3 '.
One end of the tie rods 6 wear stop plates 7, which rest against the outermost of the sheets 3 at one end of the formwork device. The others. Ends 6 'of the tie rods 6 are provided with an external thread and wear adjustable wing nuts B on this wing. By tightening the latter, the mutually adjacent formwork elements 3, 4, 5 are braced with each other.
When elements of the formwork device are clamped together, the concrete mass composed as required can be poured into the mold. If the exposed exposed surface of the exposed aggregate concrete is to be guaranteed, it is recommended to
the partition walls 3 immediately before putting the formwork device together in a solution which delays the setting process of the topmost cement skin, z.
B. dipping a sugar water solution so that after the concrete core has hardened, the outermost layer of the concrete is still soft, and consequently an effortless and even dry brushing of the visible surface is possible after the formwork has been removed.
Concreting takes place with rigid plastic concrete. This is vibrated in and switched off after one day of hardening. After stripping the formwork, the visible surface can be brushed dry.
In the device for producing the shaped stone shown in FIG. 2 with connecting folds 1 ', 1 "cast on the end faces of the profile legs 1, the core elements 4.5 are provided with corresponding insert wedges.
The web 2 of the switching block can be provided according to Fig. 1 on the underside with a half moon-shaped Ausspa tion, or as Fig. 2 shows, have a wedge-shaped profile.
