Snow blower The invention relates to a snow blower and is an advantageous further development of the training shown there.
This refers to running a snow blower with at least one milling drum rotating around a horizontal axis, which:
is provided on its circumference with cutting blades, which against the center of the drum .hin, with the formation of cups, run together, the Becherrüokwand pivoted for itself on the drum and is held in its operating position by a shear bolt.
With the invention, the object is to be achieved to accelerate the replacement of damaged cutting blades to be.
The invention is characterized in that the rear wall of the cup has, on the drum side, a loop with the shape of a U in cross section, with which it is held exchangeably on a bolt running parallel to the drum axis of rotation.
As a result, cutting blades that have been damaged, for example, by stones or other obstacles, can be replaced much more quickly. As a result, it is not:
It is more necessary for the snow blower to be driven to a workshop to replace the cutting blades. but: the repair of the damage can. take place en route: if corresponding spare parts are carried.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a side view of the cup, FIG. 2 shows a view of the cup in the direction of arrow A in FIG.
There are several cups with cutting blades 2 on the circumference of the drum 1. These cutting knives 2 each lie between two cup side plates 3 protruding from the drum.
At the foot of the same a bolt 5 is passed transversely through Aden cup. This is thus parallel to the drum axis of rotation and serves to pivotably hold the cup rear wall 6, which is designed as a support plate and on which the cutting knife 2 is seated on the outside.
This rear wall 6 is on the drum side, ie in the region of the bolt 5 - viewed in cross section - bent in a U-shape to form a loop 14 which engages under the bolt 5 and is held pivotably by the latter. The attachment of the cutting knife 2 to the. Rear wall 6 is made using countersunk screws 7 and nuts B.
On both rear edges of the rear wall 6 is one: against the cup side plates 3 loose, attached tab 9 is welded. Between this tab 9 and the adjacent .Becherseitenblech 3 a shear screw 10 is used, which are sheared when overloaded, for example by stones or the like. So that the back wall 6:
If the screws 10 are sheared off and cannot damage other cups, there is a resilient wire bracket 11, which engages with its ends in radial bores 12 of the bolt 5, which are on the open loop side, and the middle part of the wire bracket behind a retaining piece 13 intervenes.
This holding piece 13 is welded in the middle of the rear wall 6 and together with the wall of the support plate form a downwardly opening gap in which the wire bracket comes to rest.
With removed or sheared screws and after unhooking the wire bracket 11, the cutting knife 2 together with the rear wall 6 can be lifted out and replaced by pivoting in the opposite direction to arrow A in FIG.
