Garage The invention relates to a garage, which is characterized by a cage with a roof and at least one roadway, which cage can be lowered into a pit in the ground by means of a lifting device, in such a way that in the lowered position of the cage the roof is level of the ground, while in a raised position of the cage the roadway is aligned with the ground.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the garage according to the invention is shown, namely show: Fig. 1 a vertical. Section through the garage in the retracted state and Fig. 2 shows the same section, but with a raised position of the cage.
The garage shown has a cage, wel cher from a roof 1, 2 and a lane 3 be available, which are verbun with each other by four corner pillars 4 the. The roof 1, 2 consists of a metal plate 1 which supports a concrete slab 2. The concrete slab 2 could also be replaced by earth, which z. B. could be planted with lawn.
The cage 1-4 is mounted on a hydraulic Hubein direction with a vertical column 5, which supports the cage in the middle of the track 3. By means of this lifting device, the cage can be lowered from the raised position shown in FIG. 2, in which the roadway 3 is aligned with the ground 6, into a concrete pit 7 in the ground, in the lowered position as shown in FIG , the top of the roof 1, 2 is aligned with the surface of the ground 6.
In the sunk position of the cage, no parts of the garage protrude above the ground, so that the space above the garage remains free. This has the advantage, among other things, that the garage can be built practically as close as you want to a building or the border to a neighboring property, because no construction or border distances need to be observed. Another advantage of the garage is that the temperature in the ground is usually a few degrees higher in winter than above the ground, so that a vehicle that is parked in the cage 1-4 sunk in the pit 7 without heating the pit can be maintained at a temperature above freezing.
Despite this recessed arrangement of the garage, no ramp is required for entry and exit because the cage can be raised so that a vehicle can be driven onto the roadway 3 or vice versa from level ground.
Preferably, the cage 1-4 on the column 5 is rotatable about the axis of the same so that it is in a raised position, for. B. by hand, rotated 180 who can. This has the further advantage that you can drive forward into the garage from a certain direction and after turning the cage by 180 in the same direction you can drive out of the garage forwards again. This eliminates the need for a sweeping area, which is otherwise required, for example, when a garage entrance leads directly into a main road.
Of course, various changes to the construction of the garage described are easily possible. In particular, the type of lifting device is completely arbitrary. Instead of the hydraulic device, a rack and pinion mechanism could be provided, for example. Instead of the central Hubeinrich device, which is in the pit under the sunken cage, you could also use facilities that are arranged on the sides of the cage and fen angrei, z. B. cables or racks on the sides of the cage or hydraulic lifting columns, which are arranged next to the cage and attack the roof. The lifting device or the hydraulic pump thereof is preferably driven by means of an electric motor.
Furthermore, the cage could, if desired, also have a multi-level construction, i.e. H. several lanes have one above the other.
Furthermore, the pit could, if desired, also be walkable and accessible through a passage opening at the side. In this case, the driver could, if desired, leave the vehicle only after the cage has been lowered. The laterally opening passage can, for example, be a staircase leading upwards; but it could also lead through a door into the cellar of a neighboring building.
If it is desirable to be able to carry out maintenance work or repairs on the vehicle when the pit is accessible, the roadway 2 can advantageously consist of two separate, parallel rails running at a distance from one another, so that the underside of the vehicle can be seen from the pit when it is raised Cage is accessible. . cher cage can be lowered into a pit in the ground by means of a lifting device, such that in the lowered position of the cage the roof is level with the ground, while in a raised position of the cage the roadway is directed towards the ground.
