Die oberen Flächen der Sok- kelvorsprünge 2 sind auf ein vorbestimmtes Höhen- mass geschliffen. Eine exakte Verrastung ist beim Aus führungsbeispiel dadurch garantiert, ;
Sanitary apparatus with fastening device The present invention relates to a sanitary apparatus with fastening device for fastening the sanitary apparatus having a hollow base, such as bidet, lavatory, sink and .dergl., On a flat wall with arranged inside the base :, fastened on the wall Means that press the apparatus against the wall via inwardly protruding base projections. Wan is to be understood as meaning both the floor and a vertical room wall.
Conventional sanitary appliances are characterized by fastening holes provided on the outside of the base. To attach such an apparatus, it must first be placed at the intended location in order to mark the points through the mounting holes where dowels must be placed in the floor or in the wall. The device is then removed again and must be placed a second time after the dowels have been set.
Apart from the fact that with this fastening method at least three, but mostly four dowels have to be set, the device has to be handled twice and a number of screws corresponding to the number of dowels screwed in and tightened, the fastening points are unaesthetic and are difficult to clean Deposits for dust and dirt. Another disadvantage is that the dowels have to be set precisely. A misaligned borehole can cause a lot of grief for the installer.
To avoid these disadvantages, another fastening device has already been proposed, dispensing with: the usual external screw fastenings is to press the apparatus with arranged in the hollow socket, from the outside with means against the wall. This device consists initially of an elongated, curved leaf spring attached to the wall with a screw.
One end of the leaf spring rests on an inwardly pointing projection of the apparatus base, while at the other end of the leaf spring an upstanding hook is attached, which engages around the eccentric of an externally rotatable axis that is mounted parallel to the wall in the base. By turning the axle, the leaf spring is tensioned via the hook, so that a pressure is exerted on the base projection and the two bearing bores of the axle, which presses the device against the warning. The fastening between the dowel screw and the leaf spring must not be rigid.
The disadvantage of this device be in addition to its complexity in the storage of the eccentric shaft, which requires holes in the base that is difficult to mold.
The invention is based on the object of creating a device that is simpler than the known device. The invention is characterized by two the base nm lower edge area inside aasgeformed, at least approximately gegenlie ing low projections, in front of each of which a directly or indirectly attached to the wall, obliquely to perpendicular to the wall aligned, to the base projection having a nose towards the base wall to and from this pivotable pressure lever is placed.
The pressure levers can be designed to be self-resilient or acted upon by spring force, so that they automatically snap into place with the sockets when the sanitary apparatus is put on. The loosening of the attached Ap parats can by pushing back the z. B. can be made by means of a tool through base openings achievable resilient pressure lever.
Another embodiment can consist in that the pressure levers can be moved by means of screw means that can be operated from the outside. It is possible to assign its own screw to each pressure lever, which works together with a web that projects upwards from the two pressure levers connecting the profile iron and is operated through a base opening.
The device becomes even simpler if only one through screw is used, of which one end with right-hand thread penetrates a threaded hole in one pressure lever and the other end with left-hand thread penetrates a threaded hole in the other pressure lever. In each of these possible designs, only one dowel needs to be set. The borehole can be measured. The drill does not run off.
In the drawing, several Ausführungsbei are shown games according to the invention. 1 shows a base section of a sanitary appliance in longitudinal section with a fastening device having two self-resilient pressure levers, FIG. 2 a base section in partial longitudinal section, in the fastening device of which each pressure lever is adjusted with a separate screw that can be operated from the outside, FIG .3 a base section in longitudinal section with a fastening device in which the two pressure levers are adjusted by a common screw that can be operated from the outside,
Fig. 4 is a by means of the fastening device of FIG. 3 fastened toilet in longitudinal section and Fig. 5 is a plan view of the toilet with gestri chelt drawn longitudinal axis of the fastening device.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the base of the sanitary appliance made of porcelain. This are formed on the inside of the opposite jumps 2 before. The fastening device BE is initially made up of a U-shaped profile bar 3 aligned transversely to the longitudinal direction of the base, which engages the screw 5 by means of egg ner in a dowel 4 anchored in the ground. On the two ends of the profile bar designed as leaf springs pressure levers 6 are arranged, the projections 2 overlap the base with lugs 7.
The upper surfaces of the base projections 2 are ground to a predetermined height. Exact locking is guaranteed in the exemplary embodiment from;
that at the obe ren ends of the pressure lever 6 cross pins 8 are attached, which slide with their ends during the placement of the sanitä ren apparatus over above the base projections 2 and that next to these still molded auxiliary projections 9 until they slide at about on the ground overlap the seated base 1 jerkily, whereby the pressure lever lugs 7 on the base projections 2 to occupy with elastic plates.
To dismantle the sanitary apparatus, the latches can be released by pressing the pressure levers 6 inward by means of rod-shaped tools introduced through the base openings 10.
According to Fig. 2 are in the end regions of the U-profile rod 3 'fixed by a central screw on the ground, preferably rigid pressure lever 6' is hung (only the left side of the device is shown). They in turn act with noses 7 'on base projections 2'. Each pressure lever 6 'is assigned its own screw 11' which can be operated through a separate base recess 10 '.
It penetrates the pressure lever 6 'in a threaded hole 12 and is secured with its end rotationally locked in the axial direction, on a web 13 attached to the U-profile bar. By turning the screw 11, the pressure lever 6 'is either pivoted towards the base wall 1' and presses with its nose 7 'on the base projection 2' or it is moved away from the base wall 1 ', releasing the fastening.
The threaded hole 12 can be Stigt on a lateral web of the pressure lever 6 'BEFE, so that the screw end can slide past the projection 2' when putting on the sanitary body or when removing the same ben. In addition, it is possible to provide the threaded hole on the pressure lever longitudinal axis if the base projection 2 'has a vertical groove for the screw end to slide through.
If, on the other hand, the web 13 is provided with a threaded hole, while the pressure lever 6 'engages, for example, with an upper slot in an annular groove arranged approximately in front of the screw head, the rear area of the screw is no longer in position when the pressure lever 6' is pivoted inward the projection of the base projection 2 ', so that the sanitary apparatus can be put on or removed without any other constructive measures.
In the last-mentioned embodiment, the screws can also possibly be inserted through the base openings 10 'after the apparatus has been placed.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the pressure levers 6 ", which are also again" suspended in the end regions of the U-profile bar 3 ", are connected by means of the screw 14 which they jointly operate.
The rear screw end 15 provided with a left-hand thread penetrates a threaded hole 12 'of one pressure lever 6 "and the front screw end provided with a right-hand thread 16 penetrates a threaded hole 12' of the other pressure lever 6". The head of the screw 14 is accessible through the base opening 10 ″.
If the screw is turned to the right, the pressure levers 6 "swivel outwards and press with their lugs 7" on the base projections 2 ". When turned counterclockwise, they swivel inwards, loosening the fastening "To achieve without the thread being damaged, nuts can be arranged, for example, on the thread ends of the screw 14,
The two pressure levers 6 ″ with slot-shaped recesses engage in their outer annular grooves. The base opening 10 ″ is closed by means of a cap 17.
The screw 14 can also be made in two parts, the two parts being connected by an eyelet on one part and a ring hook on the other part, which means that the threads 15, 16 can be set at any time in the drilling axis of the lever 6 ".
It is also possible to shape the screw 14 from elastic material such as plastics. When pivoting the pressure lever 6 ", the screw 14 can bend debeschädigung without risk of breakage or thread damage.
According to FIG. 4, the placement of the fastening device according to FIG. 3 can be seen on the section of a toilet body that is perpendicular to FIGS. 1 to 3. 1 "denotes the apparatus base, 2" the visible base protrusion, 3 "the U-shaped bar attached to the Bo, 6" one of the two pressure levers suspended in the U-shaped bar and 14 the common screw.
In FIG. 5, which shows a top view of the toilet body according to FIG. 4, the dashed base projections 2 "can be seen. The U-profile rod 3" (not shown) and the screw 14 lie in the axis A.
