Heald frame The invention relates to a heald frame in which, for corner connection of the support rods with the side supports, clamping bodies are inserted into cavities in the support rods and are pressed against inner wall parts of the support rod cavities by tensioning means connected to the side supports.
Hedgehog frames of this type are already known in various embodiments and have proven themselves quite well in practice.
In these heald frame frames known up to now, the tensioning means comprised screw bolts and a tensioning element which could be tightened with the screw bolts and thereby pressed the clamping bodies. Therefore, in order to solve the corner connections between the supporting rods and the side supports, one or more screws per corner connection had to be loosened. With a larger number of heald frames to be prepared for operation, loosening and tightening these screws was associated with a considerable amount of time.
The invention was based on the object of reducing this expenditure of time as much as possible while at the same time maintaining the advantages of the heald frame mentioned.
According to the invention, this is achieved in a heald frame of the type mentioned above in that the tensioning means can be actuated by lever action.
In the heald frame each provided with a tightenable tensioning element which thereby effects the pressure, an eccentric which is connected to the tensioning element and is supported on the side supports and rotatable by leverage can advantageously be provided for tightening the tensioning element.
The tensioning element can expediently be connected to the axis of rotation of the eccentric and the eccentric can be designed and arranged so that the distance between its axis of rotation and the support surface in its end position associated with the tightened state of the tensioning element is less than the maximum distance between The axis of rotation and support surface is.
As a result, it can be achieved that the counterforce counteracting the clamping force causes the eccentric to be locked against automatic resetting or resetting caused by vibrations during operation. For this purpose, it is also advantageous to design and arrange the eccentric so that the counterforce counteracting the clamping force exerts a torque on the eccentric in its tightening direction of rotation in the end position of the eccentric associated with the tightened state of the clamping member.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the present heald frame, resilient parts which can be pressed against the inner wall parts of the support rod by the tensioning means under spring tension can be provided as clamping bodies.
The resilient parts can advantageously each include a leaf spring for each corner connection, which is BEFE Stigt with a first part of its total length on the side support, with one or two second parts on the inner wall parts of the support rod cavities can be pressed and with one or two third parts Guideways for a wedge-shaped tendon causing the pressure by attraction in the direction of the side support. The parts of the leaf spring forming the guideways can further expediently be supported with a subsequent fourth part of the total length of the leaf spring on the second part or parts of the total length of the leaf springs.
Furthermore, locking pins can advantageously be provided on the inner strips of the support rod cavities to further secure against loosening of the connection during operation and the second parts of the leaf spring can be provided with transverse channel-like parts so that they support when the support rods and the sides are joined together in the through the Latch latches formed by locking pins.
The clamping body can in the present web shaft frame but also consist in a known manner of an elastic material that is squeezed wide by tightening the clamping means and thereby pressed against the inner wall parts of the support rod cavities.
Using the following figures, the invention is explained in more detail below using two exemplary embodiments. 1 shows a corner connection of a heald frame according to the invention; 2 shows a further embodiment of a corner connection of a heald frame according to the invention; 3 shows a cross section through the support rod of the corner connections in FIGS. 1 and 2; Fig. 4 is a detailed representation of the eccentric 7 in its end position associated with its in the tightened state of the clamping member 5.
In the game Ausführungsbei shown in Figure 1, the leaf spring 2 is attached to the side support 1 with a first part 2a of its total length. The fasteners are not shown to simplify the presen- tation. For fastening screws can be used in the usual way or it can support the leaf spring with its part 2a with the sides 1 z. B. connected by spot welding who the. With the two second parts 2b of their total length, the leaf spring rests against the inner wall parts 3 of the support rod cavity 4.
The third parts 2c of the total length of the leaf spring, which form guide tracks for the symmetrically wedge-shaped clamping member 5, are connected to the parts 2b. The parts 2c are supported on the parts 2b with the subsequent fourth parts 2d of the total length of the leaf spring, which spring out in the direction of the side support 1 when the tensioning member 5 is tightened.
The parts 2b of the leaf spring 2 are pressed against the inner wall parts 3 of the support rod cavity 4 under spring tension by the tensioning member 5 shown in the drawing in the attracted state. At the support points of the parts 2d, there is an increased pressing pressure. The tensioning member 5 is a symmetrically wedge-shaped sheet metal, the thickness of which is somewhat less than the width (see FIG. 3) of the support rod cavity 4.
The tensioning member 5 is provided with the tension rod 5a, which protrudes through recesses in the first part 2a of the leaf spring and in the side support 1 beyond the outer wall 1a of the side support 1. The tension rod 5a is fastened to the axis of rotation 6 of the eccentric 7 supported on the outer wall 1a of the side support. The eccentric 7 is provided with a lever stump 8 on which a tool, not shown, with a hollow cylindrical tip for the purpose of Dre hung of the eccentric 7 and thus the tightening or loosening of the clamping member 5 can be placed.
To release the tension member 5 shown in the drawing in the tightened state, the Exzen ter 7 is rotated by means of the mentioned tool in the gestri chelt position shown. As a result, the clamping member 5 can move in the direction of arrow 9. With this movement, the pressure of the tension member 5 on the guide tracks 2c and thus the contact pressure of the parts 2b of the leaf spring 2 on the inner wall parts 3 of the support rod cavity 4 is canceled. The leaf spring can now be easily pulled out of the support rod cavity and thus the side support 1 can be detached from the support rod.
So that the eccentric is locked in its end position associated with the tightened state of the clamping member 5, the eccentric 7, as shown in detail in Fig. 4, is designed and arranged so that the Ab stood b its axis of rotation from the support surface 1a in its tightened State of the tendon 5 associated end position is less than the maximum distance c passed through during the tightening between the axis of rotation and the support surface.
As a result, the clamping force must first be increased again against the counterforce caused by the Blattfe of 2 in order to rotate the eccentric in its released state of the tensioning member 5 (shown in dashed lines in the drawing) end position, so that the maximum distance c during the reverse rotation between the axis of rotation and the support surface who can run through. Since such an increase in the clamping force due to vibrations and other external influences is not possible when the advertising frame is in operation, the eccentric 7 is locked in its end position associated with the tightened state of the clamping member 5.
At the same time, the eccentric, as shown in detail in FIG. 4, can be designed and arranged so that the counterforce PC counteracting the clamping force PS, in the end position of the eccentric associated with the tightened state of the clamping member, generates a torque on the eccentric in its tightening direction of rotation exercises. This increases the security of the lock.
In Figure 2, a further embodiment of a corner connection of a heald frame according to the invention is shown, in which the leaf spring 10 is pressed against the inner wall 3 of the support rod cavity 4 on only one side and in which an asymmetrically wedge-shaped clamping member 11 is provided one side on the inner wall 3 of the support rod cavity opposite the second part 10b of the leaf spring 10 and the other side of the guide track 10c formed by the leaf spring.
The mode of operation of the connecting mechanism of the corner connection in FIG. 2 is the same as that of the corner connection shown in FIG. The advantage of an embodiment according to FIG. 2 is that the tie rod 11a of the tensioning element 11 is passed through the side support 1 on the upper inner wall part 3a of the support rod cavity 4, and that as a result, the sliding wood 9 is moved around compared to an embodiment according to FIG a piece (depending on the size of the support rod cavity 2-5 cm) longer who can.
In some cases there is a special interest in this for operational reasons.
In Fig. 2, an additional possibility of securing the corner connection against a unge wanted solution is shown, namely a locking pin 12 and at the corresponding point in the leaf spring 10 a transverse groove-like dent 10e is provided on the inner wall 3 of the support rod cavity, so that the leaf spring 10 latches into the pawl formed by the locking pin 12 when the support rod and the side supports are joined and can no longer disengage after the tensioning member 11 has been tightened. Corresponding locking pins can of course also be provided in the embodiment shown in FIG.
