Heald frame The invention relates to a heald frame in which for corner connection of the support rods with the side supports clamping bodies are inserted into cavities of the support rods and are pressed against inner wall parts of the support rod cavities by tensioning means connected to the side supports.
Hedgehog frames of this type are already known in various embodiments and have proven themselves quite well in practice.
In these known heald frames, the clamping bodies were either made of an elastic material that was squeezed wide by tightening the tensioning means and thus pressed against the inner wall parts of the support rod cavities, or two metallic wedges rising in the direction of the side support were provided as clamping bodies for each corner connection ,
which could be pressed against the inner wall of the support rod cavity by means of a yoke with wedge-shaped sliding surfaces arranged between them and a clamping screw rotatably supported with its head on the outside of the side support.
The invention was based on the object of mechanically simplifying the clamping body and the tensioning means for pressing the same against the inner wall of the support rod cavity and at the same time a particularly easy and correspondingly quick insertion of the same into the support rod cavities while maintaining the advantages of the known heald frame frames to enable.
According to the invention, the frame of a heald frame of the type mentioned above is achieved in that resilient parts are provided as clamping bodies which can be pressed onto the inner wall parts of the support rod cavities by the tensioning means un ter spring tension.
Advantageously, the resilient parts each comprise a leaf spring for each corner connection, which is attached to the side support with a first part of its total length and can be pressed with one or two second parts against the inner wall parts of the support rod cavity, and with one or two third parts guide tracks for a wedge-shaped by attraction in the direction of the side support, the pressure wir kendes tendon forms.
The leaf springs can either be provided with only one second part, which can be pressed against the inner wall parts of the support rod cavities, and only one guide track for the tendon forming the third part, with an asymmetrical wedge-shaped tendon being provided, one side of which is on the inner wall of the support rod cavity opposite the second part of the leaf spring and its other side rests against the guide track formed by the leaf spring, and the part of the leaf spring forming the guide track is expediently supported by a subsequent fourth part of the total length of the leaf spring on the second part thereof,
or leaf springs can be provided with two opposing inner wall parts of the supporting rod hollow spaces that can be pressed against each other and two third parts each forming a guide track for the tensioning element, a symmetrically wedge-shaped tensioning element being provided, both sides of which are connected to one of the Both guide tracks formed by the leaf spring are in contact, and the parts of the leaf spring forming the guide track are expediently supported on the second parts thereof, each with a subsequent fourth part of the total length of the leaf spring.
Furthermore, locking pins can be provided to secure against an automatic solution of the corner connection during operation on the inner walls of the support rod cavities and the second parts of the leaf springs can be provided with transverse groove-like dents so that they support when the support rods and the sides are joined together in the ones formed by the locking pins Engage the pawls.
In order to achieve quick release of the corner connections, it is particularly advantageous if the clamping means can be actuated by lever action. For this purpose, in the case of frames with a tensioning member that can be tightened and thereby causing the pressure to be tightened, an eccentric which is connected to this and is supported on the side supports and rotatable by lever action can be provided.
The clamping element can advantageously be connected to the axis of rotation of the eccentric and the eccentric can be designed and arranged in such a way that the distance between its axis of rotation and the support surface in its end position, which is in the tightened state of the clamping element, is less than the maximum distance between the axis of rotation that is passed through during tightening and support surface is. This enables the clamping devices to lock themselves.
The same goal can also be achieved in that the eccentric is designed and arranged so that the counterforce counteracting the clamping force in the end position of the eccentric assigned to the tightened state of the clamping member exerts a torque on the eccentric in its tightening direction of rotation.
Instead of such clamping means that can be actuated by lever action, one or more screws can also be provided for tightening the clamping elements.
Using the following figures, the invention is explained in more detail below using two exemplary embodiments. 1 shows a corner connection of a heald frame according to the invention; 2 shows a further embodiment of a corner connection of a heald frame according to the invention; 3 shows a cross section through the support rod of the corner connections in FIGS. 1 and 2; Fig. 4 is a detailed representation of the eccentric 7 in its end position associated with its in the tightened state of the clamping member 5.
In the game Ausführungsbei shown in Fig. 1, the leaf spring 2 is attached to the side support 1 with a first part 2a of its total length. The fasteners are not shown to simplify the presen- tation. For fastening screws can be used in the usual way or it can support the leaf spring with its part 2a with the sides 1, z. B. by spot welding. With the two second parts 2b of their total length, the leaf spring rests against the inner wall parts 3 of the support rod cavity 4. The parts 2b are followed by the third parts 2c of the total length of the leaf spring, which form guide tracks for the symmetrically wedge-shaped clamping member 5.
The parts 2c are supported with the subsequent, when tightening the tension member 5 in the direction of the side support 1 ausfe-reducing fourth parts 2d of the total length of the leaf spring on the parts 2b. By the tensioning member 5 provided in the drawing in the tightened state, the parts 2b of the leaf spring 2 are pressed against the inner wall parts 3 of the support rod cavity 4 under spring tension. At the support points of the parts 2d there is an increased pressing pressure. The tensioning member 5 is a symmetrically wedge-shaped sheet, the thickness of which is slightly less than the width (see FIG. 3) of the support rod cavity 4.
The clamping member 5 is provided with the tension rod 5a, which protrudes through recesses in the first part 2a of the Blattfe and in the side support 1 beyond the outer wall 1a of the side support 1. The tension rod 5a is attached to the axis of rotation 6 of the eccentric 7 supported on the outer wall 1a of the support. The Ex center 7 is provided with a lever stump 8 on which a tool, not shown, with a hohlzy cylindrical tip for the purpose of rotating the Ex center 7 and thus tightening or loosening the clamping member 5 can be placed.
To release the tension member 5 shown in the drawing in the tightened state, the Exzen ter 7 is rotated by means of the mentioned tool in the gestri chelt drawn position. As a result, the clamping member 5 can move in the direction of arrow 9. With this movement, the pressure of the tension member 5 on the guide tracks 2c and thus on the pressing parts 3 of the support rod cavity 4 is released. Now the leaf spring can easily be pulled out of the support rod cavity and thus the side support 1 detach from the support rod.
So that the eccentric is locked in its end position associated with the tightened state of the clamping member 5, the eccentric 7, as shown in detail in Fig. 4, is designed and arranged so that the Ab stood b its axis of rotation from the support surface la in its tightened State of the tendon 5 associated end position is smaller than the maximum distance c passed during the tightening between the axis of rotation and the support surface.
As a result, the clamping force must first be increased again against the counterforce caused by the Blattfe of 2 in order to rotate the eccentric in its released state of the tensioning member 5 (shown in dashed lines in the drawing) end position, so that the maximum distance c during the reverse rotation between the axis of rotation and the support surface who can run through. Since such an increase in the tension force due to vibrations and other external influences is not possible during operation of the heald frame, the eccentric 7 is locked in its end position associated with the tightened state of the tensioning member 5.
At the same time, the eccentric, as also shown in detail in FIG. 4, can be designed and arranged so that the counterforce PG counteracting the clamping force Ps in the end position of the eccentric associated with the tightened state of the clamping member on the eccentric generates a torque in its tightening direction of rotation exercises. This increases the security of the lock.
2 shows a further embodiment of a corner connection of a heald frame according to the invention, in which the leaf spring 10 is pressed against the inner wall 3 of the support rod hollow space 4 on only one side and in which an asymmetrically wedge-shaped clamping element 11 is provided, one side of which rest against the inner wall 3 of the support rod cavity opposite the second part 10b of the leaf spring 10 and the other side of the guide track 10c formed by the leaf spring.
The mode of operation of the connecting mechanism of the corner connection in FIG. 2 is the same as that of the corner connection shown in FIG. The advantage of a design according to FIG. 2 is that the tie rod 11a of the tensioning member 11 is passed through the side support 1 on the upper inner wall part 3a of the support rod cavity 4,
and that as a result, compared to an embodiment according to FIG. 1, the sliding block 9 is made longer by a piece (depending on the size of the support rod cavity 2-5 cm). In some cases there is a special interest in this for operational reasons.
2 shows an additional possibility of securing the corner connection against an undesired solution, namely a locking pin 12 on the inner wall 3 of the support rod cavity and a transverse groove-like dent 10e at the corresponding point in the leaf spring 10 so that the leaf spring 10 latches into the pawl formed by the locking pin 12 when the support rod and the side supports are joined and can no longer disengage after the tensioning member 11 has been tightened.
Corresponding locking pins can of course also be provided in the embodiment shown in FIG.
