Description
Fig. 2 ist der Zuschnitt für den Aussenkarton.

Tear-pack for food or luxury foods
The invention relates to a tear-open pack for foodstuffs or luxury goods which are wrapped in an inner casing around which an outer casing is wrapped. To get out of such a pack the contents, e.g. B. individual chocolate bars, you have to first open the outer shell, then partially pull out the inner shell and also open or tear open, which is relatively cumbersome. Even if the outer shell were designed to be tearable, the inner shell would still have to be opened or torn open separately, so that this would not make opening the pack much easier.
In contrast, in the inventive tear-open pack, the outer shell has a tear-open part which is firmly connected to the part of the inner shell underneath, such that when the tear-open part of the outer shell is torn open, the part of the inner shell underneath is torn open at the same time. After tearing open this paokung, the content is here, e.g. B. free the individual chocolate bars so that they can be individually removed from the pack.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.
1 is a perspective view of the chocolate bars arranged in a single-layer bar format and wrapped in an inner casing, the outer box being indicated by dash-dotted lines.
Fig. 2 is the blank for the outer carton.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the finished package, Figs
Figure 4 is the same view after the package has been torn open.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, individual chocolate bars 1 are arranged in a single-layer bar format and placed on a support sheet 2, which has a bottom and raised longitudinal edges. The whole thing is wrapped with an inner sleeve 3 made of tinfoil. A glue strip 4 is applied to this inner cover 3 at the top in the area of the upper side of several tablets 1 by means of a glue nozzle, which makes a back and forth movement at the glue station of the packaging machine, the nozzle opening being located just above the packaging or the inner cover 3. The glue flows from a container to the nozzle.
The outer cardboard box 5, the blank of which is shown in FIG. 2, is then placed around the panel consisting of the chocolate tablets 1, the support sheet 2 and the inner cover 3. As can be seen, this blank has a tear-open part 6 in one corner of the upper side, which is delimited by a curved tear-open line 7 and a tear-open edge 8 along one side edge. A protruding gripping tab 9 is also formed on this side edge, as can be seen from FIG. 3, in which the packaging ready for sale is shown. When the outer carton is placed around the cover 3, the tear-off ax 6 comes to rest on the glue strip 4 and is firmly connected to the inner cover 3 at this point.
To open the packaging, the flap 9 is grasped by hand and the tear part 6 is torn open.
As can be seen from FIG. 4, when the part 6 is torn open, the inner shell 3 firmly attached to it by the glue is torn open at the same time, so that the chocolate bars are exposed and can be individually removed from the pack, as shown in FIG. 4 without further can be seen.
Instead of the tear part being formed at a corner of the outer carton top, it could also be provided on a suitable other part of the outer carton by z. B. a lateral flap would be designed as a tear part. Furthermore, the connection of the tear part with the inner shell could also be done in other ways than by gluing, for. B. by stapling done.
