dans au moins une position rela tive de l'élément déformable par rapport au récepteur, ce dernier puisse être suspendu à la tête de l'usager et utilisé sans le concours de ses mains, tandis que dans au moins une autre position, l'élément déformable puisse être escamoté pour poser le récepteur sur l'appareil de téléphone.
La présente invention a pour but de simplifier la construction de ce dispositif et d'améliorer le port des- dits dispositifs par l'usager.
La présente invention a, en conséquence, pour objet un dispositif de fixation amovible pour récepteur de téléphone selon la revendication du brevet principal, caractérisé par le fait que ledit collier vient enserrer verticalement le bras du récepteur dans la zone de celui- ci qui entoure l'écouteur proprement dit.
L'invention sera mieux comprise en se référant au dessin annexé dans lequel la fig. 1 représente une variante de la fixation du récepteur au collier.
La fig. 2 est une perspective d'une variante de l'or gane fixé au collier et sur lequel, est monté, pivotant, l'élément déformable ; adapté au dispositif décrit au brevet principal.
La fig. 3 représente, en perspective cavalière ce même organe adapté au mode de fixation du récepteur décrit à la fig. 1. En se référant tout d'abord à la fig. 1, une variante de la fixation du récepteur (1) au collier (2) permet d'en serrer verticalement le bras du récepteur par ledit collier dans la zone (2') qui entoure l'écouteur. A cet effet, l'extrémité du collier solidaire de la pièce (3), est dis posée maintenant à la partie inférieure de celle-ci.
Cette nouvelle disposition présente l'avantage de limiter la longueur de l'élément déformable et de lui permettre de venir; sur presque toute sa longueur, au contact avec la tête de l'usager.
En se référant maintenant à la fig. 2, la variante d'exécution de l'organe fixé au collier décrit au brevet principal est remarquable par sa simplicité. L'élément déformable qui entoure la tête de l'utilisateur est en effet ici fixé directement à la tige (51) laquelle présente deux tétons (510 et 511) qui viennent se loger dans la rainure (131) ménagée dans la partie supérieure du socle (31). L'extrémité inférieure de cette tige est entourée d'un ressort de rappel (20) qui prend appui d'une part sur une rondelle de butée (21), fixée à l'extrémité inférieure de ladite tige et, d'autre part, contre la partie inférieure dudit socle (31).
Par compression dudit ressort on peut alternative ment basculer de<B>180</B> degrés l'ensemble socle-collier- récepteur, autour de la tige reliée à l'élément défor- mable.
Ces deux positions sont déterminées par les deux positionnements possibles des tétons 510 et 511, dans la rainure (131).
Alors que le dispositif décrit à la fig. 2 s'applique au mode de fixation du récepteur sur le collier, prévu au brevet principal, la fig. 3 décrit un dispositif analogue destiné à la fixation du récepteur au collier décrite à la fig. 1.
A cet effet, le collier (2), maintenant vertical est fixé à l'extrémité inférieure du socle (131) dont la dimension verticale a été augmentée pour permettre à la rondelle de butée (21) d'évoluer verticalement, en comprimant le ressort (20) sans être gênée par le collier proprement dit. A cet effet ledit socle (131) présente, à sa partie inférieure, une seconde cheminée cylindrique (50), de diamètre légèrement supérieur à celui de la rondelle de butée, permettant à celle-ci une course suffisante, par compressions du ressort (20) sans être gênée par le collier (2).
Cette dernière disposition permet, au même titre que celle décrite à la fig. 1 d'éviter une course trop longue de l'élément déformable qui entoure la tête de l'usager et permet à cet élément d'être en contact, sur pratique ment toute sa longueur, avec la tête de celui-ci, ce qui améliore le maintien de l'ensemble.

The invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawing in which FIG. 1 shows a variant of the attachment of the receiver to the collar.
Fig. 2 is a perspective of a variant of the or gane fixed to the collar and on which the deformable element is mounted, pivoting; adapted to the device described in the main patent.
Fig. 3 shows, in isometric perspective, this same member adapted to the mode of attachment of the receiver described in FIG. 1. Referring first to FIG. 1, a variant of the attachment of the receiver (1) to the collar (2) enables the receiver's arm to be clamped vertically by said collar in the zone (2 ') which surrounds the earpiece. For this purpose, the end of the collar integral with the part (3) is now placed at the lower part of the latter.
This new arrangement has the advantage of limiting the length of the deformable element and of allowing it to come; over almost its entire length, in contact with the user's head.
Referring now to fig. 2, the variant embodiment of the member fixed to the collar described in the main patent is remarkable for its simplicity. The deformable element which surrounds the user's head is in fact fixed here directly to the rod (51) which has two studs (510 and 511) which are housed in the groove (131) made in the upper part of the base. (31). The lower end of this rod is surrounded by a return spring (20) which is supported on the one hand on a thrust washer (21), fixed to the lower end of said rod and, on the other hand, against the lower part of said base (31).
By compression of said spring, the base-collar-receiver assembly can alternatively be tilted by <B> 180 </B> degrees, around the rod connected to the deformable element.
These two positions are determined by the two possible positions of the pins 510 and 511, in the groove (131).
While the device described in FIG. 2 applies to the method of fixing the receiver on the collar, provided for in the main patent, FIG. 3 describes a similar device intended for fixing the receiver to the collar described in FIG. 1.
For this purpose, the collar (2), now vertical, is fixed to the lower end of the base (131), the vertical dimension of which has been increased to allow the thrust washer (21) to move vertically, compressing the spring (20) without being hampered by the collar itself. For this purpose, said base (131) has, at its lower part, a second cylindrical chimney (50), of diameter slightly greater than that of the thrust washer, allowing the latter a sufficient stroke, by compressions of the spring (20 ) without being hampered by the collar (2).
The latter arrangement allows, like that described in FIG. 1 to avoid an excessively long stroke of the deformable element which surrounds the user's head and allows this element to be in contact, over practically its entire length, with the head thereof, which improves maintaining the whole.
