Fig. 8 zeigt eine Ausführungsvariante für den Rahmen 3.
Element door The subject of the present invention is an element door with a door frame for optionally attaching a folded door leaf with a left, right, outward or inward direction of opening.
With the known frames, the problem arises that when ordering the frame, it must be specified whether the door leaf to be hinged must have a left, right, inside or outside opening direction so that the frame supplier can provide the frames with the desired opening direction can be sent to the construction site. Sending unsuitable frames cannot be avoided. Another disadvantage of the known frames is that the frame supplier is required to keep appropriately designed frames in stock for every possible opening direction of the door leaf, or to produce them depending on the order.
To overcome these disadvantages, frames for doors and windows have become known with two vertical profiles, an upper horizontal profile and a lower threshold or window sill inserted into the vertical profiles, the two vertical profiles with temporarily closed openings for door or window sash fittings, bolt slots and thresholds or window sill are provided, the openings are intended to be partially finally opened on the construction site, so that the door or window sash can optionally be hinged on the left or right.
The vertical profiles of the frame have incompletely punched openings, which are intended to be completely and finally punched out on the construction site on a vertical profile and completely covered with a covering agent on the other. The vertical profiles of the frame also have openings that are provisionally closed with bolts, which are intended to be finally opened on the construction site on one vertical profile and finally to be covered with a covering means on the other vertical profile.
At the foot end, the frames have additional openings for inserting a sleeper iron, which increases the stability of the frame when it is transported and can optionally be removed on the construction site when not in use.
These known devices have the part after that when installing the frame, d. H. When manufacturing the shell, a decision has to be made as to whether the opening direction of the door leaf is directed outwards or inwards. Another disadvantage is that after defining the opening direction of the door leaf, the provisionally closed and not finally open openings in the vertical profiles must be covered, which requires additional painting work.
Another disadvantage is that the incomplete punching out of the openings requires precision punching, since even with little play in the eccentric drive of the punch, the openings are unintentionally punched out completely or then so weakly that a final opening is only possible with one on the construction site large additional work can be achieved. Should z. B. after the installation of the frame, the direction of opening of the door leaf from the inside to the outside, the frame must be pointed out of the masonry, offset by 180 in the horizontal plane and bricked in again who the.
This deficiency is particularly important in the construction of prefabricated elements, since the incorrect installation of a component with a door frame, offset by 180, causes this additional workload.
The insertion of the sleeper iron into openings arranged at the foot of the vertical profiles causes limited vertical displaceability of the sleeper iron and consequently only a limited possibility of aligning the floor to the horizontal.
To eliminate these disadvantages, the present invention has the task of creating a device that makes it possible to make the decision about whether the door leaf with a left, right, outside after installing the frame without additional work on this or inward direction of opening is to be posted.
According to the invention, the object is achieved by a holding member firmly connected to the door frame, in or on which a frame intended for striking the door leaf is held interchangeable with reference to a plane of symmetry and can be set in a mirror-inverted manner by 180, so that the stop surfaces of the frame for the door leaf, regardless of the opening direction of the latter, always have a constant distance to the plane of symmetry.
One advantage of the invention is that it is still possible to change the opening direction for the door leaf even after moving into an apartment. Another advantage is that the clear door opening can be increased when transporting bulky furniture by removing the replaceable frame. Another advantage is that storage is further simplified compared to the known Vorrichtun conditions. The frames can therefore be prefabricated and built in series, regardless of the door hinge on the left, right, inside or outside.
According to a preferred embodiment, the door frame can be assigned a threshold iron whose vertical plane of symmetry coincides with the aforementioned plane of symmetry. Furthermore, the sleeper iron can be height-adjustable in the vertical direction of the plane of symmetry, the sleeper iron having a guide part that can be fastened to the ground and a cross-sectionally U-shaped, vertically displaceable threshold attachment mounted on the guide part.
This preferred embodiment has the advantage that the meter mark only needs to be attached in the stairwell, from where all frames are aligned with respect to their lintel. Furthermore, all floors can be aligned precisely to the horizontal by adjusting the sleeper rail.
It is preferably provided that the holding member is designed as a rectangular recess arranged approximately in the middle of the frame, in which the three-part, dismountable frame is exchangeably insertable and held rigidly therein. This form of training of the holding organ has i.a. the advantage that without the help of craftsmen the door and the frame can be removed at any time and z. B. replaced by a curtain with a recessed curtain rail who can.
According to a preferred embodiment, the frame can be dismantled into a horizontal lintel and two vertical side parts. In a further preferred embodiment it is provided that the frame is made of metal and the frame is made of wood covered with plastic.
Furthermore, the frame and / or the frame can consist of plastic.
This makes it possible, if the frame with the door leaf no longer fits because of its opening sense or because of damage, to drive it in an exchange process, as is common in the automotive spare parts industry, to replace it with suitable frame parts and doors, with the withdrawn parts from the manufacturer , like new parts, covered with plastic and returned to the delivery warehouse as new goods. In a further embodiment, the frame can be a reinforced rubber profile. Due to the elastic behavior of the rebate, as well as the other edges, the risk of accidents is reduced, especially in children's rooms.
Executing the frame as a plastic profile and covering the frame and the door leaf with plastic has the advantage that any painting work is omitted.
The invention is explained by way of example with the aid of the accompanying schematic drawing.
1 shows a schematic sketch to illustrate the four stop possibilities of a door leaf, FIGS. 2a and 2b show a first exemplary embodiment of a device according to the invention in vertical section, with the door leaf inserted offset by 180 and a first embodiment of the holding member.
3a shows a section along the line 1-1 according to FIG. 2a, FIG. 3b shows a section along the line II-II according to FIG. 2b, FIG. 4 shows a variant of the frame profile with the first Form of embodiment of the holding member, Figure 5 shows a second embodiment of the frame mens and the door leaf in a threshold-free door, with the first embodiment of the holding member,
6 shows a section along the line III-III according to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 shows a particular embodiment of the frame with a second embodiment of the holding member, and FIG. 8 shows a further embodiment of the frame with the first embodiment of the holding member.
Fig. 1 shows a wall 1 to which a frame 2 is firmly connected. In the frame 2 a certain frame 3 is held interchangeably for the strike conditions of the door leaf. In the frame 3, a door leaf 4 on the left A or on the right B can be hinged in such a way that an inwardly directed opening direction results. If the frame 3 in the frame 2 is held offset by 180 in the horizontal plane, the door leaf 4 can be hinged on the left A 'or on the right B' with an outwardly directed opening direction. The frame 3 can advantageously be dismantled into two vertical frame parts and a horizontal frame lintel.
Since when the frame is offset by 180, the opening direction A corresponds to that of A 'and that of B corresponds to that of B', the vertical frame parts and the door leaf are prefabricated according to the selected opening direction for right or left hinge and delivered to the construction site and there in the frame 2 is used. The frame lintels are always the same regardless of the direction of opening.
2a, 2b and 3a, 3b show an enlarged view of an embodiment of the scheme according to FIG. 1. A frame 2 is rigidly connected to the masonry 1, the profile selected for the frame for the installation of the frame in normal construction is provided. The frame has -a approximately in the middle arranged rectangular recess 5, which serves as a holding member (first embodiment) for the frame 3, which is formed from a frame lintel 6 and the Be tentteile 7 and 8. At the foot end of the frame 2, a threshold iron 10 aligned with the rectangular recess 5 is anchored in the bottom 9.
The sleeper iron 10 is adjustable in height in the vertical direction of the plane of symmetry and has a guide part 11 which can be rigidly attached to the floor 9 and to which an anchoring flange 12 is rigidly connected. On the guide part 11, a threshold attachment 13 is mounted vertically displaceably, which has an adjusting screw 14 (Fig. 3a, 3b) in the region of its ends, by means of which it is moved relative to the guide part 11, or set to the height corresponding to the bottom 9 can be.
The free ends of the legs of the thresholds set 13 are bent outward, whereby the threshold attachment can easily be pushed over the guide part 11 ge. The joints 15 formed by the cranked ends 16 and the anchoring flange 12 are spread with mortar, whereby the threshold attachment 13 is given a stable mounting. On the left side part 7 a ge folded door leaf is posted by means of the bands 17. Depending on the weight of the door leaf this is connected by two or three bands 17 to the side part of the frame 7 pivotably ver. The door leaf 4 has a fold 18 at its upper end and at the side and a fold 19 at the foot end.
The frame 3, 6, 7, 8 has stop surfaces 20 and 21 for the door leaf 4, against which the door leaf rests when the door is closed. The stop surfaces 20 and 21 are arranged at a distance K 'and K from the plane of symmetry S, with which the vertical plane of symmetry of the threshold iron 10 coincides. On the side of the door leaf 4 opposite the hinges 17, a lock case 22 is provided, which lies opposite the bolt opening 23 in the frame side part 8.
If, as shown in Fig. 2a and 2b, the left-hinged door leaf 4 is to be struck with an inward opening direction offset by 180, so that it corresponds to an outward-opening, right-hinged door, the door leaf is from the frame part 7 suspended and the decomposable frame 3, 6, 7, 8 taken out of the holding member 5 and offset by 180 in turn into the Hal teorgan 5 inserted. The frame side part 8 occurs instead of the frame side part 7 or vice versa. With reference to the plane of symmetry S and the plane of symmetry of the sleeper iron 10, the stop surfaces 20 and 21 are oriented in such a way that, after the frame 3 has been fastened 180 ° in the holding element 5, they again have the distances K and
K 'come to lie from the plane of symmetry S and a mirror image of this.
Fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional variant of the frame 2, which is preferably used in the prefabrication of concrete panels. The design of the holding organ 5 and its orientation with respect to the plane of symmetry S are the same as in the embodiment described in FIGS. 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b. The reference numbers denote the same or equivalent parts as in the first embodiment.
5 and 6 show a second embodiment example for the formation of the frame 3 and the door leaf 4 assigned to it. With the masonry, a frame 2 with a holding member 5 is firmly connected to the. A three-part frame 3 with a frame lintel 6 and the frame side parts 7 and 8 is fixedly arranged in the holding member. With the bands 17, a door leaf 4 is posted on the left of the frame 3, which has a fold 18 at its upper end and along the sides with which the stop surfaces 21 of the frame 3 rests against the stop surfaces 21 of the frame 3 when the door is closed. The stop surface 21 of the frame 3 is arranged at a distance K 'from the plane of symmetry S.
If the left-hinged, an inward opening direction having door leaf 4 with an outward opening direction, right to be struck, the door leaf, analogous to the first embodiment, removed from the frame, the collapsible frame 3 taken out of the holding member 5 and Attached again offset by 180 in the holding member, in such a way that the side frame part 7 takes the place of the side frame part 8 or vice versa. The door leaf can then be hung up again.
From the examples of execution described above, it follows that of the door leaves 4 and the frame side parts 7 and 8, only one basic type for right or left hitting the door leaf must be fabricated before, since a z. B. right hinged, inward opening door leaf outward öff nend, can be hinged on the right. If the door leaf hinges on the left, then appropriately designed frame side panels 7 and 8 with the associated door leaf must be ordered and installed.
FIG. 7 shows a section in which a frame 2 is firmly connected to the masonry 1. The frame 2 has a rectangular projection 5 which serves as a Hal teorgan (second embodiment). The left frame side part 7 of the frame 3 is formed as a profile and slipped onto the rib-shaped protruding retaining member 5. The door leaf 4 is attached to the frame side part 7 by means of the straps 17, the straps 17 reaching through the latter into the holding member 5 and being firmly connected to it. 8 shows a variant embodiment for the frame 3.
In the masonry 1 rigidly BEFE continuous door frame 2 with the first embodiment of the holding member 5, a frame part 7 of the frame 3 is used, on which a door leaf 4 by means of the bands 17 is posted. The frame side part 7 be seated a wooden core 25 which is covered with a plastic layer 24. The profile 7 (according to FIG. 7) or the plastic layer 24 (according to FIG. 8) can in a preferred embodiment consist of such an elastic material that injuries in children when they fall against the frame are avoided. Furthermore, in such a case, the elastic behavior of the fold 26 partially prevents major injuries if the fingers are trapped between the door leaf and the frame.
