Schlagstiftventilliopf mit Schlagstiftsicherung für Löschmittelbehälter Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schlagstiftvenilkopf mit Schlagstiftsicherung für Löschmittelbehälter.
Die Ausführungsformen der bekannten Schlagstift ventilköpfe für Feuerlöscher haben sich bisher auf die reine Kombination aus Schlagstiftarmatur und Aus spritzvorrichtung beschränkt. Diese Beschränkung hat sich insbesondere bei Feuerlöschern, deren mit Lösch- und Treibmittel gefüllte, fest verschlossene Löschmittel- behälter durch Aufschrauben bzw. Aufsetzen eines Schlagstiftventilkopfes zum schnell einsatzfähigen Lösch gerät komplettiert werden können, als nachteilig erwie sen. Der Handgriff wirkt, wenn er seitlich am Behälter sitzt, störend bei Lagerung und Verpackung.
Sitzt er oben am Behälterdeckel, dann ist er beim Aufschrauben des Ventilkopfes hinderlich. Die Schlagstiftsicherung kann bei Befestigung etwa mittels einer Kette am Behälter erst nach Aufschrauben des Schlagstiftventil- kopfes eingeschoben werden, so dass während des Aufschraubens eine versehentliche Betätigung des Schlagstiftes möglich ist. Wird die Sicherung mittels Schlaufe am Ventilkopf oder an der Ausspritzvorrich- tung lose gehalten, so kann sie leicht verlorengehen oder sogar vergessen werden.
Die aufgezeigten Nachteile werden durch die bei spielsweise in den Figuren 1-3 dargestellte Ausfüh rungsform der Erfindung beseitigt.
Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Ansicht eines Schlagstiftventilkopfes mit Schlagstiftsicherung und Fig. 2 und 3 Ansichten der Schlagstiftsicherung.
Nach Fig. 1 sitzen der Handgriff 1 und die Aus- spritzvorrichtung 11 fest am Schlagstiftventilkopf bzw. Ventilkopfgehäuse 2. Ventilkopfgehäuse und Handgriff und Ausspritzvorrichtung sind hier ein Fertigungsteil.
Die Verbindung von Handgriff 1 und Schlagstiftventil- kopf bringt insbesondere den Vorteil, dass der Handgriff als Hebel beim Aufschrauben oder Aufsetzen des Ventil kopfes dient und somit eine schnellere Komplettierung des Löschmittelbehälters zum einsatzbereiten Löschgerät ermöglicht. An die Ausspritzvorrichtung können zusätz lich wahlweise in einfacher Weise ein Verlängerungs schlauch mit Löschpistole oder eine abstellbare Düse angebracht werden.
Die Schlagstiftsicherung 3 ist aus flexiblem Werk stoff, vorzugsweise Kunststoff, gefertigt und an den beiden Nocken 4 des Schlagstiftventilkopfes 2 befe stigt.
Die Form der Sicherung 3 ist in den Fig. 2 und 3 veranschaulicht. Zur Befestigung der Schlagstiftsiche- rung 3 an den Nocken 4 am Ventilkopfgehäuse 2 dient die vorzugsweise halbkreisförmige Gabel 10, an deren Enden Aussparungen 5 zur Aufnahme der Nocken vorgesehen sind. Die Sicherung der Schlagstiftspindel 6 erfolgt durch das Einschieben der Gabel 7, wobei sich das Mittelstück 8 der Sicherung 3 bogenförmig krümmt.
Das Mittelstück 8 ist ein breites Band, das ein bequemes Abziehen der Sicherungsgabel 7 ermöglicht und das auf der Oberseite einen augenfälligen Betätigungshinweis 9 trägt.
So ausgerüstet, kann der Schlagstiftventilkopf unab hängig vom Löschmittelbehälter oder der Ausspritzvor- riehtung jederzeit zuverlässig gesichert werden. Der augenfällige Betätigungshinweis auf dem breiten Siche rungsband kann ausserdem wesentlich dazu beitragen, dass in der Aufregung beim Löschangriff das Abziehen der Sicherung nicht mehr so häufig - wie die Erfahrung gezeigt hat - vergessen wird.

The striker lock 3 is made of flexible material, preferably plastic, and BEFE on the two cams 4 of the striker valve head 2 Stigt.
The shape of the fuse 3 is illustrated in FIGS. The preferably semicircular fork 10, at the ends of which recesses 5 are provided for receiving the cams, is used to fasten the striker 3 to the cams 4 on the valve head housing 2. The striker spindle 6 is secured by pushing in the fork 7, the center piece 8 of the fuse 3 curving in an arc shape.
The middle piece 8 is a wide band which enables the securing fork 7 to be pulled off easily and which has an obvious operating instruction 9 on the top.
Equipped in this way, the striker valve head can be reliably secured at any time, regardless of the extinguishing agent container or the injection device. The obvious activation notice on the wide safety tape can also contribute significantly to the fact that in the excitement of the fire-fighting attack, removing the safety device is no longer forgotten as often - as experience has shown.
