Description
Ski dry trainer The present invention relates to a ski dry trainer, which is characterized by two board-shaped elements which are movably fastened to a frame and provided with fastening means for ski boots.
This ski dry trainer allows ski training to be carried out anywhere and without snow.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention will then be explained with reference to figures. It shows: Fig. 1 is a plan view of a fully assembled ski trainer, Fig. 2-4 individual parts of the ski trainer according to FIG. 1, partly in view, partly in section.
The ski trainer shown comprises a frame 1 with a base strip 3, two side strips 5 and 7 and a head strip 9, which are easily detachably connected by means of wing screws 11 under each other in the manner shown in FIG. The head strip 9 carries two pins 13 and 15, which serve to receive two ski-like boards ter 17 and 19, these boards 17 and 19 are provided with eccentric openings 21 and 23, in which nylon sockets 25 and 27 are inserted.
The boards 17 and 19 can be attached to the pins 13 and 15, the pin length and the thickness of the boards 17 and 19 are coordinated so that when the boards 17 and 19 tilt, the connec tion can loosen and the boards lift yourself away from the pin holder. This board part with the eccentric openings 21 and 23 corresponds to the front part of the ski, i.e. the ski tips. In the rear part of the skis a cable pull 29 and 31 is provided which allow the pulling cables 29 and 31 guided in cable guides 37 and 39 to be tensioned by means of tensioners 33 and 35 screwed onto the boards 17 and 19.
Jaws 41 and 43 are used to hold the ski boot tips and, as can be seen from FIG. 4, have a surface 44 sloping towards the tip of the boot towards the top. These jaws 41 and 43 can be inserted into openings 73 provided according to the length of the ski boot and held in their position by means of wing screws.
On the underside of the boards 17 and 19 a roller carrier 45 is arranged, which is sunk transversely to the board length in this. It is equipped with two threaded bores 47 and 49 and fastened to the boards 17 and 19 by means of screws 51 and 53. Two openings 55 and 57 serve to receive trunnions 61 with rollers 59, which rollers, e.g. Made of nylon come to lie on the upper side of the base strip 3 and therefore allow effortless pivoting of the ski-shaped boards 17 and 19 around the pins 13 and 15.
This Drehbewe supply, in which both boards 17 and 19 on different sides, or closed on one or the other side in the sense of caulking or the closed swing (curved Kristiania) can be performed in the rash by means of limit stops 63 and 65 can be set. The stops 63 and 65 can be inserted laterally into openings 67 provided for this purpose in the base strip 3 and clamped to the top by means of a clamping screw.
In this way, the two ski-shaped boards 17 and 19 can be moved on circular lines 69 and 71, due to the eccentric arrangement of the openings 21 and 23 relative to the center line of the bindings described, a pulling forward and backward of the corresponding ski board 17 and 19, respectively the other board 19 or 17 results, as must actually be the case with correct driving and swinging when skiing. If a Kristiania is attached to the left, the inner ski 19 must, in practice, be advanced somewhat in relation to the outer ski 17.
Due to the eccentricity of the openings 21 and 23, this position is also automatically set on the ski dry trainer, so that the trainee becomes so accustomed to this position through a lot of practice that he transfers the (driving with the dry trainer to practice while skiing, without even referring to this to make a thought.
By appropriately setting the limit stops 63 and 65, the deflections of the boards 17 and 19 can be kept in such a way that, corresponding to the so-called wagging, only small deflections are possible. This means that even inexperienced skiers can easily and effortlessly learn the often considerable difficulties of waving in a short time. The ability to adjust the jaws 41 and 43 means that the ski dry trainer can be adapted to any ski boot length.
For training, it is important that the trainee stands on the boards 17 and 19 and, as with ordinary skis, fastened the ski boots on the boards by means of the cables 29 and 31 and the tensioners 33 and 35. As with skiing in nature, the sticks should also be used for training here, whereby in the event of a fall a simple safety device (the aforementioned shortness of the pins 13 and 15 with respect to the board thickness 17 and 19) ensures that no dislocations or breaks of the Exercising can arise.
By placing the ski dryer trainer on a soft surface, falls can be made easily bearable.
The device described above allows the ski movements normally carried out during skiing to be practiced on dry land and thus to provide preparation for skiing, whereby it not only provides the correct movements and postures for the person exercising, but also excellent physical training.
