Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Klosettschüssel am I%ssboden Bisher war es üblich, am Fuss der Klosettschüs seln einen gelochten Flansch vorzusehen, durch des sen Löcher Schrauben gesteckt werden konnten, um die Klosettschüssel am Fussboden zu befestigen. Die Montage einer derartigen Klosettschüssel macht viel Arbeit. Ferner sind der Flansch und die Schrauben köpfe beim Wischen im Wege, so dass sich an den selben Staub und Schmutz ansammeln.
Es ist auch schon vorgeschlagen worden, die Klosettschüssel mit Hilfe von seitlich durch die Wand ihres hohlen Fus- ses geführte Schrauben am Fussboden zu befestigen, wozu aber eine relativ komplizierte Vorrichtung not wendig ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrich tung zur Befestigung einer Klosettschüssel am Fuss- boden, welche die geschilderten Nachteile vermeidet.
Die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung zeichnet sich aus durch eine am Fussboden verankerte, in einem hohlen Fuss der Klosettschüssel angeordnete Basis und durch zwei Zugorgane, die diese Basis mit einem oberen Teil der Klosettschüssel verbinden, wo bei die durch diese Zugorgane bewirkte Verbindung durch zwei in diesem oberen Teil vorgesehene, zu gleich zum Anbringen eines aufklappbaren Ring sitzes dienende Löcher hindurch herstellbar und wie der lösbar ist.
In der einzigen Figur der Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in einem Vertikalschnitt dargestellt, unter Weglassung von nicht zum Verständnis der Erfindung notwen digen Einzelheiten der Klosettschüssel.
Der dargestellte Schnitt der aus Keramik beste henden Klosettschüssel 1 liegt in einer vertikalen Querebene, die durch zwei Löcher 2 hindurch geht, welche in üblicher Weise im oberen Teil 3 der Schüssel an deren hinterem Rand liegen und zur Be festigung eines aufklappbaren Ringsitzes 4 dienen. im Körper des Ringsitzes 4 sind zwei symmetrische Buchsen 5 eingelassen, von denen nur die linke in der Figur dargestellt ist.
In die Buchse 5 greift ein horizontaler Schenkel 6 eines rechtwinklig abgebogenen Rundstabes ein, dessen anderer Schenkel 7 in vertikaler Lage an der Klosettschüssel 1 befestigt ist. Der Schenkel 6 und ein entsprechender Schenkel 6 eines anderen, nicht dargestellten, symmetrisch angeordneten Rundstabes 6, 7 bilden die Schwenkachse des Ringsitzes 4.
Zur Befestigung des Schenkels 7 dient eine auf denselben gesteckte, konische Klemmbuchse 8, die einen nicht dargestellten, in einer Radialebene lie genden Schlitz aufweist. Die Klemmbuchse 8 steckt ihrerseits zum grössten Teil in einer ebenfalls auf den Schenkel 7 gesteckten Buchse 9, die eine ko nische Innenfläche 10 aufweist, die die Klemmbuchse 8 umfasst. Die Buchse 9 weist ein Aussengewinde 11 auf, das in ein entsprechendes Innengewinde einer äusseren Buchse 12 eingeschraubt ist. Die Buchse 12 ist lose durch das Loch 2 gesteckt und liegt mit einem Flansch 13 auf dem Rande dieses Loches 2.
Unter der Klemmbuchse 8 steckt ein Distanzring 14 auf dem unteren Ende des Schenkels 7 und stützt sich auf dem Kopf 15 eines Zugbolzens 16 ab, der durch ein am unteren Ende der äusseren Buchse 12 vorgesehenes Loch 17 'hindurch nach unten ragt. Bei der Montage des Ringsitzes 4 wird der Schenkel 7 durch die Buchsen 9 und 8 so weit in den Distanz ring 14 gesteckt, als dies mit Rücksicht auf die durch die Konstruktion des Ringsitzes 4 bedingte, ge wünschte Höhenlage der Schwenkachse 6 notwendig ist.
Hierauf wird die Buehse 9, die mit einem Mehr kantkopf 18 versehen ist, in der äusseren Buchse 12 festgeschraubt, wobei sie mit ihrer konischen Innen- fläche 10 die konische Klemmbuchse auf dem Schen kel 7 festklemmt.
Die beschriebene Scharnier- und Klemmvorrich tung 5-13 ist bekannt, doch wird die äussere Buchse 12 nicht durch den Zugbolzen 16, bzw. dessen Kopf 17 im Loch 2 festgehalten, sondern auf irgend eine andere Weise, z. B. mit Hilfe einer auf den unteren Teil dieser Buchse 12 geschraubten Mutter.
Der Hauptzweck des Zugbolzens 16 besteht aber nicht im Festhalten der Buchse 12, sondern darin, dass er die Klosettschüssel 1 unverrückbar auf dem Fussboden 19 festhält. Zu diesem Zwecke ist eine Basis 20 vorgesehen, die mittels einer Schraube 21 und eines Dübels 22 am Fussboden 19 verankert und innerhalb des hohlen Fusses 23 der Klosett schüssel 1 angeordnet ist.
Die Basis 20 besteht im vorliegenden Falle aus einem U-Eisen, in dessen Rücken fünf Löcher 24-26 vorgesehen sind. Das zentrale Loch 24 dient zum Anbringen der Schraube 21. Die beiden benachbar ten Löcher 25 sind für den Fall vorgesehen, dass im Fussboden 19 unterhalb des Loches 24 irgend ein Hindernis vorhanden ist, das das Anbringen des Dü bels 22 an dieser Stelle verunmöglicht. Man kann dann letzteren weiter rechts oder links anbringen, ohne die vorgesehene Lage des U-Eisens 20 zu än dern.
Die beiden äusseren Löcher 26 ermöglichen schliesslich, die beiden Schrauben 16, von denen die rechtsseitige nicht gezeichnet ist, am U-Eisen 20 zu verankern.
Durch jedes Loch 26 ist eine Buchse 27 gesteckt, die unten einen Kopf 28 aufweist und mit Innen gewinde 29 versehen ist, in welches das untere, mit Aussengewinde 30 versehene Ende des Zugbolzens 30 eingeschraubt ist. Die Buchse 27 hat im Loch 26 einiges Spiel und ihr Kopf ist unten mit einer sphä rischen Fläche 31 versehen, die sich auf dem Fuss- boden 19 abstützt, bevor der Schraubenbolzen 16 angezogen wird, und dabei verschiedene Richtungen innerhalb eines nach oben offenen, sphärischen Win kels annehmen kann.
Auf dem oberen Ende der Buchse 27 ist ein Führungstrichter 32 befestigt, der das Einführen des unteren Endes des Bolzens 16 in die Buchse 27 er leichtert, wenn man bei der Montage diesen Bolzen 16 durch das Loch 17 der Buchse 12 steckt.
Es ist ersichtlich, dass die Klosettschüssel 1 mit tels der Vorrichtung 15-32 am Fussboden 19 be festigt ist, ohne dass hierfür irgend ein besonderes, nicht ohnehin vorhandenes Schraubenloch an der Schüssel vorgesehen ist. Die Montage ist sehr ein fach und die montierte Schüssel kann besonders leicht sauber gehalten werden, da sich nirgends Staub oder dergleichen ansammeln kann.
Es ist klar, dass man denselben Effekt auch er zielen könnte, wenn die Zugorgane 16 oben statt un ten verschraubt wären ; doch ist es vorteilhaft, diese Zugorgane durch das Loch 2 hindurch von der Basis 20 statt vom oberen Teil 3 der Schüssel 1 lösen zu können.
