Nachstehend ist der Erfindungsgegenstand anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch einen Stollen mit einer bogenförmigen Tragkonstruktion; Fig.2 einen Querschnitt durch einen Stollen mit einer ringförmigen Tragkonstruktion; Fig. 3 a-k Anordnungen verschiedener nachgiebiger Elemente auf dem Aussenumfang eines Tragwerkes;
Compliant tunnel or gallery lining The present invention relates to a compliant tunnel or gallery lining.
It is common to secure the excavation profile with steel arches and steel frames when encountering poor rock or loose material in tunnel, shaft and tunnel construction.
To this end . steel structures are built into the excavation profile and the rock is supported on the same, either directly, or by means of steel spikes with a lining made of wood, stone or concrete. A structure that is as rigid as possible is sought, which is intended to absorb the entire mountain pressure.
More recent theoretical and scientific investigations in the field of rock statics around a cavity lead to the realization that this procedure is fundamentally inexpedient.
By not giving the rock any space to deform, the creation of the so-called protective vault, i.e. the plastic zone, which acts as an intermediate link between the lining and the rock, is prevented. untouched rock and which serves to increase the forces exerted by the structure until they can support the entire mass of rock.
For the expansion of pits in the mining industry, flexible arched supports have already been known. Such a route support has two steel profile arch segments that are hingedly connected to each other at their upper ends and engage with their lower ends in sheet metal boxes supported on the ground. A wedge is used between the lower ends of the segments and the sheet metal boxes, where the segments can sink into the sheet metal boxes up to a lock.
An extension with supports of this type is expensive and is only possible in mining, where the mountains are rotten and give a lot.
The present invention now aims to create an expansion for tunnels or tunnels, which is designed according to the latest studies and the deformations of the rock can be precisely adapted and is also suitable for installation in relatively solid rock, where small deformations occur.
The tunnel or gallery lining according to the invention is characterized in that one or more flexible elements are inserted between the supporting structure itself. The flexible elements are expediently installed where the greatest deformations are to be expected.
This means that the pressure loads that are effective on the structure are lower and a more economical, lighter construction can be selected.
With an appropriate design of the flexible elements, it is possible to better distribute the force acting on the structure and thus reduce the maximum stress on the support profiles.
The forces exerted by the expansion on the mountains can be better distributed so that a more even, more favorable balance of the mountains is achieved.
By measuring the deformation of the flexible elements, the magnitude of the mountain pressure can be determined or at least estimated with ease.
The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, for example. It shows: FIG. 1 a cross section through a cleat with an arched support structure; 2 shows a cross section through a tunnel with an annular support structure; 3 a-k arrangements of different flexible elements on the outer circumference of a supporting structure;
Fig. 4 a-h arrangements of various flexible elements at the foot ends of a structure, Fig. 5 a-g arrangements of various flexible elements in a structure itself, with only the area of the structure bordering the flexible element being shown in Figs. 3-5.
The illustrated arcuate support 1 of the tunnel expansion according to FIG. 1 has two segments 2 and 3, for example made of double-T steel profile, which are connected to one another via a flexible element 4. At its foot ends, the arched support 1 is based on a further, flexible element 5 on the Ge stone 6. Packing wood 7 and / or a lining 9 made of concrete is also located between the arched support 1 and the rock 6. In the upper area of the support 1 or the structure, steel spikes or planks 9 are set between the packing wood and the lining.
An elastic element 10 running along its entire curved area is placed on the outer circumference of the arc segment 3. On the outer circumference of the arch segment 2 two short flexible elements 11 are set up at two support points.
Fig. 2 shows an annular support 12 of a white direct tunnel expansion. The support 12 is composed of three Segmen th 13, 14 and 15, for example from a double-T steel profile, which are each connected to one another via a flexible intermediate element 16. Here, too, lies between the ring support 12 or the supporting structure and the rock 6, packing wood and a lining made of concrete and the like, with steel spikes or planks being inserted between the lining and the supporting structure.
A resilient element 17 extending along the same is placed on the outer circumference of the upper ring segment 15. On the outer circumference of the ring segment 13, short, flexible elements 18 are placed on the three support parts.
Of course, more or less or flexible elements could be seen in other places than is shown in the exemplary embodiments.
The flexible element 10 placed on the arch segment 3 and the two flexible elements 11 placed on the arch segment 2 according to the embodiment of FIG. 1, as well as the flexible element 17 placed on the ring segment 15 and the three flexible elements placed on the ring segment 13 Elements 18 can be designed as shown in FIGS. 3 ak, which show various variants in cross section. With 19 is in this Fig. The all common only partially shown arched or ringför shaped steel support called.
The flexible elements can be designed in various ways.
For example, plates or blocks made of plastic that are enclosed in metal sheets and, if necessary, glued into them, which have strengths and deformation properties corresponding to the intended purpose, can be used.
By choosing the right product and the shape of the plastic pressure body, any deformation characteristic can be achieved. FIGS. 3a-c show embodiments of this type. FIG. 3a shows a foam 20 placed on the outer circumference of the support, which may or may not be impregnated and which is protected by means of a sheet metal casing 21 and attached to the support.
FIGS. 3 b-e show molded pieces 22 made of plastic which are fastened to the outer circumference of the support 19 either with a sheet metal casing (FIG. 3 b-d) or without (FIG. 3e).
It is also possible to use a hose or bag made of rubber, metal or plastic film filled with liquid, which empties over time thanks to small openings and thus enables deformation. Instead of the liquid, a plastic, viscous mass or even a powdery body can be used (piston-cylinder, sand pot, etc.). The openings mentioned should u. U. only open when a certain pressure is reached.
In this solution, the deformation properties of the element are of course not only dependent on the force, but also on the time, which in certain cases may be of interest. These latter embodiments are indicated in FIG. 3f, where the filled hose or sack and the sheet metal casing are denoted by 21.
Instead of plastics, as shown in FIG. 3 g-k, the flexible elements can just as well be made of metal, such as B. steel, have existing flexible parts 24, which are designed in the form of corrugated sheets, rolled sections, pipes or hump plates, etc. and allow the desired deformation characteristics to errei chen through appropriate shaping and selection of the Stah les. These flexible elements made of metal can have a constant or variable thickness.
The combination in the same deformation element of different of the above-mentioned possibilities (plastic, molded sheet, soaked foam, liquid hose etc.) is conceivable and can bring advantages (force-dependent and time-dependent deformation, automatic or adjustable deformation).
It would also be conceivable that the steel profile of the support itself is made flexible at the desired points. In the case of a steel construction, the flexible elements can be attached to the steel supports by simple means such as steel wire, by folding the sheathing or profiled sheets, by welding or screw bolts.
Should a wooden construction be used, the flexible elements could be attached to the wooden supports using steel wire and nails.
When using steel spikes or planks 9 (FIG. 1), it may be necessary to have flexible elements which have sufficient lateral strength to be able to absorb the impacts when driving in the steel spikes. This can be achieved with the embodiment according to FIG. 3d.
The flexible elements built under the feet of the arched support 1 of FIG. 1 can be designed as shown in FIGS. 4 a-h, which show several variants in section. With 25 each of the partially shown lower region of the support 1 is designated. At the foot of the support, a metal plate 28 is attached to which the flexible element is attached in a manner similar to that already mentioned above.
The flexible element can also have a foam enclosed in a sheet metal jacket (Fig. 4a), a liquid bellows with outlet openings (Fig. 4b), a liquid, viscous mass or powder that is closed in a sheet metal jacket, wherein in the plate 26 outlet openings are easily seen (Fig. 4c), a deformable metal part such. B.
Tubes (Fig. 4d), profiled sheet metal (Fig. 4e and f), rolled profile (Fig.4g) or a molded piece made of plastic (Fig. 4h).
Similarly, as can be seen from FIGS. 5 a-f, the resilient elements 4 (FIG. 1) and 16 (FIG. 2) are formed and installed in the butt joints of the segments of the supports.
The opposite ends of the segments of the supports each have a plate 27, 28 (Fig. 5 ac and f) between which compressible mass made of foam or a molded piece of plastic is installed or one end has a steel sleeve 29 in which the Plat te 28 is slidably mounted (Fig. 5d, e and -g). Between the plate 28 and the sleeve 29, media that can be pushed outwards can also be pushed outwards through outlet openings that can be regulated if necessary (Fig. 5d and e)
or a corrugated steel sheet (Fig. 5g) can be provided.
Where necessary, the steel bushing is made correspondingly stiff and thick to absorb the transverse force (FIGS. 5e and g). However, this purpose can also be achieved by attaching guide rails 30 (FIGS. 5b, c and d). FIG. 5c represents a section along the line c-c in FIG. 5b.
In FIGS. 5b and c, the guide rails 30 are welded to one segment and displaceably guided on the other segment by means of screw bolts extending through longitudinal slots, and in FIGS. 5, d the guides 30 are firmly attached to a segment and act with the inner surface the steel sleeve 29 together.
